Exact Exteriors

I’m deeply disappointed with my experience with this company. While I believe in giving people second chances, I was not informed that the company employed individuals with felony/ criminal records before allowing them into my home. I also did not have the opportunity to secure my valuables as they did not provide a heads up to their arrival and only called once at my residence. After their visit, I discovered that a ring valued at $21,000 was missing from the area in which the two men were working.

I immediately reported the incident to Jason, but the response has been evasive and unhelpful. The East Providence Police Department concluded after interviews with the two individuals in my home (who were both convicted criminals), that one was indeed responsible for taking the ring. To date, the item has not been recovered, and I’ve received no compensation or meaningful follow-up from Jason. Transparency, accountability, and customer protection should be top priorities for any business—sadly, that was not the case here.

I urge anyone considering their services to call a more reputable company. What happened to me should not happen to anyone else - would not recommend using this company.

We had an amazing experience with Exact Exteriors. Jason is incredibly trustworthy; he does what he says he is going to do, and it costs what he says it is going to cost. The project manager (Randy) and the carpenters (Roberto, Mario, and Josh) and painters (Matt, Rick, and Stacy) were all outstanding. We had the vinyl siding removed from our house and the original wood siding restored, replaced where needed, and painted. Exact also installed new Marvin windows and rebuilt our front porch railing. They were respectful, organized, clean, responsive, and all around wonderful to work with on the project. See the pictures. It was a major transformation of our historic home! I highly recommend Jason and the whole team.

Exact Exteriors was so great to work with for my exterior painting and siding repair. Jason responded right away and came out to give an estimate, explaining everything that needed to be done and how it would factor into the cost. When work began, foreman Randy continued to explain the progress made every day and any changes I needed to know about. Altogether, the work was done perfectly as promised, on schedule, and as budgeted. Will definitely work with again soon!

Great experience with this company. They came on a recommendation and I could not be happier with the work. The crew handled all of our window installations in one day - they were polite and respectful to me and my daughter. Jason, the owner, met with us to discuss the project and stayed available throughout the job and inspected all of the work at the finish. Exact Exteriors did our siding 5 years ago, it still looks great and we haven't had any issues with it. They were very easy to work with and we plan to use them for other projects in the future.

The completed job came out exactly as we had hoped. Jason gets it. He listened to exactly what we were looking to do and did everything he could to meet our requests and expectations. After researching a number of Hardi siding projects my wife and I were at odds on whether to go with two different colors or just one on the siding. Jason put us in touch with a designer, (not expensive), who put together 5 different computer renderings to give us ideas and possibilities. After much debate, we chose the 1st one she designed. A combination of white b&b and iron grey lap siding. His crew, led by our project manager Randy and crew “chief” Juan, did an extremely professional job of installation. Everything was sharp and clean looking. Any concerns or requests I had Randy and Jason took care of without question. We even had a midway design change for our soffits from white to black, and included a hunt for aluminum soffit that looked like wood for a large overhang area at the front of the house. Jason hunted it down for us and the result was fantastic. And Juan’s work on the soffits was superb. And the closer from the bullpen Rob, came in at the end to make sure everything was tight and squared away.
Nothing ever goes exactly as planned with these projects. And we had some ups and downs. But Jason, Randy, Rob and the Crew never made you feel like “just another customer”, which is greatly appreciated.
In the end we couldn’t be happier with the finished product. I highly recommend Exact Exteriors for any siding project someone may be considering.

Jason and his team repaired siding on 2 buildings for the small HOA I live in. The entire experience was excellent and I would use Exact Exteriors again if the need arises.

Jason is very easy to work with. He worked directly with us to determine what repairs were necessary, and provided us with options for materials etc.
When additional questions came up during the proposal phase, Jason was responsive and informative with his responses.
His team delivered excellent results at a reasonable cost. Additional repairs, which should be expected in this case, were evaluated and reviewed with us prior to moving forward. The repairs needed stayed within our project scope and there were no surprises or excessive costs.
His crews are skilled tradesmen who arrived early and worked until the day’s tasks were complete. They also cleaned up effectively before leaving at the end of the day.

Jason and his team replaced my sidings with vinyl for my whole house and they did great job! Jason was patient, considerate, responsive and very knowledgeable! I was very glad to make a right decision to let them take care of the job for me!

We had an intermittent leaky window. Jason recommended a solution which was implemented. Upon removing the siding, the damage was more extensive then assumed. Jason and crew did an excellent job putting up new siding, house wrap and a window to make sure the house was tight. There are no leaks now. Additionally, they were able to match trim and lights, so it did not look like the house was repaired. Bottom line, easy to work with, estimates are accurate, and they do an excellent job.

