I contacted JR Roofing with an issue regarding the air flow in my attic. Nate came out and was very professional and thorough. We ended up visiting for quite a while on the possible causes for lack of air flow; however, ultimately Nate explained the need to bring in someone who specifically specializes with the air flow issue. Although, JR Roofing could not help out with this matter, Nate did refer me to someone who could. I truly appreciated Nate providing me with a way forward, especially since the previous twelve roofing companies I contacted, either never contacted me back, or took only a quick look in my attic and said I had adequate ventilation. Nate's thoughtfulness and ethical standards are commendable, and I appreciate him putting the customer's true needs first without trying to selling something that is not needed.
While JR Roofing was not able to help me out, I will be recommending the company to others in the future.
We worked with Chris and John of JR Roofing in Omaha Nebraska. They listened to and responded to all our questions, and we got a very fair price. The work started and completed on schedule. The workers were courteous and did a great job on clean-up. I hope we never need any other roofing work, but if we do, we'll certainly use JR Roofing again. And we highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!
