EA Home Design redid our primary bedroom and bath, plus another bedroom. The crew was amazing, doing extremely high quality work in a very short amount of time. They were always communicative, and were willing to make adjustments along the way as needed to make sure that everything looked great. From initially engaging on design all the way through completion, Kevin and the whole EA Home Design team have been great. We will definitely be using them again for future work, and would recommend them to everyone (in fact, we already have!).

I had the experience of working with EA Home Design on a kitchen renovation that started in August 2022 and ended March 2023. 8 months... It wasn't until they demolished the kitchen and left it for two months that they realized the electrical box wasn't sufficient to power the appliances. They couldn't have checked before they demolished everything? This was one of several oversights that carried the project on month after month.

The designer, however, was top-notch and a delight to work with.

The most unfortunate part of the story is the original contractor who wrote the contract with us and made much of the beginning decisions with us did not work on the project. That's fine, he's running a company, but if the employees under him aren't up to the same standard, why are we paying for the same standard. There are crooked cabinets, crooked electric sockets, unlevel cabinets, unlevel parts of the countertop. And some days there were only teenagers here working the job. Nothing against them, they just don't have the experience of the man we wrote the deal with. And we were paying for him, not teenagers.

Overall, we appreciate the work they did and blatantly aware of the lack thereof.

I recently utilized EA Home Design for a remodeling effort - specifically - flooring. This is the third time I have worked with EA Home Design. This alone tells you a lot.

I am appreciative of the project manager's and installers' knowledge, workership, communication, and professionalism. From the start I was aware of the schedule and any constraints upon my affected living areas.

I am completely satisfied by the work the installers did (tile, plumbing, electrical). They also managed dust, and took every measure to keep my house clean during their effort. It's obvious they take pride in their work and are experienced.

We worked with EA Home for a complete Kitchen remodel including a full chefs kitchen, butlers pantry, wet bar, and spectate catering/prep kitchen, as well as a primary bathroom remodel, completely reimagined and stripped down to the studs. Ali and Kevin, and the entire design and project team were amazing, and professional, from design and estimating, through to all aspects of installation. Work was delivered on time and on budget, including working suppliers with changing delivery commitments, as well as with us for a number of design changes and enhancements made along the way. EA Home Design recently remodeled our kitchen. We contacted several contractors and the design from EA was far superior and was reasonably priced. They were extremely professional and responsive during the process and we are thrilled with the result. We have done several remodeling projects and our experience with EA surpassed our other contractors we used. I would highly recommend them.

We hired EA Home to renovate our kitchen, master BA, and a kid bedroom after consulting with 3 other companies. We worked with Kevin and Carolina. Carolina did a beautiful design for us with 3D rendering and showed us materials in their studio so we could really see what the design would look like. She really listened to what we had in mind (and made it way better). What really stood out to us though was EA responsiveness throughout the whole process. From design to demo to construction, they were super responsive to all inquiries and kept us updated. We felt like a top priority. Ronny and the on site crew were very skilled and experienced. The project was completed in a timely fashion (despite a shipping error on the cabinet manufacturer’s end) and the adjustments we had to make along the way had only a minimal impact on budget. Overall we had a very positive experience with them. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve used EA Home Design for 2 bathroom renovations and a kitchen renovation. Both projects were completed in a timely manner and the team was wonderful to work with. Carolina came up with great designs for both spaces and we love the finished product.

Let me start by saying, I love, love, love, EA Home Design team. Specialist the Designer Carolina, who capture my vision and bringing my ordinary space to a level of brilliance! Every detail looks absolutely amazing. You guys are amazing.

