Very happy with the service provided by Highlander Services. He was prompt, on time and very honest about what needed to be done and what would help to upkeep our roof. We had him scrap off all the moss and chemically treat the algae build up making our roof better protected and able to last longer. Would definitely higher him again.

Clint was working on a neighbor's house so I introduced myself and asked if he would take a look at a roof moss removal job I needed done. He did an assessment and offered two solutions and an initial estimate on the project based on my needed timeline. When time came to confirm work date, we finalized best all-around options based on Clint's knowledge, my budget and desired long term results. Highlander's work was detailed, attentive to the shingle integrity and thorough. I couldn't be more satisfied with the ease of the process, the results and the final costs. Clint is absolutely amazing! He installed heat tape on both my roof and my neighbor’s last summer. I recently reached out again about birds nesting in the overhang of our roof, and he responded quickly with the best recommendations to prevent birds and other animals from getting in. Clint did a fantastic job removing moss buildup on our roof. He was very efficient and thorough, and he took tremendous care to be gentle on the roof while still getting rid of the moss. Highlander Services has repaired and cleaned out the gutters and downspouts on our condo building on several occasions. They also cleared the snow off of the roofs during the heavy snow winter of 2024. The roofs are 50 feet above ground in many places, and that requires expertise and attention to detail and safety. Highlander Services is very competent and professional. I highly recommend them for the services that they offer.

Clint takes care of all of my roofs. He is, in my opinion, the expert in town when it comes to snow removal, moss removal, heat tape... you name it. Clint is genuinely a conscientious, caring professional with integrity, and it shows.

We had Clint put industrial grade heat tape on our roof to help keep the snow accumulation down and gutters and downspout clear. We also wanted to keep icicles from forming, which last winter were so huge that they would drip onto the ground, refreeze, and form huge sheets of dangerously slippery ice. We have almost no icicles this year, as compared to our attached neighbor who has a lot.
