I would give 100 stars if I could. If you have any restoration needs, I would highly recommend them. From the first time I spoke to Servpro and every step after that has been great. Stephen DeMagistris, the Project Manager, is polite, up front with everything going on, always right there to answer any questions, just an overly really great guy to work with. My family is so appreciative of him and the Servpro team for helping us get our house restored.

Due to the collapse of a main sewer line on the east side of Providence, our basement was flooded with three inches of raw sewage. Servepro did an amazing job in getting it cleaned up quickly, damaged carpeting and wallboard ripped out, and other ruined items thrown in a dumpster ... all in two days time! Heavy duty dehumidifiers and air purifiers are running down there as I write this. Many thanks to Jason, Roberto and Clemente for getting on top of this situation quickly and efficiently.

Stephen DeMagistris did a great job as my Project Manager. He was very thorough, answered all my questions and worked with me to find a clean-up date that would work for my busy schedule as well as ServPro’s schedule. Hopefully, I never need these kind of clean-up services again. But if I do, I will be sure to use ServPro. Thank you!

ServPro responded to my water crisis immediately. The agent checked out the situation and offered a clear price for the work, work that the agent covered in detail. ServPro delivered everything it promised. The clean up was truly excellent. They eased my concern with the situation and in a short period of time they completed the work, returning my basement to mint condition. I give ServPro five stars for its professionalism and soothing response.

Zach Carden answered our service call for water damage. He was on schedule, very polite and knowledgeable. After he completed his tests he offered us several options and recommendation. I would rate him 10+ out of 10.

Zach came by and inspected the basement and my work of cleaning and drying the area. In the end he said that work by Servpro wasn't required and recommended a product that would help if any mold developed down the road. I commend him for his honesty and integrity and will surely call him in the future if our basement is flooded again... thanks Zach

Great experience with Servpro. Alyssa did a great job with managing all the work, and maintaining strong communication throughout the projects. Dominic and Zolma were also very pleasant to work with, and did a very thorough job on cleanup, really going the extra mile.

My basement had a bit of water/sewer drainage from a clogged pipe that was backing up through my washing machine drain. Miguel Garay and Zulma Gonzalez from Servpro came right on time to clean. They explained in detail how they were going to clean it, what products they would use, and in the end did an amazing job. It puts my mind at ease knowing I don’t have to worry about any mess. They were very kind and professional and I would recommend them in the future.

We can’t thank the ServPro Team TMC out of Providence enough for the incredible work they did for a local family during a very difficult time. his was my first claim in 56 years and it was awful! 23.1 Cubic feet of rotting meat and seafood! Aer, were AA customer service was horrible but THANK GOD for your guyys! They made it a whole lot better. I could not have asked for better guys,,,they did theior job perfectly and cleane dup everything and did such a great job! After some water damage in our basement caused mold growth, Dominic and Zulma did an amazing job removing all the mold, explaining the process along the way, and cleaning up beautifully on their way out! Very professional service.

We had a sprinkler pipe fail in our Field House. The Servpro Providence Team was absolutely amazing! The woman in the office was quick to get the project manager out to the site. Zachary was very responsive and dispatched a crew within the hour. Once on site the crew got right to work cleaning up the water. Dominic, Rudy, Andre, Otto, Carlos, Wilson, Fredy, Miguel & Richard work diligently and respectfully throughout the clean up. I would highly recommend the Servpro Providence team for your emergency. Igor even came out at the end to make sure everything was done correctly and to both his and my standards.

Dominic, Zulma, Zach, and Christian were all absolutely amazing while we were going through a hot water tank break and water damage issues. They were helpful with questions, showed us what they did, very communicative, and cleaned up after themselves. First off, the coordinator Ivan Melo, was amazing with our fire damage in Johnston, RI that happened on the 24th of February. He is professional, kind, and very personable. He explained the entire process from start to finish.
He answered all our questions and concerns. He is a super performer and very knowledgeable.
Then to top that off, our team that came in was the absolute best. Miguel, Miguel, Freddy, and Abner. Professional, friendly, and very efficient.

We are dealing with damage to our family room due to our roof leaking, We called servpro because we used them a couple of years ago when we had a sewer backup problem in our cellar. He is so professional, and explains in detail what needs to happen in order to get things corrected, and up and running again.He is not only extremely knowledgeable, but also very personable, you feel like he truly cares about your situation, and has your back. We had a major water issue at our Highrise Condo and Servpro immediately responded and did a fantastic job. Chris and his team were extremely professional and mitigated the water and reconstructed the damage units quickly!

We had an excellent experience working with the team at Servpro Rhode Island. Both their management team and their skilled service teams were lovely to work with.

