I was recommend by a couple who had their roof done and they were extremely happy! My roof was leaking in multiple places. They were very professional and suggested I replace all the roof. Thank god I did because they did an amazing job!

Robert Mendez is the best, most honest, reliable, and thorough roofer I have had in my thirty years in Santa Fe. He would never take advantage of an older person. I highly recommend him to any homeowner, but especially to senior citizens in this town.

Came out and gave an estimate to fix a bad roof leak. Estimate seemed fair. Didn't really seem to do a thorough inspection. The leak was an emergency for me and I wanted it fixed quickly. They set a time to come out and do the work withtin a few days. They Showed up to do the work while I was on a call and convinced my partner that we should also replace gutters. They talked her into a bigger, more expensive job, and set it for several days later. I then called and asked them to come do the work they said they would do that day. They told me their 'guy' had a bigger job. Basically I was promised work and blown off because my job was small potatoes. I then hired a different company, which did not fix the problem. I decided I'd give these guys a second chance. I called back and explained that expectations are important to me and that I was frustrated with how things went initially. They said they could do the work and that they'd call back to set a second inspection. The never called back. I texted to make sure they had my number and they still didn't call back. This company is flakey and you are not worth their time if you just need a smaller repair. In my experience they do not follow through and try to convince you to do more work than necessary.

Unlike other attempts to fix a bad leak on the roof, JRM Roofing searched for the exact location of the leak. Very professional and through in the inspection and repair. The company is responsive, accommodating, and completed the job in a timely manner. I am happy with JRM Roofing and Construction services and will use again in the future.

I used these guys for my roofing and stucco needs. They came out and gave me an estimate right away. I liked the price so I hired them to do the work. They were professional and friendly and worked hard. Have not had any problems and feel confident going into to winter months that we will have no problems. I would highly recommend these guys for any or all roofing/stucco needs.

We were hit by many roof leaks from a heavy rain storm. Robert Mendez and his crew responded quickly to make necessary repairs. They were efficient and cleaned up the site.

Might not be the cheapest. However for exterior work I need things to NOT LEAK and be done right the first time. I had a roof repaired and a new exterior door added to the house. Both were done on time, on budget and are completely water tight, even after the astonishing monsoon rain we just had.

They coordinated everything between our tenant the insurance company and their crew. The work was done quickly and very professionally. They were prompt, on time and showed up when expected. They cleaned up the site during the job and did a great job on the final clean up!! I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.
