Recently used PuroClean of RI after a water pipe break flooded part of our basement. During what was a sometimes overwhelming event, everyone at PuroClean - from Stephanie who was a friendly, calming voice on the phone when we needed it, to Bri, Tom and Hunter who were quickly on-site to help, provide guidance thru the entire process, and visited each day until completion - were kind, professional, and dilligent in everthing did. True professionals from start to finish. I hope I never have to use a disaster cleaning company again, but PuroClean will be the only one I'll call if I ever have to.

I have a finished lower level that smelled a bit musty. Chris was very professional, knowledgeable, and answered my questions. He determined that there were no leaks, no visible mold and didn’t think anything needed to be done except dehumidifier. I was pleased with his honesty and integrity.

Bri & Jayson have helped me out with two leaks now (unfortunately!) and I have never had a better experience with any contractor, home service or repair team. Their communication was impeccable, the attention to the impact on my home life was superb, they were friendly, informative, helpful, enjoyable to speak with and welcome into my home. The only silver lining to getting a second leak was being able to call puroclean!

I would love to give negative stars. Horrible experience, incomplete work. They were paid for work that never got done and now not only did they keep the money i need a new contractor that i have to pay to fix what they did. They came back out to my house half a dozen times to fix what wasn't done and it STILL NEVER GOT DONE!! Do not use this company. For some reason it won't let me upload photos, which I'm sure the company would prefer considering how bad of a job they did. Absolutely disgusted by the costumer service. No idea how they actually have 5 star reviews on here

The experience with PuroClean was extremely smooth and seamless. We needed help with mold mitigation and water damage after our basement flooded. They quickly came and assessed our situation. Sarah was knowledgeable and empathetic, got work started right away. The crew of Honor and Soza did an awesome job with mitigation and got us to a point where we could start restoration. They also helped set up the pack out/pack in process as well as storage of our furniture while mitigation was occurring. Could not be more happy with the service we received.

On Oct. 4th we discovered that the sewer main had leaked all over our basement floor. Our homeowner's insurance contacted PuroClean of RI to help us with mitigation, after we had done some of it ourselves. Stephan and Adron came out and set up a big dehumidifier and an air scrubbing machine. They moved a bunch of stuff out of our basement and ripped up the laminate faux wood flooring in the office area. When they did that, they discovered a lot of moisture had been trapped under the flooring. They sprayed the areas with fungicide and brought in some industrial fans to help dry things up.

We also learned that the old vinyl flooring in 3/4 of the basement has asbestos in it and would need to be removed before plumbing repairs could be done. Some of it was actually under the white tiles in our laundry room. The short video is water squishing up between the tiles. What a mess! A couple days later Stephan and Hunter came back and deconstructed all the wood shelving, two workbenches and a couple wall sections in preparation for the abatement crew.

In between mitigation and deconstruction, Chris came out to start the estimate process for rebuilding our basement. He had a cool camera that took 360-degree photos of every room and created blueprints from them. He too was very professional and easy going during a stressful situation and we appreciate his attention to detail. We're also pleased with how quickly each step of the process has gone so far.

Overall, we were very impressed and happy with how professional and upbeat Stephan, Adron and Hunter were, as well as, how quickly and hard they all worked. Their easy going and positive attitudes made a difficult situation a lot more bearable. We look forward to working with them again after our basement is rebuilt. We would recommend PuroClean to anyone needing mitigations services.

We worked with PuroClean following a backed up laundry drainage line flooding our apartment and damaging floors and some walls. The team was fantastic. Within 24 hours, they had assessed and cleaned the flooded area. They tore up the floorboards that needed to go, sprayed anti-microbial solution to deter mold growth, and installed drying and dehumidifying equipment to ensure drying. They communicated everything to our insurance company and ensured a quick resolution for us. We appreciate their help very much and would work with them again (though hopefully that's not necessary).

