Edwin and his crew have become part of our family. As working professionals with a young daughter, we’ve been able to call on Edwin for any work at our house that we couldn’t tackle ourselves. Over the last five years, work has included basic and more advanced plumbing solutions, power washing, and most recently the installation of a 15 ft channel drain between our driveway and carport, which has allowed us the ability to convert our carport into an outdoor living space. I've used JV Unlimited on a number of projects, from completely replacing the plumbing at two of my properties, building out a deck, painting siding on the house, and backyard debris cleaning. They are responsive, execute extremely well, and always do professional work.

Edwin is amazing! Over the past year he has turned our run down little house into a Showplace. We started with a cat outdoor enclosure and moved on to paint the house, replace the roof, replace the inside subfloor and flooring, landscape the yard, remodel a bathroom, reattach the deck to the house, and most recently reclaim and Clorox our crawl space. Edwin is conscientious, creative, talented and one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. I haven't found a job yet that he cannot do and do exceptionally well.

Mr Edwin is very capable and courteous, and explains what he believes needs to be done. In two cases we needed appliances replaced, and he was available right away, and even picked up the new appliances (a new hot water heater; a new dishwasher) from the store or warehouse. He gave us helpful advice about negotiating a discounted price from one vendor that had sold us the wrong item.

I needed a toilet rough-in moved, a shower converted to PEX, and things like that for a bathroom remodel I was doing. Edwin was great. If you need a can-do plumber, he's your guy.
