Highly recommend! JVA has been cleaning our home for many years, we may have been one of their first customers. Absolutely love the crews, they all work hard and are meticulous. I especially love the little touches, such as arranging my Spice rack, and the owners are so flexible in adjusting the cleaning days based on my crazy schedule. They always impress.

I have been using JVA for home cleaning every other week for over 3 years. Rates have stayed consistent and fair over that time. Scheduling is conveniently done through text and calendar invites. The management is very responsive and confirms cleaning service before each cleaning. The cleaners do a good job and are always friendly with us and our dog. We have occasionally had an issue with them throwing out things mistaken for trash that we were keeping (boxes, plastic pieces, etc)

These guys are great! Always on time, the crew is very efficient and leave my place super clean. I also used them a few times cleaning a unit we rent and same story - they do a great job making sure the place is spotless and ready. This included tough spots like dirty fridge, oven with oil stains, dirty microwaves.

I first used JVA after a recommendation from a management company for a property we rented for a move-out cleaning. I had forgotten something in the home and went back to pick it up during the cleaning service and was thoroughly impressed with the level of detail of the cleaning. So much so that I called to schedule a move-in cleaning for our newly built home and have been using them regularly since then for just shy of 4 years now. The cleanings are thorough with attention to detail and to ensure satisfaction, the company often randomly checks in to ensure you are satisfied, which was very reassuring, particularly in the beginning. They are professional with excellent communication. They always confirm upcoming cleanings and are flexible if you need to make a change.

Victor and his team did an excellent job on our yard! I could tell he really appreciates landscaping and takes pride in his work and we could see it in the outcome. He’s very knowledgeable about the plants and one thing I noticed is he really cares about the plants/shrubs - esp ones that are healthy and can be used elsewhere. He asked if I was interested in using bushes that were in great condition from another client who wanted them removed from their yard, and he would only charge me a replanting fee. To me, that’s a very thoughtful “re-use” of the shrubs and really good for the environment. I’m glad we were able to be the new home for the bushes. In other parts of our yard, there were plants I wanted gone, and he suggested replanting instead to different areas that would look more empty (esp after weed removal). Now I’m glad I kept them! Highly recommend!!