I called PuroClean because I had a an old leaky roof and was afraid there could be mold damages. We were able to schedule an inspection, which they were very prompt of. Chris was very professional during it. He took the time to explain what he was looking for and how he was testing for it. He told me he didn't find any mold. I really appreciated his honesty. Because of this, I gladly recommend PurcoClean to anyone looking to have a professional mold inspection done to their home.

I have just completed Phase 1 of I don’t know how many phases I’m going to have with PuroClean! Last Saturday night I came home to a broken water tank with water everywhere in my modular home in EG. I called Amica & they said they would have a team here immediately. In an hour Brie & Honor were working & calling a plumber to turn off the water. They cleaned up the existing water, had dehumidifiers & heaters running & were back Monday for cleanup. I was so impressed with Brie, Honor & the team at Puroclean. I hired them to complete the demo & restoration work. That they said will take approximately three months. Since they were recommended by Amica & I was impressed w/ their service already I feel confident that the following phases will go as simple & seamlessly as phase one. I completely recommend the team so far at Puroclean.

We had a leaky roof, and after we had that repaired, two young women ("Bree" and "Honor") from PuroClean came by to mitigate the water damage that had occurred as a result of the leaking roof. From the very beginning they were highly professional, efficient, and willing to answer a variety of questions that I had about the process. First they cleared a space in the room which had been filled with furniture, after checking if that would be OK with me, and then they began their work. A bit of ceiling surgery was required to get into the crawl space/attic below the actual roof, and they carried it out beautifully. There was the possibility of a ton of blown insulation covering everything, but they were very careful, used all the right equipment to minimize the amount of insulation dust that was produced, and left the place spotless. They've come back several times to check on the condition ot things and provided some very useful suggestions for future consideration. We were utterly pleased with their effort.

Came home from our first vacation in 20 years in Ireland to find my washing had failed and ruined our kitchen hard wood floors and walls and contents in the basement. PuroClean arrived the day after our call and met with the adjustor. They immediately went to work to dry our damaged home, conducted flood cuts on the wall and installed multiple dehumidifiers and air movers. The lead tech, Stefan was beyond AWESOME. In an economy were it is hard to hold onto good employees, Stefan proves that a company is only as good as the employees who have direct contact with customers, even those in a terrible situation. He was patient, knowledgeable and a hard worker. While each employee I had contact with was great, Stefan takes the cake.

Their product manager Raquel was thorough and transparent about all the work that would need to be done.

Stephanie is a freaking rockstar Coordinator! She responds immediately and covers all of your concerns/questions.

Bri and Honor came to do the demolition, mitigation, and cleanup. Hands down the most professional, courteous, and friendliest people I have had do work for us. They do everything they can to make this stressful time less so.

PuroClean has always provided prompt, professional and capable service, first with my kitchen fire and again with the water in my mother-in-law's basement. Absolutely fantastic!! Had a leak in our upstairs shower that caused a decent amount of flooding in our kitchen and downstairs bathroom. The PuroClean team was there very quickly and did a fantastic job cleaning the area and communicating with us every step of the way. If you ever need this type of service look no further.

Very professional and thorough company. The job ended up basically gutting the room, including the windows, and putting the room back together that better than when they started. I had such a great experience with PuroClean.
My apartment flooded due to a really bad rain storm and PuroClean was in there the day of to start assessing the situation. Chris, Sarah, and their team were back early the next morning and got to work quickly. I wasn’t able to be there throughout the process due to work but Chris and Sarah were always easy to reach and quickly responded to any questions or concerns I had. When Sarah and her team had to go back into my unit to take down walls that were damaged she kept in contact with me about what was going. Again, I couldn’t be there but when I got home everything looked great and she did such a clean and efficient job. I honestly couldn’t haven’t asked for a better team to help during a really unfortunate situation. I highly recommend them!

Dramatically quick response from Chris to our first call of distress. Phone pickup at the office is fast. ALL PEOPLE I talked to were courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Workmanship was great! Totally satisfied. Timely, courteous. Luiz was awesome as a painter and sheet rocker. Floor guys as well as plumber were great.

