I had an amazing experience with Arvada Roofing and Home Improvement. From start to finish they were professional and efficient. My new roof looks fantastic and I could not be happier with the quality of their work. Kudos to Blake for all his hard work dealing with my insurance company. He really went to bat for me dealing with an older roof and insurance company that did not want to pay for hail damage. I highly recommend this roofing company to everyone!

Great local company. I called them to come out after the last wind event to check our 10-year-old roof, and they checked it for free. The gentleman who checked it said it was in good shape. Contrast that with a door-to-door salesman who came through our neighborhood last summer who went up on our roof and sent pictures of severe damage (I trusted my gut not to trust him), which I'm now confident we're not of our roof. Thank you, Arvada Roofing! We will be calling you when we need a new roof.

I really can't recommend these guys enough! This past summer we installed central air in our home and needed our swamp cooler removed. Arvada Roofing showed up on time, removed the swamp cooler and patched our roof to perfection. You could never tell it a swamp cooler was ever there! I worked with Tracy on replacing several roofs on my property. I had a previous contractor who failed to meet the insurance adjuster at my property and my claim got denied. When I found Arvada Roofing, Tracy came out to look at my hail/wind damage and said there was NO way I should’ve been denied. He ran the insurance test and told me to re-file my claim. He was a constant advocate for us with the insurance company. He met the adjuster on site and made sure they saw the damage and got our entire claim, plus additional damage I didn’t see approved. He was in constant communication with me the entire process. He was able to schedule the work quickly after approval and his crews did a fantastic job! They took care to clean up and sweep a magnet for nails each day they worked to ensure they didn’t end up in tires or feet. I’m grateful to Tracy and his staff for their professionalism from start to finish. I would use and recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone needing any of their services.

I'm a General Contractor who has used numerous Roofers in the past until I started working with Arvada Roofing f ten years ago. They are the only Roofing company I use. The customer service, professionalism and knowledge is unmatched. Dealing with Mike is always a joy and look forward to seeing him on jobsite because of his upbeat and happy attitude!

Really happy with this company. Like most folks, a hailstorm ruined my roof and it needed to be replaced. I spoke with Sue who was awesome, and she had Mike come out and meet with the insurance company. He was very professional and went over in detail how the process works and pointed out a few other things that needed to be fixed. He also noticed some of the eaves were sagging and said while they were repairing the roof, they could fix those. I had several other companies come out to give me estimates, but no other company wanted to deal with the eaves. The work started shortly after the contract was signed, and the crew did and amazing job. They replaced some decking that was in bad shape and fixed the eaves. During the installation I received texts and phone calls updating me on how things were going. It took 2 days to install the roof and passed inspection the first time. The roof looks amazing really happy with the overall experience.

What a great experience with a roofing company. We have a flat residential roof that needed replacing. Tracy was incredibly patient with us through the process of gathering bids all the way to the final details being completed. He provided us with several options for material and designs. His crews started work right as the never ending rain started this May and June. They worked to ensure that they got things done between the rain storms and properly covered things so no leaks occurred. When we identified a material issue, Tracy went out of his way to find a solution that worked for everyone. So nice to know that we have a go to roofer now.

We requested a quote and thought they didn't show but the office manager was on vacation and so we received it once she returned. Their quote was the best priced and Sue was awesome! It only took 2 days to get our new roof installed from signing the contract and they did a great job. We definitely recommend them.

