I’ll start this with a simple message. If you want good customer service and follow through, Kar Kraft is the place.

I own an A.R.E topper and needed something simple, the seal for hatch on my topper. I called a couple other “big name” stores (all listed A.R.E dealers) in the triangle and got no help, even visited one and was told they don’t have the seal, don’t know where to get it, and no offer of ordering it.

Then I called Kar Kraft, I should have and will in the future call first. Richard picked up and knew exactly what I was looking for. Not enough of the seal on the shelf for what I need, no problem at all, THEY OFFERED TO ORDER IT!!! I know that sounds basic and a “who cares” type of moment, but trust me the quality of customer service and knowledge make this place unrivaled by other aftermarket shops.

They did my window tint job quickly and were very professional and charged me a fair price. I definitely recommend them. Richard was the person I dealt with and helped me quickly and professionally.

This place is fantastic! We had the headlights restored on my 2016 Nissan Rogue today, and they look incredible. Our son-in-law recommended that we seek them out, and he was absolutely right. The results and service we received were outstanding. If you need to have your headlights restored, I highly recommend checking them out!

This is the second car that has been tinted by these guys and I will come back to them again for sure. Very easy to schedule and they actually did the work quicker than I expected.

I bought a truck this week and the first thing I wanted to do is tint the windows and possibly lift it in the near future. I came in early in the week and got some pricing on tint and other things. I was quoted a great price for the tint. Made the appointment for Friday morning. They tinted my driver side and passenger side windows in under 30 mins. At checkout they told me how to take care of the tint and if there were any issues to bring it back. Windows look great and I even got a price for my wife's car. I'll be back for sure to tint her car and lift my truck. Top Notch local shop, thank you

I love this place and the service. They’ve done a ton of work for me over the years. Today for some reason the heavy set Hispanic fellow working the desk must of been having a bad day. I tried to have a conversation about when my vehicle would be taken back since I was waiting with it and it had been an hour since I had been there and was there on time for my appointment time and it was still sitting outside at the 1 hour mark (not the end of the world I get it) but he went on the defensive like I shouldn’t of been asking about it. I was being polite asking about it an he turned into a man child. Even after it was finished and he pulled the vehicle around he had my keys on the end of his finger to hand them to me and wouldn’t make eye contact or say anything. I still like this place with that being said. I just think some people shouldn’t work a customer service counter if they act like that when asked something simple.

These guys installed wiring and a trailer hitch on my electric car. High quality work. Good communication. Very fair cost. Completed on schedule. Highly recommended.

Went to have window visors put on truck and we were in and out within 30 minutes....very pleased with the finished product and staff was very friendly/helpful.

Tint experience. I had a RX350 tinted here and my overall experience has been poor. Ive had around 8 cars tinted so Im experienced in how tint should be and that there is no perfect tint job. With that being said I had 3 pieces of glass tinted here and all 3 had to be redone (never had this much tint needing to be redone on any of my vehicles). The person who did my tint (younger big guy) is poor in my experience at tinting. Initially the passenger door had to be redone by a different employee due to it not being misaligned (same day of initial tint). After two weeks and the tint dried the winshield strip was FULL of trash on the passenger side and about a 1/4" gap around the review mirror mount. The driver door had a large air bubble. The owner replaced the tint and he is very good at tinting and has great customer service. The replaced tint looks great but my windshield was not the correct %. 20% was installed when 5% should have. Im not going back to have it replaced as Im not wasting more of my time. Gave 2 stars due to the fact the owner did a good job replacing otherwise I would have given 1 star.

So I have taken 2 vehicles to have the windows tinted and they have done an awesome job on both of them. I have order x3 sets of weather tech floor mats and they match the price online and guaranteed them next! They are easy to work with and a great bunch of guys. Highly recommend them!

I have been doing business with Kar Kraft for 29 years, literally since they opened. They are very professional and do immaculate work. I have taken every vehicle I have owned to have windows tinted! They treated my vehicles as if they were their own. The whole team is AMAZING but I have to give a shout out to Paul!!! I have a '73 Nova and I wanted the windows tinted. Paul unselfishly took the time to explain to me how and why older windows sometimes do not tint well. I decided to go ahead and try it even tho he explained in great detail it may not work. As if that wasn't enough to prove what an honest individual he is, he personally tinted the windows himself!!!! I am so grateful to the whole team at Kar Kraft!!! If you value your vehicles and want the best, then Kar Kraft is your only answer!!!! Thanks again guys for all the amazing work you have done for me!!!

Kar Kraft leveled my Toyota 4Runner and I love it. I wanted to update this review. Since my first 5 star review, tony has gone above and beyond making sure we are 100% satisfied with our vehicles. He put a leveling kit on my 2019 4Runner, we well as made the back end perfectly aligned with the front end. He also tinted my windows. In addition, tony also perfected my husbands Dodge Ram by leveling it and adding tint. Tony is a stand up guy and does great work!

Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Look forward to doing business with them here in the near future (window tint).
