We had a roof leak and contacted Kevin. He was out promptly to inspect and repair. Most importantly, he discovered that it was only a minor issue. I greatly appreciate his honesty and integrity. He could have charged us $$, but instead did the right thing and quickly completed the repair at minimal cost!

He has helped us monitor the condition of our roof since we bought our home, provided immediate assistance when we had shingles blow off and a storm was due to roll in with more rain, and when we had to file a claim helped us understand the report. KARACO Construction was a great Company to work with and I would highly recommend them. Kevin Gibons the owner made this not so great situation ( replacing our roof) an easy and painless experience. Something that is very important to me is the clean up and they did a fabulous job, we found no trash or nails left behind.

Called and spoke to Kevin and he made it out to do an inspection/estimate the next business day and was able to do the repairs within a week of the inspection. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions on what would be better as far as the repairs and roof ventilation that he installed. From beginning to end it was an easy process and everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend this company for any repair needs.

Kevin was very professional and worked with the insurance making sure the claim for hail damage was exactly correct in being able to replace everything correctly. He was careful about measuring and paying attention to details. I appreciate the service he gave me. The roof planking needed to be replaced with decking and he was very persistent in sending info to insurance company and worked with my agent to get all that was required on my claim. Had to get multiple entities involved since there were multiple issues to be fixed. He coordinated all things well. Great job!

Kevin inspected my roof and the next day his crew completed the repair. They also removed an old satellite dish from the roof without charging an additional fee and at no point did Kevin try to sell me a new roof.

Kevin Karaco came out the next day, in response to my call, to inspect wind damage to my siding. He also assessed a leak issue I was experiencing. So impressed. I must say, after the wonderful job Kevin and his crew did for my parents’ house a few years ago, I knew who was going to handle my home. This was one of the best and easiest company to work with. So professional. They do what they say they will do when they say they will do it. A rare thing indeed. I worked with Kevin, great guy! Had hail damage from the wonderful Oklahoma spring weather and was given Kevin's contact info. After the insurance claim was filed, he worked with me through the whole process and was quick in getting the roof replaced. Dave and I highly recommend Karaco Construction. We have used Kevin several times for large home improvement projects. His company replaced our roof a couple of years ago and we were very pleased with the thoroughness, the attention to detail and the quality of the work. The roof was replaced quickly and the yard was completely clean when the project was completed. Kevin even roofed our dog house for us as a bonus.
This year we decided to have the house sided and guttering installed. We were so pleased with the job Karaco Construction did on our roof that we decided to contact Kevin and discuss the siding project with him. 04/08/2020 update. Kevin continues to exceed expectations. As everyone in our area knows we had a hail storm last week and some of the hail was the size of tennis balls. Kevin came by and inspected our roof 2 days later and said he didn’t see any major damage. Wow, it’s great to have an honest and dependable business right here in our neighborhood! 04/07/2025 Kevin has once again exceeded expectations! A couple of weeks ago a piece of trim came loose on the roof and was blowing around in the high wind that we had at that time. We called Kevin and he came over the next day to check it out. Not only did he fix the problem he also inspected the roof to make sure everything was ok. It’s been 7 years and Kevin is still taking care of us. To our surprise Kevin wasn’t happy with the trim fix so he had a new piece made and had his crew fix it again a couple of weeks later. We can’t say enough about what a great person Kevin is. If you need a new roof give Kevin a call. I think you’ll be very pleased with the job he does!

Karako Construction re-roofed our house and installed vinyl siding on a part of the house I have difficulty painting. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and on budget. I was very impressed by the high quality of the workmanship. While removing the existing roof, Karako identified an existing construction code defect which, once corrected, stabilized and strengthened the roof structure. Karaco worked closely with my insurance adjuster and invited me to take part when discussing cost and insurance coverage estimates. Karako kept me well informed throughout the project. When the roof was finished, a problem was discovered with a rooftop vent and required a return trip to rectify. Karako returned a few days later and replaced the vent. In total, the experience gave me ample reason to trust that Karako does exactly what they promise. Based on my experience I highly recommend Karako Construction.

Kevin worked with our church to help a member in need with a very bad roof. He went above and beyond and did a wonderful job! Give him a call next time you need something done.

Karaco did an exceptional job replacing our roof. They reworked part of the roof because they weren’t satisfied with it. They used good quality material and completed the job in a timely manner. They used impact resistant shingles and we got a discount on our homeowners insurance. We now have the best looking roof in our neighborhood!