Came out to look for cost of $250. Said they could pull up hardwood floor with mold but not replace it. Insurance company rep says damage is more extensive than Puro estimated.
I feel like I got ripped off for a shoddy $250 estimate that I will never get back as they didn't estimate the damage totally.

Had a pressure valve on my boiler blow yesterday which flooded my finished basement. Bri Cole and her teammate were out to my house within 2 hours. Although the job has only just started, I'm extremely impressed. Will repost once the flooded basement is completely repaired.

This service is the best. They came out very quickly in a flooding emergency - twice! They helped clean up the basement; sprayed anti-mold treatments; vacuumed with a wet-jet; and disposed of damaged items. PuroClean completed absolutely fantastic work. We had our sewer line back up into our basement over a weekend. PuroClean was abl to quickly schedule and complete the work we needed to remove the water, clean our basement, and dry everything. They returned multiple days to check that everything was clean and dry. The two people who completed the work (Bri and Bri) were friendly, fast, and thorough. I've had experiences hiring other companies to complete similar work in the past, but I would 100% choose PuroClean in the future.

House fire and PuroClean started working that same day. Sarah was lead supervisor and made us feel comfortable and worked nonstop to get us back in our home. Sarah and her team have excellent communication skills and great patience.

DO NOT HIRE. Company came in to repair water damage while I was at work. Came back and a valuable item was missing from the house. Recommended by our insurance company and hopefully will be removed from the recommendation list. Completely delusional to think we’d not notice a missing item and idiotic to steal when the job isn’t even finished yet.

My water heater went and I had 2 inches of water in the basement. Thankfully Bri and Bri showed up and saved my basement and my sanity. They were so professional and were fantastic about walking me through the damage and how to fix it. I'm grateful for their expertise and the incredible job they did. They took what was a very overwhelming situation and made it easy to fix. You literally can't get any better than Team Bri!

PuroClean is fabulous. They were extremely responsive when our basement flooded badly during a nasty storm. They removed the water, dried everything out, removed a bunch of wood paneling to prevent rot, and helped us identify additional repairs we were going to need to make to mitigate any long-term damage. At one point their machines overwhelmed our (very old) electrical system; while this wasn't their fault, they sent an electrician to help us out anyway. I very much hope we'll never need their services again, but if we do, they will be the first company we call. Very highly recommended.

Working with Stefan was so helpful! He was full of knowledge and ideas that helped me to better understand what his company can do. It didn’t feel like I was just another customer, but that he had genuinely cared about the issue and wanted to help us find the best solution! Even when things got to a point where we needed the assistance of other companies (air quality testing) Stefan and the crew had the right company for me to contact! I had questions after I met with him that both he and his co workers helped with. I would absolutely encourage PuroClean!

We came home from vacation on a Sunday to find our hot water heater had let go. I called a ‘different company’ and after an hour of waiting for a callback I called PuroClean of RI. Brianna was informative and helpful and our team arrived in about an hour. (45 mins BEFORE a callback from the other company.) Bri & Jason were calming, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. Aside from the dry time, most of the work was done within a couple of days. To say we were completely impressed how smooth everything went is an understatement. Thanks so much for everything!!

I came home and stepped into over four inches of water in my finished basement. The water tank let go. After calling the fire department I called my insurance company and they recommended Puroclean. They were here the very next morning. They are like miracle workers! I dealt with Abby over the phone and through emails and was full of information as to how the project would go and how long the process would take. I was particularly impressed with Stefan who completed the job. With many years of experience he got the situation under control and explained that something similar happened to him some years back. I have to commend them all for doing the job none of us want to do.... Cleaning up the mess!

Jason and his crew (Sosa, Brie ) were outstanding in our family members home. It was a very big job and they handled the entire thing professionally and with compassion. On the days I was there when my brother couldn't be there, they brought personal items to me knowing what we needed to save. They showed up on time and worked diligently at the task(s) before them.