We received a quote for a home basement bar for over $50k. We were shocked at the price, especially since it was more than double the budget we had given EA Home Design when scheduling the consultation.
We have asked twice for them to itemize the quote so that we can see what selections we made are contributing to this astronomical cost. They won't itemize the quote, which makes us very suspicious. They separated out the cost of flooring from the rest of the bar, but for some reason they won't itemize the costs of the cabinets, countertops, plumbing, or electrical work.
Five days after our first request to have them itemize the quote, they responded with two suggestions on how we might be able to save $10-12k on the project, but still won't break down the costs of exactly how we would come to that "savings" (still $40k for a home bar?). It has now been more than a week since we asked for an itemized quote so we can look over the costs of our selections and decide for ourselves where we would be willing to compromise on our original choices -- no response from EA Home design. At this point, I can only assume they were trying to take advantage of us and/or don't want our business.
Two stars instead of one, because the design looked very nice.. Deeply disappointed in their lack of transparent pricing and poor customer service.

Working with EA Home Design to remodel our primary bathroom and build a new closet exceeded my expectations! From the initial appointment with Ali and Carolina, to the actual remodel with Kevin and Shahab, we had a really good experience overall. Carolina produced a great design which was a better use of the space and she took the time to help us select all of the finishes. She checked in throughout the process and is an asset to the company! Kevin was the overall project manager with Shahab handling the day to day with the team of workers that were so efficient, hard working and courteous. They were all great to work with and Kevin was quick to resolve any issues that occurred. We are so happy with the new bathroom and closet and highly recommend EA to anyone that is interested in remodeling their home with a professional team of people that care about the client and their quality of work. I hope to use them again for future projects!

We are very happy and content with the final product. The finished version literally looks like the original design which is amazing. My wife and I moved into our home 9 months ago and we knew we wanted to remodel our common small bathroom. It was a bad DIY shower only bathroom that we chose to make a shower/bathtub combo for our young kids. We worked with EA Design on a bathroom in our previous home so it was a no brainer to request their services again as a repeat customer. The work they performed was outstanding again! The crew worked fast and efficient. And the workmanship was superb. We are extremely satisfied with our new bath.

We remodeled our kitchen, removed a load bearing wall and installed a hidden and flush I-beam, changed out the flooring on the entire first floor and painted it all. It turned out even better than we could imagine, especially since the work was finished in just 3 weeks during a global pandemic. The quality and craftsmanship are amazing. There were no supply chain issues and the crew was on-site everyday. From the design process to the construction phase, everyone at EA Home Design was friendly, competent and hard working. They provided their expert advise as we chose the materials and how to maximize our space in the designing of the room. Ali and Kevin got it done when no one else would. We wanted to remove a load bearing wall to open our kitchen, and one contractor even advised us not to do it because it would be cost prohibitive. We were discouraged, but EA Home Design was encouraging without being pushy. Did it take longer than we wanted? Yes, but what home improvement project doesnt? Was it the best quality out there? No, but it was probably the best value and that's what we wanted. Were our dealings with EA Hom Design honest? Yes, they always made things right and advised us against things that may have made them money but were not a good value proposition. So, in short, I would recommend them for their can-do attitude, hands-on approach, dedication to customer satisfaction, and great value.

We have used EA Design for our kitchen and master bathroom on separate occasions. Each had a different crew but the results were the same. The workmanship is high quality, attention to detail is apparent, and everyone is open to questions. I think what separates EA from many of the companies out there is their turnkey approach from the computer assisted designs, the private showroom for tile, cabinets, counter tops, to one on one conversations about picking out paint and hardware. Several times having a conversation with Kevin or Ali helped steer us away from making a poor choice of color or design. EA will never be the least expensive but the quality they bring to the job is apparent and has made them the right choice for us.

After seeking input from four companies, we chose EA Home Design, for their good initial design, excellent listening to what we wanted, and reasonable pricing. We were excited by the options available in the design studio and by the time quoted for the project. Once work started, there were a few small tweaks that we introduced that didn’t impact the project timeline and minimally impacted the price. The gentleman who did the work was skilled, as expected, and respectful of our home. The finished kitchen, although a small space, turned out beautifully and ended on time! EA Designs designed a beautiful, functional kitchen for us with quality cabinets, quartz countertop, kitchen island, backsplash, lighting and new flooring.

We had a small, closed in, aged kitchen. Ali, the designer, and Kevin, the project manager, helped to open up the space by recommending we take out the dining room wall to create a great room. And we have just that! A GREAT ROOM! The kitchen is now contemporary with clean, simple lines, gray cabinets, white countertop, and a dramatic black backsplash. The dining room boasts new lighting and the walls and french doors new colors.