They did a terrific job on my siding and windows. I am very happy with the results and process. Great crew! Anything that came up, and there are bound to be things with an old house, were handled quickly and well. I recommend them and will use again.

a new deck with Treks , replace roof ,now we are doing some windows. We also plan to do Hardey siding in the future.

Exact Exteriors did a fantastic job installing James Hardie siding on our house! Jason, the owner, did a detailed inspection prior to the quote and noted places where PVC was needed to keep the siding far enough above the ground according to Hardie specs. He also carefully looked at our concrete BBQ grill enclosure to make sure the siding could fit between the enclosure and the wall.

The team showed great care with everything they did and tidied up everything before they left each day. In an unexpected surprise, they wrapped all of our wood exterior doors and garage frames in white aluminum to make them maintenance free.

You won’t go wrong with this company. High quality materials and real craftsman. They do everything the way it should be done. The owner is a real gentleman and his crews are polite and courteous.

Very nice people to work with and they did a really excellent job. They were timely and cleaned up at end very well.

Jason and his team did two big projects for me at my house - the workmanship was great, they got it done timely, and I never had to worry if they were going to cut corners or just not show up for three weeks at a time.

Jason and the rest of the Exact Exteriors team were a pleasure to do business with and did quality work. We contacted them to replace our windows and, being considerate of our budget, they were very helpful in guiding us through to our final decision to repair the sills and paint the house. We plan to use them when we do finally replace our windows. The team was communicative and prompt throughout the project. After the work was completed Jason gave us time to review the work and did a walkthrough himself - he made sure everything either of us noticed was corrected and we were fully satisfied before requesting final payment. My experience with Exact Exteriors was fantastic. I couldn't be happier. My project was complicated in that I have a 15' half round window that needed to be replaced. The eyebrow covering the window is cooper. So the copper had to be carefully lifted at the edge, the window inserted and the cooper then carefully tapped back into place. I worried during the time from ordering the window to the time it was installed. Worried, because things with contractors can and have gone terribly wrong. Well, I was wasting time worrying because they did such a great job, it looks fantastic and even the cooper work looks better than before they even touched it. Jason and his crew were so professional, so thoughtful and they even did me a favor and replaced some things and fixed a small area that wasn't even part of the project. I can't say enough about Exact Exteriors. It's good old fashion work ethic with these men. I have found a contractor that I will use and treasure going forward that I can trust and not worry about my house in their hands. We had many renovations on our house through the years and Jason’s crew was by far the best. We both work from home and, by its very nature, it is stressful to have construction workers in the house with all the noise and dirt and commotion. And yet, these guys were actually a pleasure to have working in our home.

The Exact Exteriors team are exactly what one would hope for in a construction crew. They are skilled, they actually care, they are fastidious about details and cleaning up after themselves. They show up when they say they would, they make good on their promises, they don’t try to upsell and actually take time to discuss what’s best for the house, and they are transparent and fair with pricing. On top of that, they are truly decent humans with great sense of humor.

As a woman, I felt comfortable and safe with a bunch of workers around my house, which wasn’t always the case with other crews.

They were fun to have around, did great work and our house is so much better for it. We will work with them on any future projects and highly recommend to others.

This past week during 3 inches of heavy evening rain, water started entering our youngest son's bedroom ceiling. In a panic the very next day here in seekonk ma, searching local roofing companies and making multiple calls for someone to come out to assess the issue. Only one company sent over their guy to assess the issue. EXACT EXTERIORS sent over Rob that day in more morning rain to throw a ladder up and get on our roof and find out our chimney flashing was failing. This speaks alot about their commitment and dedication to their customers and for their company. Sending a guy out almost immediately in the rain to help us. I'm sure that this isn't gonna be the case with ever situation but for me this company is one of the better ones and I hope they continue to succeed and help customers out in need. We are excited to submit this review of Exact Exteriors since we are very pleased with the exterior work done on our home in the fall of 2023, and how smooth the whole process was from start to finish. We put off addressing the issues with our home’s exterior as long as we could since we were wary about finding a contractor we could trust and who would do a great job. We found both in EE. We needed our house painted and possibly a new roof. We had four quotes before EE and none of those contractors clicked with us. We came across EE website and were impressed with it and with the reviews so we called for a quote. The owner came to our home and we were impressed with his attentiveness to what our home needed. He pointed out issues that were crucial to our home's integrity that were not mentioned by the other contractors. We didn't feel rushed; there was no pressure. Price was fair and there were no surprises. Each cost was clearly written on the invoice and explained in detail. Once hired, the work was always on schedule! Jason was amazingly prompt in returning texts and calls and was always pleasant and receptive to our concerns throughout the process as we made changes along the way. All the crews were polite; there was never any debris left behind. The painting was meticulous. We love the look of our home and feel confident that the improvements made will ensure our home's integrity for years to come.

