I got Julio’s name from a friend and had him come out and give me a quote. He came out almost immediately and was very detailed on what needed to be done. After I received some other quotes and decided to go with Julio. He was by far the best price in my budget. After calling to let him know I would be going with him for my roof needs he came right out to bring me a shingle sample. Once picked they were out almost immediately. His crew worked hard and even went above and beyond fixing some other siding issues for me. Julio also pays attention to the small things as well. We have a skylight and he could see I had a cover on it. When it came time to replace the skylight he showed up with one that had a curtain on it!! His crew was respectful of all my outside furniture to make sure everything was moved out of the way and went above and beyond my expectations when it came to clean up!! Julio was also quick to answer any of my concerns and was there every step of the way. Would definitely recommend him to everyone I know!!!
We would highly recommend Julio Roofing. We got 4 quotes and decided to go with Julio because of how professional he was. He took pictures of our roof and showed us where the problems were. They did a complete tear off and replaced our roof in 2 days. His crew is amazing and some of the hardest working guys I've ever seen. They showed up promply in the morning and worked clear through until almost dark and cleaned up after themselves before they left each night. I went outside after I saw plywood being brought up on our roof and questioned what that was for. I was told we had a few areas that were damaged by water. They could have easily just covered that and moved on, but they cut out the damaged areas and put new plywood down to fix it right. At no time did he come and tell us he would have to charge us more, he just fixed it. That shows the integrity of his company and the quality of his workmanship. Julio was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to my calls or texts. He showed up on the job site throughout the day to check on his crew. Once the project was complete, he came up to do a final walk on the roof and around our property to make sure it was perfect and no debris left behind!

His crew of 4 were efficient workers and their time frame was reasonable. All scraps from the project were removed when roof was completed .