We worked with them following an incident in our condo building. A condo numerous floors above us flooded, sending water down through the building, into many of the condos below. We had water flow through the ceiling in our bathroom and entranceway and down the internal walls. Servpro's team handled mitigation and repairs in both the building and within our unit. They quickly scanned our walls to discover significant wet spots. They opened up walls in our condo to push through air and suck out moisture, all while working diligently to protect the tile work and shower we'd only recently had done. They removed all hints of mold and used a non-toxic antimicrobial spray to ensure mold wasn't present. They then repaired all of the walls, including priming and painting. You couldn't tell anything had happened when they were done. Throughout the process, their team was highly communicative and responsive. We thank them for all of their work.

During a very stressful event, it was great to work with the Servpro team who were considerate,
reassuring and on time! Particularly, a shout out to Brian, the Reconstruction Project
Manager. He always answered my calls promptly and was a man of his word. Always

He immediately examined the needs of the job, explained exactly what he needed to do and set about getting the job done right. He showed me before and after pictures of the air ducts. Had them out a few years back for air ductwork cleaning. Absolutely horrible job. They pushed all the debris to the furnace, and it was all built up in the filters. Turned on the heat and debris flew out of every vent. Had Stanley steemer come recently and confirmed it was an aweful job. I don’t have photos to upload as it as it was a few years back.

I highly recommend the ServPro crew that helped us recently with flooding problem. Jim, Nikko and Trey were great. They were professional, informative and friendly. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them to all in the need of their services. Thank you to all!!

I recently posted a 1-star review for ServPro of Providence due to my frustration with their reimbursement process. Over two months, I made several attempts to get reimbursed in full for services that were not completed as per the contract. My experience was disheartening, to say the least.

However, within minutes of posting my review, Joe, one of the owners of ServPro, reached out to me. He was genuinely apologetic and explained that he had never received my previous messages and was completely unaware of the situation.

To my surprise and relief, Joe not only reimbursed all the money for the incomplete work but also offered extra compensation for the inconvenience caused. I am sincerely grateful for Joe's swift response in addressing the issue and for the additional gesture of goodwill.

Just finished up with my claim with Servpro of Providence. This was a very easy claim to deal with because of the great people that handled this claim. Brian Regan manager was very respectable courteous and knowledgeable. Everything you want when someone is coordinating the work that has to be done in your home. Brian stayed in contact and answered all my questions. He treated this claim the way you would hope to be treated. Thank you Brian.

We found a water leak when returning from a short vacation. To us it was a true disaster. The water had damaged part of the first floor and was collecting in the basement. It's hard to explain the shock and intensity of emotion that hits in a situation like this. SERVPRO of Providence was called in by our insurance adjuster and they took care of all the water and mold remediation. The team was very thorough in addressing all the affected areas. We decided to stay with SERVPRO providence for the restoration work. I'm so pleased that we did. I feel very fortunate that we worked with Brian Regan as a project manager. We added to the scope of the work with a few things that we wanted to change in the home and although the process took a bit longer than we would have liked we've ended up with a beautifully finished space. The tradesmen that worked in the house were highly skilled and professional. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed immediately. We made a great decision having them do our project and I'd happily recommend Brian and the team of people he works with.

Very pleased with SERVPRO. They are quick and professional, and they did a great job. It suck that you might need them, but if you do. they are the ones to call! We also had them come back and clean the carpet and I was surprised on how well it came out. Awesome job.

5 stars for the work done. The follow up wasn't what I would have hoped for. Everyone is busy I understand. And I understand there's always a larger loss to deal with. My loss was big to me and my family too. I'm thankful for the help of the team. I would recommend them to family and friends for sure.

Anthony and his team at Servpro were extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to take care of us. They communicated and explained the process every step of the way via phone, text, and emails. They arrived on time and worked quickly and neatly to alleviate the water damage. We can't thank Anthony and his team enough.

I had a mold problem. You couldn't seeing bt the odor was horrible. Stephen came, located the problem, gave me several options. Two days later my problem is resolved. Our situation involved massive water damage to a large Victorian East Side home, with gorgeous woodwork, ceilings, and plaster walls destroyed. The tasks of removal of damaged areas were complex, labor intensive, and time consuming. ServPro showed up hours after we called with water remediation equipment and were a life saver. They then put into effect drying and mold remediation plans and handled the demolition sensibly preserving as much as they could. The Servpro restoration team then oversaw the entire remediation which involved work on 3 floors, and required skilled workers in various areas (plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc.) Most particularly, they sourced a skilled wood milling group which custom made intricate moldings and wood paneling to match the rest of this unique home. The entire process took almost 6 months and Servpro interfaced well with all concerned parties, from tradesmen doing the skilled work, to the extensive detailing of the project required with our insurance carrier and with us and our designated point man throughout the process. We would highly recommend them to be there in an emergency like this.

