The men arrived at 7:00AM and completed the job in one day. They cleaned up everything beautifully. I highly recommend KD Roofing; they do an excellent job and are great to work with.

Love this company! We were having problems with ventilation in our attic. KD installed an attic fan, and it help solve our issues. They were professional, on time, friendly, and very easy to work with. We have had many friends, and family use them, all which were completely satisfied with their work. KD Roofing was great to work with—from delivering a bid to delivering the roof. The crew was thorough in old roof removal and cleanup and completed the project as promised in two days. I called KD to check my 4 year old roof from a Toll Brothers build. Side note: I found Toll to be a mediocre builder and I discovered many problems with their contractors and inferior materials used. So I proactively wanted my rooof checked out.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Both Jared and Tanner are supremely competent, excellent communicators, and very generous with their time spent at my home. They encouraged me to have my roof inspected every 2 years or so. They found everything was intact.

Based on my experience, I would recommend KD Roofing for all your roofing needs.

Called and left a message at 4:30pm they close at 5pm never got a call back the next day. Called the office and they had no idea or didn’t even bother to listen to the voice message on the phone. Said they would send Josh out to look at my roof and he never called! I moved on and found someone else! Horrible service!

This roofer is used by Toll Brothers. Beware of both businesses. Once the 1 year warranty is up, they wash their hands. KB roofing has poor workmanship and when called to fix their mistakes, they never follow up. We recently had a rainstorm that created a leak due to a faulty roof vent and the flashing wasn’t sealed properly. When I called to get someone out to fix it, I was promised Josh would call back to schedule something . It’s Friday and no returned call. Now closed for the weekend. One year warranty is up. I guess poor workmanship doesn’t matter to them.

KD roofing did our roof on our Toll home. They did a fantastic job. The sub who installed the gutters unfortunately damaged quite a bit of the drip rail and other items during their install. I contacted Tanner at KD and they came out and fixed the issue (that was not caused by them) without hesitating or pointing fingers.
I would absolutely reccomend KD for any roofing needs.

After only 7 years, my roof started to leak into my entryway. K&D Roofing sent out Josh who gave me an estimate. He was very professional and polite, and they provided a fair estimate, and did excellent work. Further, he sent me pictures which I went back to the builder with in order to receive reimbursement. VERY helpful, VERY friendly, and VERY professional! A very good choice!

KD Roofing install our new roof and I couldn't be happier. I had called lot's of companies and gathered quotes from many in the valley but KD was by far the top candidate. Tanner came out and gave me straight forward information and went above and beyond customer care! Their prices were very reasonable and their crew was extremely efficient. Called about a roof repair and they came out the next day to fix. They arrived on time and done super quick. Incredible customer service and quality work. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Average. Fair bid. Finished job looks (mostly) wonderful. We will see how it lasts. There was a fair amount of miscommunication for our roof. Perhaps too many hands in the pot since we did have a contractor that started the process and then we ended up playing a bit of telephone of he said she said. We requested ridge vents, we ended up with traditional hat vents. Our roof was 'supposed' to be dried in on a certain date. Did not happen (and it rained resulting in some water damage...again not sure who dropped the ball on that if it was the roofing company or our remodel contractor) Roof was 'supposed' to be installed in one day, on a certain date. Did not happen. To be fair the day they were supposed to do it heavy snow was on the forecast. However, even the rescheduled day turned into a multi day job. Took a solid week to complete our roof. We planned a shingle roof with a colored metal front porch gable. We told them over a month in advance what color we wanted for the metal then the Day Before they were supposed to install we were informed they no longer have that color so we had to pick a different color. Then it had to be ordered and fabricated so it wasn't ready to install the same day as the shingles. Plus they didn't order enough so the small front porch roof also took more than one day. Needless to say it wasn't a smooth seamless operation which I guess should just be expected when working with any contractor. Also they were 'supposedly' going to take care of their own trash. Instead they filled both my grey trash bins full of their roofing material trash And my Recycle bin which we ended up having to take care of. Besides filling three of my cans with their trash there was a fair amount of trash and nails left scattered around my home that my two and four year old children were fortunate to find, resulting in my seven month pregnant wife hurriedly helping to supervise and finish cleaning up the debri. Not just a couple nails here and there, more like a couple dozen nails and enough roofing trash to fill a 5 gallon bucket. I'm just glad my pregnant wife, children and dog didn't get hurt by any of the nails. Last but not least they said they would paint the plumbing vent pipes extending out of the roof black so they would blend into the roof and be less noticeable. One didn't get painted at all, and some of them they only painted the front side so the front/street side of the pipe is black and the back is white....so still quite noticeable.

