Cody from K2 communicated, priced and scheduled major roof repairs to our commercial building flat roof perfectly. We had a limited budget and Cody/K2 came in under our budget and compared to the competitors quotes.

He was very responsive and performed the needed repairs in a professional and workman-like manner. He actually added some additional needed repairs at N/C. We look forward to having K2 back for a complete re-roof when funds avail.

Highly recommend!

Update June 2025:
K2 Roofing was selected to do additional and larger repairs to another portion of our roof system. They went above and beyond from communication to execution to follow-up. Work was spot on and they even fixed some problem areas outside of the work area at no charge PLUS performed some small maintenance on another building.

Cannot more highly recommend!!