But back to Ali and Kevin. Both men were always accessible. If we had a question, they readily answered it. If an issue arose, they were there to manage it.

Mr. Kim, the workman they hired to remodel our kitchen, is a master in his field. He's efficient and does quality work. In fact, under Kevin's supervision, he completed our kitchen in only four weeks. That's a rarity!

The whole team was delightful. We are grateful to have found them. Ali is a talented designer and the staff is very reliable, very efficient, and simply put---excellent! We're going to hire them again to remodel our bathrooms.

If we could give EA Design more than 5 stars, we would! After doing extensive research and talking with several other contractors, we felt very much at ease with hiring them. From the very first time Ali and Kevin stepped into our kitchen, they were professional and yet personable. They made us feel as though we were a top priority to them. They gave us great ideas for updating our kitchen - ideas we had not thought of! Throughout the process, they always took our calls, or returned our call very promptly. They welcomed us to call, email, or text with any comments or questions anytime. The workers always arrived on time, communicated their goals for each day, and always accomplished those goals. They were all kind, thorough, organized, and clean. Even though they had given us a time frame of 5 weeks, they finished the job in approximately 3 weeks. Very importantly - they stayed in our budget! We could not be happier with our kitchen. It is so beautiful!

EA Home over-delivered on their promises of project duration, workmanship and quality in their completion of our kitchen re-modelling. They started with a creative and unique design to our lay-out, which set them apart from the others we'd solicited estimates from.

Their pricing was clearly laid out and itemized in the estimate, making it as easy as possible to see what each element's cost within the project was. It was very reasonable pricing, as compared to other bids, and for the work that was being proposed.

We scheduled the project to start in January after the holiday, and EA quoted a 5 week total duration, which seemed reasonable. They completed the work in 3 weeks total, getting us back to normal in our new kitchen, way ahead of schedule. Throughout the project, they were extremely respectful and were always on-time each day when expected. They closed off the work-space in plastic, ensuring the rest of our home stayed dust-free during the work.

All in all, we were extremely impressed with EA Home Design, and are more than pleased with our new kitchen.

We were hesitant at first, but decided to go ahead and allow Ali to do a full remodel (new cabinets, new shower, new tub, new tile, custom built in storage, new granite, new lighting) on our masterbath... and boy am I glad that we did. He would stop by to check progress of the job, make suggestions, give progress reports, walk us through questions, and tackle any issues that arose. George (tile/cabinet/woodwork) did a phenomenal job on the tile work,accent tile, cabinets, and custom built in cabinet. The crew was very professional. They cleaned up everyday after working. Any request that we had they handled promptly and professionally. One morning Ali arrived very early, he said he couldn't sleep the night before thinking about our bath and had to address an issue that he though of during the night! On another occasion Ali, Kevin, George, my husband and I stood in the bathroom for over an hour drawing up the placement of the tile and the accent tile just to make sure everything was installed properly. I'm always pleased when a contractor comes in and it's not about just doing the job and getting out but it's about bringing ideas to the table and helping to make the project turn out better than expected and that's what Ali does! EA Home Design is a wonderful company to work with.I and my wife had an overall excellent experience.Because they did an excellent job with my bathroom remodeling I would not think of using anyone else for my future work.We are very pleased with the quality of work and I appreciated them finishing the job on time.It's difficult to have work done on your home as you're living in it, but their staff are very responsible.We were most satisfied with the level of detail and accuracy.

Their work is superlative. They have remodeled three bathrooms for us as well as replaced the floors in most of our home. We live in a high rise condo in Arlington, which is not a simple place to do remodeling and their work is professional and beautiful. We have three bathrooms that are now the envy of the building including heated floors, custom cabinetry, beautiful tile work, advanced electronics, and wonderful custom glass and mirrors. I will post pictures soon. I can honestly say that I would trust them to do any home remodeling job. Their prices are reasonable and they clean up after themselves.
