My daughters family was preparing to head back to Nebraska due to my SIL being summoned back to the Air Force Base, when their car's transmission started malfunctioning. After contacting a few closer dealerships, the wait period for the obsolete part was 2 weeks out and the service even further yet. I called KM Ford and they not only had the part but also worked in the repair within 24 hours. The car was fixed and they were on the road shortly after. The lady in the service dept was outstanding in getting everything together and getting them out of a bind. I can't recommend them high enough for what they did for my family. I am so very thankful.

Friendly greeting upon entering building , employee's very friendly and explained in detail what was going on with my truck. So far great around. Not a long wait time for my repair service.

David was knowledgeable and good to work with on the purchase of my new truck. The finance guy made it easy on me and it was one of the better experiences I’ve had in a finance guy’s office. The sales manager could be a little better when answering questions regarding customer concerns and read the terms/conditions back to me overly fast which always seems like a bit of a red flag to me when agreeing to a major purchase. He was professional though and it’s possible he was just pressed for time. Overall a good experience. I would do business with them again in the future given the opportunity.

I found a 2021 Aviator online and left my info. Angela texted me the next day and we communicated all that day and negotiated a trade for my 2020 Explorer that was satisfactory to me. Had a very good experience at Karl Malone Ford today. The sales man Mr David and the finance manager Mr Ralph were very helpful in getting me into my New F150 4x4.. I purchased my F150 in 2019 and had a wonderful experience. Recently my vehicle experienced a malfunction and had to be repaired. We requested for the malfunction to be fixed. We also requested to have an oil change and tire rotation completed. We left the truck on Tuesday. When picking up the truck on Friday we learned no oil change or tire rotation was completed. We were charged over $450 for labor on a parking break malfunction. After a total repair of over $800 and not all work completed, would not recommend using for repairs. The service staff didn’t offer to do anything to resolve the incomplete work.

They implement strong core values in their efforts to put someone into the vehicle best suited for that person. I know first hand how they work hard for the customer. My son was in desperate need of a car of his own. It was a bit of a struggle because his credit was "sub-par" to say the least. However, this great salesman, ZEKE, at Karl Malone Motors, came to our rescue. He really worked magic and was able to get him financed. I'm so grateful for his patience, determination and fortitude in helping us achieve our goal.

Ws about to buy a car from them until, my cousin purchased one on a Friday, it rained Saturday, her sunroof was leaking, she returned it to them on Monday, only for them to tell her she has to pay to have it fixed. $2000. They a joke and will never see any of my mine or anyone else I know money

I had an appointment to have my vehicle worked on, they didn't start on it until the next afternoon and didn't tell me. The lack of communication was ridiculous. I had to make all but 2 of the calls to find out what was happening with my vehicle. When I got my vehicle they had to jump it instead of telling me that it needed to be replaced and add it to my bill.

Went in today to get my Ford Explorer serviced for 1st time since I bought it. Everyone there was completely professional and helpful. I was in and out quickly. I will definitely be going back in the future. Thank you to Amber for being kind and very informative.
