Arvada Roofing and Construction is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend them. Ryan was amazing in the way he helped me navigate a dispute with my insurance company. My house was damaged in the hailstorm of 2023. Thru Ryan's efforts, I got all the repairs that he recommended even though my insurance company denied part of the claim initially. The work was done with care and respect. I was so happy with my experience with Arvada Roofing, that I had them replace my mom's roof when she went through a similar situation. They are responsive and very helpful when you have questions or concerns. You won't go wrong with Arvada Roofing

I've used Arvada Roofing 3 times at my house and once at a rental. Each time there were no problems. Ryan worked with the insurance company, solar company and ensured the work crew was on site when promised. Amanda is great to work with and always passes on my messages. After the last shingle job Edgar came over to install water diversion flashing and cleaned out all the downspouts. Thanks to all of you for you excellent service. I will be sure to get with you again after the next hail storm!

We were referred to Arvada Roofing and Construction by our neighhor who had a good experience previously. We had hail damage from a storm in May 2024. From the start Ryan was professional, detail oriented, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He really went to bat for us with the insurance company which resulted in us receiving several thousand dollars more than what was originally paid by them to settle the claim. The installation went very smoothly and the team did a great job of installing the shingles and gutters, painting the facia, cleaning up, etc. We would highly recommend and use them again.

I've worked with Arvada R&C on several projects now, and they are hands-down my number one choice. I didn't actually have Arvada Roofing replace my roof (yet) , but the honesty and integrity from Ryan was refreshing. He came out to provide an estimate to replace the roof and told me if it was his roof he would not replace it yet. Two other roofing companies were more than happy to bid the project even if the roof did not need replacing. I will definitely be calling them again when it is time.

I can’t rave about this company enough. Following hail damage, the replaced our roof, skylights, and repainted our house. They are so easy to work with (and helped us work with our insurance company) and performed the work quickly, efficiently and professionally. All their employees are friendly and polite and our house looks amazing! Highly recommend!

Had our gutters done by Arvada Roofing and construction, well not really. Arvada Roofing provided an estimate, we agreed on the work, but they just couldn’t find a time to get our work done. We had to ask repeatedly to get on their schedule and when we got rained out for the first install, we were told we would be rescheduled but then had to ask repeatedly to be added back onto their schedule.
Ultimately, a subcontractor was used to complete our work (which we were not aware would be done).
Limited follow up from Arvada Roofing after subcontractor was involved other than to get their money.

I’m guessing our job was just too small for them.

Just disappointed

If you like your neighbors, don't use Arvada Roofing. I can't speak to how they actually do on the roofs. Yet as a neighbor of a customer, they do beyond a sloppy & dangerous job.
I have already called to share my concerns & felt mostly blown off so thought to share to anyone that likes their neighbors.
First off understand there would be some debris. Yet this was next level with multiple cleanups & had to do a bunch myself. Then they filled up gas on my yard! WT? Then working in front of my driveway got my truck tire punctured. To find both screws & nails in the road & sidewalk. Beyond that afterwards in my Rocks find 6 razor blades. SMH

Ryan and his team were excellent to work with from beginning to end. I had a shattered skylight leaking water into my place, along with multiple forms of other damage, from big hail storms in Summer 2023 and started calling contractors, and had the good fortune to talk with Ryan immediately upon calling. Even given excessive demand and the fact they did not know me, they were expedient. They followed through on everything they said they would do, handled various complex insurance issues, and communicated with me and the tenant each step of the way. I would unquestionably use them again.

Ryan is the most knowledgeable professional out there, particularly when dealing with insurance claims. We had hail damage and our insurance company fought our claim all the way. We trusted Ryan’s assurance and he walked us through what to expect step-by-step. It was an arduous process, but he was on site, on the phone, online, and by our side - advocating for us every step of the way. We had multiple insurance adjusters/inspectors sent out and Ryan was always here to meet with them, to go over the issues and point out things that would have been missed otherwise. When the insurance estimate still came up short several times, Ryan provided more detailed evidence and even pulled local building code to send as proof that the work we needed was justified and would be done right. They came by to check my roof after wind storm. I only had 2 small sections blown off. About 5 inches each. They repaired it without charging me given how small each section was. When I need a roof repair, or replacement, this is the company I will call.