We have a modest 65 year old cape that was due for siding ,two outside doors, plus new outside wall and window on a second story bathroom . Also some chimney repairs were needed. We contacted Exact Exteriors after our son had them do his house which came out great. Other people in his neighborhood were also happy with jobs done by Exact Exteriors. Jason came over and sized up the job and talked it over with us. He gave us some good ideas that added eye appeal to the house while watching the bottom line. No pressured sales pitch at all Thank You! We got a clear written estimate that that reflected our needs.When the crew started work it was easy to tell we were in good hands they were professional and took time to show us what they were doing and discuss the condition of the house which they said was good. I 'm not a carpenter but it was obvious that these guys where real craftsman not rookies or hacks. Really the best.The house looks great. The chimney needed more work than was originally thought Jason offered two levels of repair we took the more comprehensive one. Jason checked with a couple of masons and got us what we felt was a good price for the added work we also asked to get it painted while we were at it. It came out great. While the project was underway Rob saw an issue with our roof which we had repaired, also for a price which we felt was very reasonable.This solved an intermittent leak we had. The house came out beautiful and went through the tough wind and rainstorm we had before Christmas with zero problems. Jason has a great crew and and knows how to get craftsman for the needed repairs. He exceeded Our expectations and made it easy. No upsells or BS

We were very fortunate to locate Jason/Exact Exteriors to replace our defective 8yo Allura Cement board siding on our recently built home. Jason and crew used the best materials and outstanding workmanship to make it new again. They were professional, prompt, and fair priced. Can't thank them enough!

My front porch was an absolute disaster!! The wood was soft, the steps were loose. And the railings wobbly. I live on the corner of a dead end street and it was an embarrassing welcome into the neighborhood in addition to being unsafe. I had put off fixing it because I dreaded the cost and the stories I’d heard of contractor disasters worried me. I called Jason on the recommendation of a friend. He came out and gave me an estimate which was very reasonable. Once I signed the paperwork to start, everything went very smoothly. The team was very polite, considerate, and friendly. The project was done in a very short time and it looks amazing! I could not be more pleased with the outcome! They completely cleaned up after themselves too! My porch is now safe and pretty! Several neighbors have even commented on it. I highly recommend them!

After getting a handful of quotes to fix a leaky roof we were incredibly impressed with Jason and his thoroughness and transparency about his quote. He provided us multiple options and his recommendation but did not pressure us into more than we needed. Ended up with a half replacement to ensure the issue was properly addressed. Both Jason and the crew were incredibly professional, punctual, and friendly. Highly recommend and will use again for any future exterior projects.

Great project planning, work quality and timeliness and follow-thru to completion by Exact Exteriors on the siding work done in Warwick Rhode Island. Dave Lacreta was easy to work with, detailed-oriented on installation per manufacturer's specifications, and very competent. Made the whole process easy for the us, the owner of the property.

I contracted with Exact Exteriors to paint and make a number of repairs to my home, and to replace the sliding glass doors to my deck as well as several storm doors. My home is approaching 100 years of age and required a number of repairs to the exterior; Jason, the owner of Exact Exteriors, was very thorough in his inspection of the exterior and in fact noticed several problems of which I had been unaware. Jason’s thoroughness extended to his review of all work as it was being done and when it was completed. Jason’s attention to detail was both impressive and reassuring.

His workers were polite and very pleasant, their work was thorough, and they cleaned up each day after their work before leaving. It was indeed a pleasure to work with Jason and his crew throughout the time they were here.

In sum, I could not be more pleased with the quality of both the process and the results of their work. In addition, neighbors who observed the work in progress, as well as the result, were highly complimentary as to the quality of both.

The team at Exact Exteriors did a great job, removed four layers of old roofing and laid down a beautiful new rubber roof for us that is better insulated and watertight!

They were fast, skilled and very reasonably priced. They worked around the tricky conditions of our location and pulled off a very difficult job with ease and professionalism.

The best contractor I’ve ever worked with. Jason accurately priced the project (roof, siding, deck, and gutters) along with the inevitable “surprises” that come when removing siding. They reframed those windows that could. E saved and replaced those that could not. Jason was in contact throughout and often sent texts at night to update in progress and next steps for the coming days.

I have referred Dennis (Exact Exteriors) to several people, all of whom have been greatly satisfied with his work.

I can’t say enough good things about Jason and his crew! They were always on time, very tidy and Jason was always very responsive and was always paying attention to details. The crew was on time and worked efficiently all day. I’ve been in construction a long time and this was one of the better crews I’ve seen in action. It was clear everyone had a job to do and was well trained. The roof looks amazing and they had enough man power to get my roof and my neighbors roof done in 1 day.
