Dylan was refreshingly honest, forthright and completely dedicated to doing the best job possible. He made what usually would have been a headache and made it a relatively painless process. I have a newer home, so I was very surprised when I discovered a leak in my roof. I called the first roofing business that sounded familiar, and after several days and having to call 3 separate times to check the status of their schedule, I called Kape Roofing & Exteriors. They put me on their schedule, with Dylan for that very same day! They promised an assessment, and a probable repair within the week, at the latest. Dylan called before his arrival asking if he could come a few minutes early. Upon arrival, he listened to my explanation, and even to my guess as to what the problem was. Once up on the roof, Dylan found and repaired/ sealed the problem, as well as sealing several other areas, soon to be leaks, as well. He took pictures to show me the areas, which basically turned out to be unfinished work from the original construction. He was very polite, professional, and informative. I'm not sure you could find a better business, anywhere! I feel so relieved! Thank you to the lady who answered my call as well!

We hired Kape Roofing to reside our poor excuse for a garage. We purchased a former rental property and the maintenance was , shall we say, nonexistent. They showed up when they said they would, completed the work in a timely manner and took a structure which could only be considered an eyesore, to something that we are very a happy with. No small feat. The worker was polite and did a great job. Our rep, John Daskiewicz could not have been more professional. He made sure to keep us informed of everything that was happening. He was responsive and returned calls almost immediately. Cannot recommend him enough. On the last day, the owner even stopped by to check in and make sure we were happy with the job. There just aren't many companies that go to that extend to make sure they are doing a good job, and their clients are satisfied. Highly recommend.

Great people. Thought I might have water damage from the poor installation of the old guttering, they inspected and replaced my guttering. No damage. Worked with me, answered my questions and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Even dropped back off the old guttering for my neighbor's barn. I was thoroughly happy with my experience.

It took them a while to start the job (new gutters and replace rotted soffitts), they took a while to call me back, but I understand they are busy. Once started, they did it quickly, and it looks good. Creighton and I were in touch quite a bit throughout and he communicated well. Also reasonably priced based on the other quotes I received. If you can be patient, I would recommend.

Kape roofing did a great job replacing my roof and gutters. Travis was very easy to get a hold of throughout the project and kept me updated as things were being completed. They did a great job ensuring my yard was completely cleaned before leaving for the day.

Travis was great to work with. They came the same day I called for an estimate. They added ice and water shield without cost, just to do the job right! I'm very impressed!

Kape Roofing has been exceptional from start to finish! They were easy to contact , came out quickly to look at my hail damage, and have made it easy to get everything replaced through my insurance . Travis the project manager has been great to work with and has literally taken care of everything for me and the guys who did my roof were very respectful to me and my yard ( cleaned up very thoroughly , I have small children). I would 10/10 recommend Kape roofing.

The service I received from Kape was excellent!! They are a great family run business and really take pride in their work. For the first time since I have lived in my house, the gutters are not leaking onto my porch!! The previous gutters were hung improperly, and did not drain correctly, and I can now say that is no longer a problem. My roof was also in need of more repair than the insurance originally quoted, and they worked closely with the insurance to ensure that all the work that needed to be done was completed and in a timely manner. I will always recommend Kape to anyone that needs any kind of roofing or guttering work!!

Install was completed quickly, and done right. They had to take a chimney down, and replace decking as well. Good quality work!

I've just accepted a bid from this company. They may be slightly higher than others, However, their PR and knowledge of roofing is extremely impressive. The same was with my Father who was a licensed Plumber. Though He was higher in his bid, people would still hire him because they knew He was going to not only guarantee His work (as does Kape Roofing for 5 yrs) but His work was going to be the best quality possible. I believe Kape Roofing has the same ideals.

Kape Roofing replaced our roof and did an amazing job. Gage, the owner, stayed in constant contact from the estimate through the installation. He was on the ground multiple times through the job. His personnel are attentive and professional. I had a couple of minor issues and they were receptive and corrected them without question.

Casey came out and gave me and my mother in law an estimate on our roofs. They were reasonable priced, they came out on a Saturday and got the roofs done and cleaned everything up. I had one issue and Casey came out that Monday and fixed it right away.

I called a couple companies to come out and give me a quote. Kape roofing was the only one that showed up and J.D was here as soon as possible to get to work. I had several roof leaks at my house and now I can relax knowing I have a good quality IR roof installed. The job was done within a good time frame and the professionalism of work is great too. Kape Roofing replaced my roof and gutters recently in Salina. Their sales rep, JD Jarvis, was very professional and assisted me throughout the process dealing with my insurance including meeting with the adjuster at my home. The installation was completed on time as scheduled and crew was professional. Quality work and I was very pleased with the service I received.

Professional, courteous both management and crew. Prompt hard working. Last September our roof leaked and Kape roofed our home. Then in march it began leaking again. Casey and Tamko distributor checked our roof it turned out to be faulty shingles. Cast worked then to temporarily fix it whiLe we waited for Tamko to settle on materials and labor. They roofed the 2nd time today and did tear off shined and fortified the area where it leaked by the chimney. They worked above and beyond to fix the problem. Very satisfied.

They replaced roof two years ago, this year had a leak because of improper flashing. Called and was told business had been sold, but shawn, local contact, said they were honoring previous owners jobs and took care of situation at their cost. Clearly the new owners are honorable!!
