This was a very pleasant experience for my project! Chris contacted me, from first conversation, we just knew this was going to be a great fit for our needs. Responsive, fair, concerned, skilled, courteous extraordinary customer service, kept me updated about schedule, and they did a great job for my siding project! It did not feel like a transaction, I felt valued and appreciated. Definitely will use them for any future projects that they provide services. 5

They promised no out of pocket expense, boy did they deliver. I now have a brand new architectural asphalt roof with shingles manufactured by the GAF brand, regarded as top of the line, and I got to choose the color. Whole process took 1 month. Chris handled all the negotiation with my home owners insurance, got my roof approved, it had quite some damage from all these crazy storms we get here in Maryland, but after his quick free inspection he said I had a slam dunk case, and to go ahead and file. Got $25,000 deposited to my account through Zelle a couple of weeks later. I’m impressed by his honesty, his workers were respectful and had my roof removed and installed in 1-Day, they came back to finish the gutters and remove all the debris and rolled a magnet over my yard five times (not a nail remained anywhere on my property). Great company, I highly recommend to anyone who wants a free new roof.