From initial contact, this was a super easy process. They came out, gave a fair estimate. They scheduled the roof tear down/installation and they showed up as scheduled and finished in one day. Everything was super clean afterward as if they were never there. I was always a bit nervous about the day that we would have to redo our roof...turns out that this was a misguided feeling because KD made it so easy and the work was done so well. Highly recommend

We worked with Ben, Francisco, and crew. They were there when they said they would be. They worked efficiently, carefully, and did a thorough cleanup when they finished. We had one relatively minor issue, which Ben ensured was worked until we were completely satisfied. We are very happy with K&D and recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

I want to share our experience with KD Roofing especially since finding a good business as well as excellent service has gotten very difficult lately. We called KD Roofing, immediately got a real live person on the phone, very professional and helpful. They scheduled us in even though we had a very small job we needed completed on our roof. The guy was on-time, professional and very nice. He answered all our questions prior to the job. He was quick and thorough. We are very happy with the quality of work. He fixed our issue and it looks great. I called to pay our bill and Don who answered was so polite and nice. Took my payment over the phone, very easy to work with. It was nice to feel like we were not just a number. We will definitely use KD Roofing for all our future needs.

Kind, Professional, Fair. From the estimate to the crew doing a final clean up pass around the house they were great.

I had a difficult roof, 7/12 and 9/12, with some interesting crickets and they knocked it out in 2 days, the crew was great being thoughtful, keeping their music at a reasonable level and were very kind when I was wondering around.

You can ask around for other roofers but these guys are fair and deliver great work.

KD Roofing did a great job on my roof. They were super responsive and their work is top notch. Look no further.

After the many wind storms we have had this spring there were shingles everywhere and I had no idea if they were mine. K D Roofing was recommended by my insurance company so I called. They were out in a couple of days fixed the loose shingles. Then after another wind storm they came back out walked my entire roof for any damages. I am so impressed with the way I was treated and the service I received. I would highly recommend this company.

If you want your roof done right, give them a call. Great professional service from start to finish. These guys don’t mess around, my roof was done in one day. Good quality and competitive price. Cleanup was thorough after the work was done, I could not find one roofing nail in my lawn. They even went extra mile getting rid of my “hard to get” hornet nests. Thanks guys!

Needed to reroof and had KD Roofing recommended to us. Still sought other bids (four) and they had the best price. Contract was easy and straight-forward. Workers were amazing...quick, professional, and incredible clean up when they finished. 2000sqft house and they stripped, inspected, and reshingled in under 7 hours. Definitely recommend them.

The salesman competed with other bids, the experienced installer labored many hours in high temperature to complete decorative corners. My house value increased 15k for the less than 5k investment.

Contacted this company since they put the roof on our home before we bought it. The roof is 4 years old and has multiple leaks. They told my husband that it only had a 1 year labor warranty and set up a time to come look at it. They did not show up at the scheduled time and did not return our call about the missed appointment. Very disappointed in this company.

I called out K D because of what I thought was a leak in my roof. They had installed the roof. The tech, Mike, came out and discovered it was actually related to the gutters. He was kind enough to repair it very quickly. I am impressed by the "no" hassle & professionalism of this company!!!!! Grateful ~

On January 3rd 2018, I had a part of my roof cave in due to massive snow build-up. I needed my roof fixed ASAP. I called K D Roofing, got a quote and had my roof repaired all in the same day. Thank you guy's so much!

Had to replace the existing roofing due to damage and original product failure. I went with KD roofing due to their great reputation in the valley and their quality install work. They came out and gave me a quote, we signed a contract and when our scheduled permitted they came as agreed and finished in under a week. They tore off the old product, Installed new Ice and snow shield and underlayment and re-shingled our roof. Through the rough winter not one issue with leaks or damage. We made the right choice in KD roofing.

Called to ask for them to come and inspect a leak we have developed in our medical clinic. The man who answered the phone said that they would be calling me the next morning to make an appointment time to stop in, get a look at the issue and get us a quote.

No one ever called and no one ever showed up!!!