Arvada Roofing went above and beyond to help us fix another company's mistake and subsequent mistruth, for free, during the big storms of summer 2023 that caused leaks across the Front Range. We had just moved in and the roof leaked in the biggest storm. Despite all roofing companies being swamped with hundreds of calls each the next day, Arvada Roofing managed to get out to inspect ours. Juan explained that whomever had originally roofed the house had not put down a necessary underlayment layer in one section, and offered to fix it for a reasonable price. But because we didn't know the history of the house, I asked if there was a temporary fix to block the leak while we thought about it and learned a bit more about the building. He agreed and gave us a patch in 20 minutes, which seemed to hold up fine in subsequent smaller rain showers.
Meanwhile, we learned from the building's history that the roof was actually under active warranty from another company, which shall remain unnamed, so we called them and explained the situation that Juan had seen, that the roof section was missing a key layer to protect it from leaks, and that this would be covered under their labor warranty. So, the original company came out.
The person they sent swore up and down that his company did no wrong, there was definitely no layer missing in the roof, and, further, that the temporary patch that Arvada Roofing had put up, which was held on to the roof shingles with tacks, had damaged the roof and that an entire section had to be replaced--which this original company wanted to do and charge us for. In other words, he wanted to charge us to replace the "damage" caused by the emergency tacked-on patch needed for the leak caused by his own company, rather than fix the roof for free as per his warranty.
It definitely felt shady. So I called Arvada Roofing back and explained I wasn't blaming them, didn't really believe this guy, but just wanted a professional opinion on whether it was possible that the patch tacks would have caused an entire section of roof to need to be replaced. Although I was clear I didn't blame them and didn't need them to fix anything, they immediately said they would send someone out to replace the entire section, for free, which was what needed to be done anyway as a permanent solution after the temporary patch. I tried to argue that I wasn't asking for anything free, as it was the original company's responsibility, but Arvada Roofing insisted, as they wanted to make 100% sure they did the right thing. So in the busiest season of the year, Juan came back out and fixed our roof for free. He worked quick and well and today was another big thunderstorm and our house stayed dry. After pulling off the shingles, Juan took a picture of the ridgeline, showing that indeed, there was no underlayment laid by the first company, just bare wood beams. He clearly knew what he was talking about and his and Sue's good grace in standing firm but polite in their professional knowledge that the other company was wrong showed that they didn't care about being right to be right, but instead cared that my roof got fixed correctly. I am beyond impressed by Arvada Roofing and will absolutely be using them in the future. Thank you, Juan and Sue! Also, note that months later in a rainy summer, we haven't had any leaks since they fixed our roof!

Mark and his team did a fantastic job repairing our flat roof that was in poor shape. He was knowledgeable about exactly what we needed, provided estimates in no time, and the work was done before we knew it. I really appreciate the thought and care the team put into making sure drainage worked better than it did before and it would last for years to come. Definitely calling them first for any other roof or gutter repairs we need!

I’ve been working with Arvada Roofing professionally for nearly two years. Sue is easy to communicate with and very friendly. They are fairly priced and do a good job! My clients love them as do I.

I strongly advise against this company. A few of the reasons are below.
Disclaimer... I am not listed as the customer but I had chosen Arvada Roofing and H.I. based on a recommendation from my realtor in conjunction with a new home purchase.

1. Mark, the representative of the company that worked on the project at my home, left his own 5 star review of the company he does work for. This may be deleted shortly after me calling attention to it.

2. Mark had let my realtor know that he would be replacing some damaged area of fascia, but no fascia was ever replaced

3. I had attempted to have a conversation with Mark about roof ventilation and a few other considerations regarding the roof and he cut the conversations short after he had the contract signed

4. Their name had made it confusing to contact them. When trying to get information from them after the roof install, I had called in to speak with some else other than Mark. In the process I ended up calling at least two other companies who identify as "Arvada Roofing." I believe the company I am reviewing is the newest one.

5. During a snow melt, albeit several months after the initial installation but within the 1 year warranty time frame, a steady stream of water was found pouring off the roof where a gutter should have been installed. This is what the gutter system was designed to prevent. The roof valley produces a steady stream of water during rain or snow melt. This issue was not addressed in advance with the homeowner at the time or the current homeowners (me). No consultation was given to either party regarding the option of this important item which, left uncorrected, could lead to foundation damage. Despite a 1 year written warranty being given for gutter system, Mark's reaction to my concern initially was “we didn’t do business with you” or "your name isn't on the contact." When I persisted, he agreed and sent me an email that said this and nothing else " Cliff, I’ll send someone out to add a gutter and downspout to the corner of your garage. I’ll let you know when it is scheduled."

Time went by without it being scheduled and I later got another statement from Mark that said I needed to sign something and that his attorney would be contacting me based on not having the original contact with me. I was thinking something simple, like granting access to do the work, etc. I had some concerns with signing as it was and I had been dealing with the attorney to find a resolution for both parties. He seemed interested at first, but all communications have since stopped. I sent a follow up email and have never heard back.

This doesn't come as a big surprise to me. Since the first day that work begun, it has seemed apparent to me that this company is one that doesn't want to take responsibility for their lack or knowledge or craftmanship. This can be hard to see though some of the things existing that would typically give a homeowner peace of mind i.e., a written warranty and some good reviews.

My advice... choose one of the other "Arvada Roofing" companies or otherwise.

