Jay was quick to respond to the request for estimate, arrived timely, explained how he would approach each job and provided very reasonable quotes. That level of service carried all the way through to completion of the work. Jay is professional, personable and very skilled - every job was done beautifully. Great experience using JP Handyman Service for two lighting project. Great work installing landscape up lighting to the front of our house. Also installed Ring flood light camera over garage. Job was done exactly how discussed. Easy communication and flexible scheduling. Highly recommend!

Jay does a great job and is easy to work with. He has done a deck repair/paint and an indoor painting project for me. Outstanding work. I will continue to use him for any handyman job and highly recommend.

Jay fit us in right away to his busy schedule to fix a bathroom door and leaking duct work in the attic. When he was done he showed us pictures of the before and after of the attic. His charge for all these repairs was considerably less than what we would have expected. We will definitely call him again for future repairs/projects.

I contacted Jay to install a metal railing on our concrete steps. He responded immediately and was here in less than a week in spite of his busy schedule. He did a fantastic, professional job and his fee was reasonable given the high quality craftsmanship of the installation. I will be calling him again soon.

I found Jay when I was in need of an emergency repair to the flashing which had been dislodged near the peak of my roof during a strong windstorm. He responded quickly and did an excellent job repairing the damage. Jay is very professional and knowledgeable. He is an excellent communicator and clarifies the job requirements before beginning. Together we reviewed a list of needed repairs for my home and he’s already come back to stain my wooden fence, doing an excellent job. I look forward to being able to trust Jay to help me maintain my home.

I highly recommend Jay for needed handyman services. I've now had him in my home twice and feel confident in providing a 5 star rating. He is both professional and courteous. And he does great work! He replaced my garbage disposal, installed some vertical blinds and painted a bathroom area. All excellent work. He is coming back to do some additional painting and repairs on my deck. I'll definitely call on Jay in the future when there is a need!

Jay did a great job at installing two light fixtures, two dimmer switches, and a Dyson stick vacuum mount on the wall in our home. He also provided advice on some smoke detectors I had purchased, advising they would be downgrades from our current models. He showed up on time and was very efficient. We definitely will request his help again, and we highly recommend him.

Jay did a great job fixing my roof.
Also, he did a fabulous job putting new fan in my attic. In a timely manner he completed the job and he cleaned up after he finished the job.

I found Jay a few years back while searching Craigslist and have hired him for about six jobs over the years and always recommend him to friends and family. Jay is awesome and my go-to electrician. I have also hired him to install a storm door and some other handyman jobs. Great communication and attention to detail!! Works fast and is always on time.
