I highly recommend Alex and the folks at Kape Roofing. Communication with them was stellar! Not only was Alex the technician who came out to assess our leak initially, but he was with us the entire project, from signing, answering tons of questions, helping with our insurance, being on the job site multiple times throughout the work, and final inspection. After final inspection he came back to install one vent that was missed on the garage. They cleaned up thoroughly and left everything tidy at the end.

This company was also well priced, (we got a few quotes). The only hiccup we had was a trailer getting delivered without advance warning.

From the moment I met with Alex I knew we would be getting a great quality service. He was able to come by, inspect our old roof and I received an estimate the same day. We were on crunch time due to our travel and weather changes, but Alex and his crue were amazing. They were at our house on time and did a fantastic job. When we needed some stuff repaired, Alex came personally and made sure it was fixed. We have still a few shingles to replace due to heat damage, but we'll get that replaced most likely in the spring as the weather in the mountains is getting cold. We would 100% recommend Kape Roofing

They both were very knowledgeable, creative and solid in presenting options for not only all the repair work and painting of the house but also the complete tear down and restoration of a flight of stairs off the deck that had deteriorated over time. Alex's quick turnaround in everything from preparing the estimate to his constant availability with any and all questions I have had during this process has been not only appreciated but left me with a level of confidence. Great experience with KAPE, Travis, and his team! We went through a major exterior renovation of painting and roofing for both the house and the shop. We were unsure of exactly what we wanted at first and Travis helped walk us through the entire process, making sure we were satisfied with every detail. I can't say enough good words about Kape Roofing and their owner. They were responsive, timely, and very helpful with my roof installation. It was for a property in Denver, and I just learned they will work down in the Springs too, which is great. They made my last minute roof work so easy!

Worked with Kape to replace our roof due to hail damage last year. Gage, the owner, is very experienced and thorough. The crew did a great job. Gage even found a vent pipe that had somehow had gotten severed in the attic in the past and fixed it. Would highly recommend them.

On July 4th my house suffered severe hail damage and Gage with Kape Roofing came by to inspect my house at no charge and at a time that worked with my schedule. At the time i didn't think much of the damage because i couldn't see it from standing on the ground, but Gage made sure to inspect the roof and take great pictures and explained all the damage. Once i realized that something needed to be done Gage offered to take care of everything from start to finish which made it easy for me since i've never filed a claim on a house before. Gage reached out to my insurance agent and from that point everything was very easy. I didn't have to do anything, all i did was sat back and watched professional crews arrive to take care of all the damages. After they were all done my house looked like a completely different house i could have not been happier with the outcome of everything. Thank you Kape Roofing!!!

Kape Roofing is excellent and I highly recommend them ! The owner , Gage Cantrell , worked with me through the entire process, from the hail damage claim adjuster's visit to project completion. Gage is extremely knowledgeable, and customer service and communication were great. Roofs were replaced on the house and garage. The roofing crew was great, very careful with the landscaping, and did an excellent cleanup. The second part of my project was full siding replacement. Insurance paid for vinyl, but I was interested in upgrading. Gage recommended LP's Diamond Kote Smart Siding. The siding installer was amazing, polite, very neat and meticulous. The siding is beautiful! Gage was here often, supervising answering questions, and making sure everything went well, and it did. Absolutely would use Kape again, and am pleased to recommend them!

I worked with Conor Lee on a project and I was blown away by his attention to detail, patience and expertise! He’s made the process so simple and seamless when it seemed impossible to me and my family.

Conor Lee was an excellent project manager. He gave me an excellent price, transparent and fully documented quote, and completed the work on time and within budget. On the day of the install, he and his crew had their process down cold. They showed up, knocked out the work, did a thorough cleanup, and removed all traces of work immediately after completion. The quality of work was impeccable. Every tile, perfectly aligned and excellent attention to detail around all flashing and fixtures. The roofing material itself is Malarkey Lecagy class 4 impact resistant with coolshield technology. Since the intallation, I have noticed that my AC runs a lot less and the temperature inside my house is a lot cooler, about 10F on average. Thank you for a job well done!