I have attempted to attach a video of the failed gutter system. I had also sent this to the attorney of Arvada Roofing and Home Improvement.

Our experience with the team at Aravada Roofing was excellent. My husband and I appreciated the roofing knowledge the team demonstrated. Heath was helpful and anwsered all our questions. Insurance is usually a headache to deal with, however it was one of the easier claims we have had to file, thanks to their availabilty. Our roof looks great. I will use Arvada Roofing in the future.

Arvada Roofing helped select a durable, hail-warranted F-wave roofing shingle for a commercial building that I'm working on. They really went the extra mile, bringing in shingle company reps and their own staff to shepherd the project through a clunky permitting and inspection process. Installation was efficient, professional, and clean. Would recommend to others without the slightest hesitation. If you're on the fence about which company to call, this is the right place. Seriously.

Impressed with how quickly I was able to schedule my job and get it done. Had a small irritating leak by my chimney flashing for a few years now. Juan came by, diagnosed the issue, went to get supplies and redid the flashing in a few hours. Definitely recommend them for any roof repair.

I'm getting ready to put my house on the market and was referred to Arvada Roofing by my realtor to inspect the roof given its age and it's exposure to many hail storms over the last decade. Brian Lund arrived to inspect my roof and with his past experience as an insurance adjuster, identified hail damage and encouraged me to file a claim. He met the insurance adjuster at my house at 9am on a Saturday morning and was actively involved in the review and payment of my claim. In all the years that I paid for homeowners insurance, this was the first claim I've made, so having Brian by my side to advise was very comforting.

When the roof installation was scheduled, Brian was on site with the crew, answered questions honestly and clearly, and was incredibly professional. Of course with a 74 year old roof, there were some issues that came up, but nothing that couldn't be handled. The crew was also amazing and worked incredibly hard to finish the project in one day. Their attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness and work etiquette were outstanding. I would highly recommend Brian and Arvada Roofing for any of your needs! As a matter of fact, Brian ended up on the roof of my next door neighbor after she saw him at my house and I told her that hands down, this company is the best; she would not be disappointed!

Great experience. Quick quote, personally brought material samples to my door, showed up when they said they would, quickly stripped the roof and installed new. No short cuts were taken. Quoted price was the final price and Mike checked in and communicated regularly to ensure the best possible product. I would hire them again.

We had a really fantastic experience with Arvada Roofing throughout our project that honestly exceeded our expectations. Brian Lund, our project manager, was a seasoned professional who was dedicated to understanding our goals and working with us every step of the way to get the work done on budget and at the highest quality. At about the time we were planning on having our house painted a huge tree fell on the roof. Instead of having to hire multiple contractors, Brian took care of everything! He and his team could not have been more professional and easy to work with. Everything from Brian's knowledge of the complicated insurance process, shingle and gutter possibilities, ventilation(heat mitigation in the attic) and paint and siding made our overall project improvements as stress free as possible. One of the things that really stood out was when there was something we didn't like or something we thought could have been done differently (which was very rare), Brian agreed to change/fix it without arguing, complaining or charging us extra. We recently hired Arvada Roofing to do a complete roof replacement on our home and shed.

Brian Lund is the projector manager for the company and is truly a phenomenal person to work with. Brian did an initial inspection on our roof and discovered areas of damage down to the decking due to wind (which he repaired at no charge). It was our decision to file a claim based upon multiple areas of damage he had identified. Once our claim was filed Brian was helpful to meet with the adjuster(s) to get our claim settled.

Upon settlement Brian and his crew replaced the entire roof on our home and shed, installed additional ventilation which included a ridge vent, brought all aspects up to current Arvada code, and did a great job on the final details including clean-up.

Really impressed with how the roof turned out! Chris was so helpful, informative and patient with my questions. We had a small leak coming into our garage through the chimney flashing and we added new flashing. The work was done in one day, the new shingles almost match perfectly with the old shingles and they cleaned up the area very well. I would remove 1 star for not offering a warranty for repairs while the other quotes I got did offer a 2 year warranty. Overall, would use again if we ever need roof repairs again!

During a storm a few weeks ago, a branch punched a hole right through my roof. Heath came by to give a quote on repairing the hole, but he was actually able to patch it right then. It took less than 30 minutes! I'll definitely call Arvada Roofing again.

