I was recommend by a couple who had their roof done and they were extremely happy! My roof was leaking in multiple places. They were very professional and suggested I replace all the roof. Thank god I did because they did an amazing job!
Robert Mendez is the best, most honest, reliable, and thorough roofer I have had in my thirty years in Santa Fe. He would never take advantage of an older person. I highly recommend him to any homeowner, but especially to senior citizens in this town.
Came out and gave an estimate to fix a bad roof leak. Estimate seemed fair. Didn't really seem to do a thorough inspection. The leak was an emergency for me and I wanted it fixed quickly. They set a time to come out and do the work withtin a few days. They Showed up to do the work while I was on a call and convinced my partner that we should also replace gutters. They talked her into a bigger, more expensive job, and set it for several days later. I then called and asked them to come do the work they said they would do that day. They told me their 'guy' had a bigger job. Basically I was promised work and blown off because my job was small potatoes. I then hired a different company, which did not fix the problem. I decided I'd give these guys a second chance. I called back and explained that expectations are important to me and that I was frustrated with how things went initially. They said they could do the work and that they'd call back to set a second inspection. The never called back. I texted to make sure they had my number and they still didn't call back. This company is flakey and you are not worth their time if you just need a smaller repair. In my experience they do not follow through and try to convince you to do more work than necessary.
