I reached out after a hail storm and Raul gave me a very honest review of my roof (it was fine for the time) instead of trying to get insurance money like do many companies at that time that were leading me in a different direction. I did have them come out and repair some siding and soffit that had visible damage. I'll be keeping their contact for the next time.

Raul showed up on short notice at the same time as the claim adjuster from my insurance company. I felt like he had my interest in mind going over the roof during the inspection to help get the insurance company to agree to a roof replacement. He also helped me understand the claim form I got back from the insurance company. He brought some shingle samples out to us when we had narrowed our choices down to three. His estimate was right on the mark and very competitive. He suggested adding a ridge vent and some quick research convinced me it was good advice. They also replaced all of our gutters. The crews were professional with solid cleanup. Once the weather cooperated, the work was also done quickly. We highly recommend using JS Exteriors. Ask for Raul!

Very happy with the end product. Had to work a little extra on some skylight issues, but owner was responsive once he saw the issue and worked to get it fixed correctly.

Terrible experience with this company. Supposed to come out and fix the roof that they incorrectly put on for a home that we purchased. Owner of the company tells me they will send someone out to fix it in a few days. After a few days, I follow up with multiple calls and text messages. No response from him now for months. What terrible service and the fact that they don’t stand by their work is an embarrassment. Do not recommend.