The juice details...
We have lived in our new build home for nearly 12 years at this point and had battled a leak in the front of the house on the main level (it's 2 stories above ground) for probably 9 years or so, when we found Mike with Arvada Roofing & Home Improvement. We have had countless roofers out, to fix it and do repairs. We have spent thousands of dollars on this over the years. To which sometimes, it would stop the leaking for 2 or 3 years but then it was back again like a sticky sock or something like that! (We actually got to the point where we had memorized where to put the buckets when leaving "just in case" it would rain or snow while we were gone.)
Well, after our last failed roofer, that shall remain nameless (it was a complicated problem so no one should be blamed for failing to figure it) but you should have FULL CREDIT for figuring it out!! We found Mike! We choose to do the simpler fix 1st, in hopes it would work- and this fix had never been suggest prior to us. Also our insurance guy told us for sure this is the problem, although it wasn't covered by insurance.... go figure.
Anyway, two days after the fix it stormed and rained so hard. And.... it leaked again! So, I called Mike and left a message. He called me back right away and came while it was still raining!! He and is boss Tracy figured it out. That it wasn't the roof or flashing or any of that- it was seeping in on the chimney wall instead, but in addition, that storm was so bad we also found out later we now had a hail damaged roof! So, they dealt with it all, the insurance part that was covered (only the roof) and the part that wasn't covered by insurance the entire Chimney! They lined up all the mansions, new stone, and wood framing for the repair and saw it all to the finish! And didn't leave any mess at all! Including the new roof repair! And they were so fast!
I'd like to add that Mike is SO patient with me through the whole process! And guided me on what to do with the insurance part so at least some of it was covered. Now, just shy of a year later with all the rain, snow and crazy weather, we have had no problems and my buckets are back in storage! Yeah!!! We are so grateful and relieved to find them, and that they figured out our problem!! Thank you!!!

We had major wind damage to our siding. They were thorough, professional, and great with communication. And they did it for half what another company quoted us. Highly recommend!

I don’t usually write reviews but have so impressed with Ric Mittleman’s work ethics I had to write. He is a hard worker and does high quality work. He installed new windows for me,looked at my roof and put in new screen doors. While he was here working my toilet backed up in my bathtub and he called in and got a plumber out here within 2 hours and resolved the problem. That wasn’t his job but he took charge and helped a customer in need. I would Highly recommend him and have done so to friends. I don’t think the company matters as much as the person doing the work and Ric is a fantastic worker.

Ric came to my house in the fall and was able to get everything completed before the snow came. He did an excellent job, he was here for me all of the way. This was a new build and in the mountains and price was very competitive. Thank you Ric for all of the great work you did .

Rick was extremely supportive and worked directly with the insurance company to get us better roofing materials and our upgrades required for the roof. The first "roofer" was just going to do what the insurance company told them to do... no more.

I was concerned about a discolored area that was cold to the touch on my master bath ceiling so I called Arvada Roofing. Chris came to look at it on a Sunday in between snow storms and inferred that it was due to condensation on the drywall due to movement of insulation away from the location. After looking at the area in a not very accessible part of the attic, that was indeed the case. He moved insulation back to the area in question and appears to have solved the problem. He did all this for no charge!

Arvada roofing replaced my roof after an insurance claim. They were very professional, did exactly what they said they were going to do, and I'm very pleased with the result. The crew was amazing, worked about 12 hours on the hottest day of the year and got the roof completed in one day. They did an exceptional job cleaning up after themselves as well. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend them.

We had Brian Lund out to help us with a leak we discovered in the attic of a recently purchased home and really, all I can say is WOW! I am completely blown away. I have always been hesitant to trust roofers because it's such a big industry and there are lots of less-than-trustworthy roofers out there, but Brian and Arvada Roofing are definitely not one of them! They did a first round of repairs which unfortunately did not completely resolve the issue but when we let Brian know that the leak resurfaced, he was out again first thing that next day and he and his team really went above and beyond. They replaced additional shingles and components, and spent a lot time water testing - all at no additional cost. That really goes to show that they care. They could have tacked on additional cost for materials and I wouldn't have batted an eye - but they didn't. Then after another round of storms, Brian reached out to make sure nothing else came up. Now that's what I call great customer service! When it comes time for more repairs or a replacement down the road, Arvada Roofing & Home Improvement has my business guaranteed!