The work and speed to completion when replacing my roof and gutters was fantastic to say the least. The workmanship, scheduling, speed of completion and communication were impeccable. Ryan was amazing at communicating and went above and beyond to ensure all the damage to my house was taken care of in the insurance claim. He even made sure that I was paid the full estimate amount for the work I completed myself. As the General Contractor, he went above and beyond to ensure I was completely satisfied with work done by his workers and other subcontractors. He also ensured that each job was performed in a specific order to make the operation seamless. There were also a few upgrades and additional tasks I asked if Ryan could have done. I was more than happy to pay for them out of pocket, but Ryan performed the extra work and upgrades free of charge. We were referred to Ryan and Glen for some hail damage to our home. Ryan and Glen were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. We had gotten multiple companies out here to look at our roof over the span of months, but Arvada Roofing put the rest to shame with their promptness and immediate response. We have a nearly flat rolled roof on a 60s home and had been told it could need a full replacement. Tracy was great to work with and followed up immediately on every question we had. Not only did they end up giving us another 5+ years on our roof but they removed an old wrought iron door and awning, patching the siding afterwards so it looked as good as new. This was a great one stop shop for the items on our maintenance checklist.

This company is family owned and really takes care of their customers, I had my roof replaced and then had someone paint it after. The brand new roof was damaged severely by the painters and Ryan came out and advocated for me making sure the roof was repaired properly and paid for by the painters even when I couldn’t go through him for the repairs. If he hadn’t been involved and I had just accepted the information from the painters roofer I would have had a brand new roof still damaged and likely to leak in the near future. I would always recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer especially because they are a locally owned and operated small business.

Arvada Roofing and Construction replaced my roof and gutters after last year's hail storm in Louisville. I contacted them after seeing the results of their work on other homes. Some of the things I like about the company and the job they did:
- They are locally owned, experienced, and have served this market for many years
- They have their own experienced crews rather than hiring inexperienced people after a major hail storm just to get more work
- They know the insurance companies, and the inner-workings of how to work with them to get appropriate compensation for the home owner. They even handled much of the negotiation with my insurance company. This was a big deal for me since it was something that I (probably like most people) don't have much experience with.
- They took on the entire job - including working with the local government agencies for permits, inspections, etc.
- The quality of the work was excellent - and they did a very thorough job cleaning up all around my house.

No surprises - they were professional, did a great job, charged exactly what they had quoted, and helped me throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them.

A wind/hail storm tore up the majority of my roof and the entire thing needed replaced. My insurance company was giving me trouble but Ryan went to great lengths to make sure everything was taken care of and done correctly. This is by far the best company I have ever had the pleasure to work with! Ryan has gone above and beyond any expectation I had. He has been fighting with my insurance for months to make sure that everything that was supposed to be on the quote made it on there and when it didn't he coached me through the next steps of filing a complaint to the department of insurance. Through that process if I had any questions he would take time out of his day to make sure I understood everything that was going on and made sure everything that was happening to me was fair. This is a family owned, small business. They do not advertise, work only through referrals. Glenn, and his son, Ryan are professional, courteous, prompt, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. They use well-established crews, not just anyone they can find on Craigslist.

We just had our roof replaced, and it could not have gone more smoothly. I was walked through the process from start to finish. Ryan had a great rapport with my adjuster, and they worked together to get everything taken care of. As promised, they were completely done in one day, and did a fantastic job on our roof, and excellent cleanup! These guys are the best. I can’t say enough good things about them! My new roof is installed!!!! I had damage from the April wind storm and wasn’t sure where to start. I am a Journalist so I am skeptical by nature. Arvada Roofing and Construction was recommended by my insurance company. They were one of about ten on the list but the only one who actually answered the phone and they took the time to answer my questions. Ryan was patient with this newbie to the process. He was kind and knowledgeable. He was able to get me in quickly. They arrived on a Tuesday at 6:30 a.m. They were done and out of here by 3:30 p.m. the same day and could not have been nicer! I got out my blower to clean off my patio at the same time one of their guys came around the corner with his and told me they had it and this was part of their job. They cleaned up so well you wouldn't even know they were here. Ryan knows how to work with insurance to make this an easy process. I couldn't recommend him more. He is now helping my sister with her roof replacement and she can’t stop raving about how great he is. I recommend this company to anyone skeptical or inexperienced about this process. I have never had a home owners claim before; however, my roof and other things were trashed in the recent hail storm in Brighton. I found this company via my hoa email. Ryan has been wonderful; he made the adjuster look at not only my roof and gutters but also my fence, my grill, my grill cover, and my central air conditioning unit. 06/15/2018 I have deducted a star we had water leak from one of the new roof pieces and Ryan at first didn’t believe me the leak was coming from the roof then acknowledged the leak after running a hose onto the roof and proving it, he put silicone around the seam of the piece and basically said good luck fixing the damaged drywall on the ceiling. A little disappointed!