Avoid engaging with ServPro of Providence for any house restoration needs. Their team lacked professionalism and efficiency, failing to offer the necessary guidance for a first-time flood victim.

After our basement flooded in July, we hired them for restoration. Despite the initial promising interaction, their service was far from satisfactory. They started work without a signed contract and left the job half-done upon discovering potential asbestos tiles. Their communication was poor and their response time was disappointing. They left their equipment at my house for over a month without any follow-up. Their mismanagement and lack of diligence have left my basement in worse condition than before the flooding. They have shown no accountability for their unprofessional behavior and have the audacity to bill me for their shoddy work. Adding insult to injury, they sent a $150 restaurant gift card as an apology. I strongly recommend anyone requiring home restoration in the Providence area steer clear of ServPro. Be aware, their ineptitude could leave you worse off than before.

12/14/23 - As a follow up their owner, Joe, called and is working on making this right. I appreciate this very much and look forward to seeing how we can rectify this situation.

These men did my demolition and did it without ease...They deserve a raise!!!

My basement flooded and I needed someone to come late at night. The guys from ServPro were there 45 minutes after I called. They were friendly, knowledgable, and did a wonderful job. Hopefully, I won't need them again but if my basement floods, they will be who I call.

We had water damage in one of our buildings, and needed cleanup, demolition and reconstruction completed as quickly as possible. The ServPro team of Providence came out to assess the damage and then got started right away on the project. We had a great experience with this team, led by Alyssa Swindell. I was in a fix. Purchased a house with a terrible mouse infestation, my heating duct system needed a deep clean before I could turn the heat on and it was getting chilly…
The coordinator Tim worked hard to schedule this during an extremely busy time (incredible storms with extreme flooding going on in the region). Tim called Sunday evening to tell me it was going to be that Monday!
I am very satisfied with response times of Tim and the crew. Everyone was very pleasant and told me how they were going to proceed as well as any quirks they found. Doubt this 80 yo heating system has ever been touched before.
And they even tidied up after themselves in the house because dirt comes with the territory.
And, last but not least, the price for 3 crewmen to do a 7 hour job was extremely reasonable! That was a great relief to me.

Our basement ceiling had severe water damage and Derrick Perry and crew have been absolutely amazing! He made us feel at peace and hopeful while informing us how the process works start to finish. I that no one goes through what we did but if they do call Derrick at Servpro!

Excellent to deal with from start to finish. The whole team was very professional and a calming influence when dealing with a hectic/stressful situation.

After the project manager came by with the two contractors I was told he would be in touch in a few days. I never heard from him. I contacted him through text, emails and phone calls. Never got a response. I reached out to the other two ladies who contacted me originally. One told me another project manager would contact me, they didn’t. The other lady never got back to me.

The only way I was able to get through was because I contacted my insurance company and they called everyday until they got an answer. When they got through they were told they couldn’t even start until after August.

The complete process was fantastic, you guys turned a bad situation into a positive and non stressful situation. Your team went beyond our expectations and we thank you tremendously.

Our basement was inundated by the flash flood of July 4. Ivan and his team came promptly when we called and did a through job rescuing us from the damage.

They showed up at 10pm on a Sunday night when our basement flooded. CJ was extremely responsive and his team was fantastic in getting our place back in order.

At 7:15am on Saturday I realized I called ServPro’s dispatch team and by 7:19am CJ had called me back to discuss my flooded basement. His team was out here by 10am to get the job started. We didn’t realize the scope of the job would be what it ended up being but they still honored the original quoted price even though a couple extra trips were required. CJ and his team made a really difficult situation much better with their great response time, professional service and attention to detail. They will be my only call if a future issue arises!

I engaged Servpro after some water damage in my home. The company was extremely responsive and professional at all times. CJ handled my case and a clean-up crew was dispatched quickly. The crew was professional and did a great job. They were always available to answer questions and deal with any concerns I had. All in all, a great experience during a really tough time.

We hired Servpro of Providence for post construction clean up! Sawdust was everywhere in our basement, it made it hard to breathe. The cleaning crew that showed up mostly of ladies was very meticulous, fast and efficient; extremely professional! They vacuumed each individual piece in our basement, small or large. My water heater pipe burst, flooding the basement. Servpro came in, removed the water, cut out the wet wall, let it dry, cleaned everything and I was exceptionally pleased.

The reconstruction took longer than anticipated. Due to a new job I needed to move out of state and have it done within a month. While I didn't like needing to make some phone calls to move the process along, they did eventually speed me up and get it done in time - I'll definitely give them credit for responsiveness. I was happy with the end result too