I thought I would have to wait weeks or over a month, like I was quoted from 2 other places in north Denver (Elite Roofing), but barely a week! I was a contractor for years. Never did roofs, but I’ve seen about a few hundred go on and Ric and Heath made the other guys look like amateurs. Yes being a contractor I went up to take a peek, and honestly they couldn’t have done a better job. Already recommended them to my neighbors, friends and family. Thanks guys!

My experience with Arvada roofing was timely and reasonably quoted. The crew was polite & did a fantastic job of cleaning the yard. Special shout out to Ric for working with my insurance company to supplement accordingly, taking the time to teach me more about my policy and the claims process, & getting me on the crews schedule earlier than expected!

We are so happy with the work Tracy and his team provided! We desperately needed a new roof, we went with the Cedur product and not everyone has experience installing that product. We also had an external face lift done to the outside of the house where we replaced the existing bead board with James Hardy shake shingles. At the end of the project, Tracy caught all of the minor loose ends and had his team come back to finalize our project. We are so pleased with the final results and appreciate Arvada Roofings professionalism!

Wow- a roofing company that is actually a pleasure to work with. This is our third roof (we have experience from prior hail storms). Tracy and team were prompt and considerate. Our complicated roof was installed quickly and expertly-- before we ever paid a single dollar. AR was endlessly patient and helpful in dealing with insurance company and our mortgage company. Our neighbors all waited longer, had lots more hassle, and weren't terribly happy with final product. If you need a new roof-- this should be your only call.

Arvada Roofing replaced our roof in 2014. We were extremely impressed by them-they even finished sooner than anticipated. We referred our neighbors to them and they were quite pleased as well. Don even comes every year since to clean out our gutters! What great people!

Our roof was wind and hail damaged in the spring. We contacted several companies but found Arvada, from the initial quote to final clean up, to be the most professional. Don handled the whole process from contacting insurance, managing the installation, and keeping us up to date in a very efficient manner. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or installation.

Absolutely the best local company around, Listen, I'm a 5th generation native and I have to say Arvada Roofing is by far the best at what they do. After my home was hit with hail their team responded with speed and quality as the home was damaged along with the roof it was so much easier to let Don handle everything, as it turned out with his background as an insurance adjuster he was able to point out and secure that every detail was addressed and repaired by my insurance. I would have overlooked several things costing myself a lot of money and time, ( I actually reflect on that sometimes when I'm looking at my home now) rest assured these guys will take care of you, as a consumer it's not very often I get to say this but, I'm impressed with the way I was taken care of. thanks guys

Heath was excellent to work with! I had a home For sale. The buyers wanted a quick close and the roof needed replaced before closing. I have worked with Arvada Roofing in the past and they have always been great. They fit us in on a tight timeframe and did an excellent job. Everyone was happy and the quality of work was great. Great experience, fantastic customer service. Our roof, siding, and gutters all needed to be replaced after a massive hail storm, and Arvada Roofing took care of all of it. Great work, fast too. After a big hail storm basically ruined my roof, Don came out and was able to get my new roof on right away. He also dealt with all of my insurance questions with no hesitation. I wish all of my service needs could be as easy as Don made it. Would recommend 10/10!

After last years hail storm Don from Arvada Roofing came very highly recommend as someone who is involved in his community and trustworthy. He offered to be present for our insurance appraisal and helped point out items that should be included in the claim. After the claim was written he reviewed the adjusters worksheet and wrote letters to the insurance company concerning items that were missed in the write up. While it was nice to have these items covered it was even better to know that Don was concerned about how the roof system would perform if these flashings and caps weren’t also upgraded. I had Don help me obtain contractors for another nonrelated project. When we were hit with hail this Summer, I knew who to contact. We were out of the State when this occurred but I called him and he had it checked out before we got home. If there had been some leaking damage he probaby would have addresses it then. The crew's he had perform their portion were great and efficient . Don followed up on all the work in a very timely manner. My problem is getting people for my portion to do their work. Great to see that there are still people like Don who take great pride in getting a job done quickly and properly. Thanks Don!

I was having an issue with my roof and another investment property that my family owns and I contacted Rick Mittleman to come check out the issues. Turns out that all I needed was to have the gutter nailed back to the soffit. Rick put in a couple of nails and everything starting working great again! My family's 9 unit complex was a bigger problem. Rick and Heath treated my family like they were their own family. They worked with our insurance company amazingly and got the job completed in 2 days. Their crew was amazing as they picked up after themselves, cleaned the walkways and I found no nails left from the job completion.Thanks Rick and Heath for fixing mine and my family's issues.