This is our second time having Arvada Roofing and Construction work on our roof and gutters. After the big May hail storm they were the first people we called. They immediately went to work for us, negotiating with our insurance company. With their hard work and research they were able to get many more repairs covered than the adjuster initially quoted. They also made sure that all repairs were up to current code. As always they did great work. Their crew was friendly, professional and cleaned up well afterwards. Glen and Ryan are great to work with; they work hard to do the right thing for their customers. We can't thank them enough!

Glen and Ryan were awesome to work with! They were both very professional and responsive. The completed all the work as scheduled and everything was promptly cleaned up. They also helped me with questions I had with my insurance claim, and worked with my claims adjuster to help me get a problem worked out. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

These guys did an excellent job! They met with my insurance adjuster and from there took care of everything! All I had to do was pick a shingle color! Before they even started they placed tarps around my whole house to protect my landscaping and patio furniture! Before they left they walked my yard, driveway, and side walks, very meticulously and passed magnets over the whole property to make sure no nails were left behind! It actually was cleaner then it was before they had arrived. What a wonderful local small business.

My first experience with filing an insurance claim due to hail damage. I wasn’t sure what roofing company to go with and more confused with all the lawn signs planted on the neighbor’s lawn from Roofing companies. We called Arvada Roofing & Construction as that is the roofing company our trusted neighbor was going with. WOW…best choice we could have made. Ryan explained the process to us and offered to meet and walk the premises with the insurance adjuster to ensure the estimate included all the damages. As the $$$ amount and ###’s did not match, Ryan reached out to our insurance adjustor to again go over the details. As we had interior water damage, Ryan put us on the work schedule asap and once they arrived they completed the job as indicated. They did an exceptional job and hauled away all the debris. We received compliments from the roofer working on our neighbor’s roof and from a door to door salesman (for another Roofing company) on what an excellent job done on the roof and gutters. The door to door salesman added that he could not say anything bad about Arvada Roofing & Construction – that they were one of the best local roofing companies around. Throughout the whole process, Ryan has been extremely helpful – he explained the various roofing materials used and went over our options regarding the gutters (downspouts sizes, colors, gutter guards, flip up options, etc.). He knows his stuff and was very patient with us. We haven’t been able to resolve and repair the rest of the hail damage, but we are thankful to have the roof and gutters done – especially with all the rain we have been getting recently. After this last hail storm, we were referred to Arvada Roofing and Construction by our insurance company (which is a good sign to begin with). We called them and they were at our house within 48 hours for inspection, getting roof/gutter colors and a time set up for our roof to be repaired. They ran into a few hiccups with our roof not being up to code (previous owners fault) and worked with our insurance company to get it all resolved. The final product looks great and we are so happy that we worked with them.

This company was so accommodating! We called and they came out right away. Our roof was damaged from a recent hail storm and our insurance was a challenge to settle the claim. Ryan and Glen worked with the insurance company and helped us resolve most of it. Our roof is beautiful and they made sure things were cleaned up nicely every night and were very careful not to damage our landscaping. The workers were extremely professional too! We cannot thank you guys enough for taking such good care of us!!!

Our mountain home needed a new roof and after the professional, prompt job that was done on my daughters home in Arvada, there was no one else to consider. Our hard fought for gardens were protected by Glen and his crew, we had no clean up to do and they made sure our gutters were clear, as well as painted the vents. Glen and Ryan were courteous and knowledgeable. Glen's proposal for our roofing and gutter work was reasonable. The work of their roofing and gutter crew was careful, and they paid attention to details. To reduce the chances of problems later, Glen also suggested use of ice and water shield over the area on our roof on which solar panels were to be placed.
