Very satisfied. Nathan and crew got to the house at 6:30am and were gone by noon. Replaced all the decking(they didn't plan on)and shingles in that amount of time is incredible. Left the place clean. And beat the rain by about 30 minutes.

When a terrible storm blew through and ripped off part of our roof, we were at a complete loss of what to do. Jordan Roofing was recommended to us so we gave them a call. Colton English showed up to our house in about an hour on a Saturday with a crew and secured a tarp to our roof to keep water from leaking in our house. Before he left that day, he said he would help us with every step of the way, and true to his words, he did! He met the insurance adjuster when he came to our house to inspect the damage. Then, when the insurance company only wanted to pay to repair other parts of the roof, Colton made videos to show the structural integrity of our roof. The videos are what helped us get a new roof instead of just repairs. We are so thankful for the way he helped us, and we couldn’t be more pleased with our new roof!

Jordan Roofing put a new roof on our house today despite my insurance denying my claim twice. James Stone with Jordan Roofing was in charge of our claim and helped me through the process of arguing for a new roof. He came out to our house several times to take additional pictures to send to my insurance to help prove we had damage to our roof.
FYI. I respected my insurances opinion that I didn’t have hail damage, but I stood my ground on the opinion of James Stone, my roofer, saying I did have hail damage.
Thankful my insurance reviewed my claim a second time and found I did qualify for a new roof.

This company did a fantastic job on our roof replacement. We have a lot of flowers including roses, daisies, and other vulnerable landscaping surrounding our house and garage. They did the work without ruining any of it. We have not found a single nail or shingle laying in the yard. Flashing work was perfect, they installed new vents and even added more to improve ventilation. We had a bit of mold on some plywood so they replaced that as well. Jobsite was picked up and tidy after every day. They worked the weekend but only after asking if our neighbors would mind the noise. Highly recommend this company.

The Jordan Roofing team was on-site (Jason and Christine) the day I called and had a plan to repair the issue that day. A week later the roof was totally repaired and they recommended the company that was needed for the interior repairs caused by the leaks. Professional and responsive with quality work.

The cost was covered completely and even helped add some solar powered attic fans to help with the heat in the summer. Top notch company from the owner to the employees. Jordan Roofing completed our metal roof replacement on our outdoor kitchen quickly and with the upmost professionalism. They had a complete selection of products and an excellent installation crew. Our roof sustained substantial damage from a hailstorm in June 2023. We contacted Jordan Roofing. Christine & Jason contacted us & came to our home, prepared estimate & took everything from there working with insurance company, etc. The roofing crew worked in 100° heat. They did an amazing professional job from start to finish. Everything was cleaned up as they worked and nothing was left behind. They all did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend Jordan Roofing.

Caught them twice in breach of contract. David Jordan refuses to take corrective measures. I have a 42 minute conversation that I recorded where he admitted to the work being improper but he had excuses for the improper installation. My roof is ruined and we now have at least 2 leaks. David Jordans way of fixing things is I let him reroof the house and I pay for it at his cost. I should not be responsible for the cost due to their negligence. They intentionally destroyed my roof the second time they came out. They were caught not putting butyl tape on the panels, using the wrong screws and over torqueing them, destroyed the roof ridge, cut panels that were not to be cut, installed the panels improperly, not removing the bad wood, not removing the old roof membrane, bending the trim by throwing it off the roof, destroying the drip edges, etc.. I am taking legal action to correct these malicious and intentional actions towards myself and my roof. I have over 60 pictures of the faulty work that I will publish on this site and other social media sites to expose Jordan Roofings incompetent roof work along with two estimates of what the damage will cost to be repaired by two metal roofing company specialists. I also have a picture of the foreman sleeping while his crew destroyed my roof. Check back the first of next week for a full "detailed" review of what happened and professional pictures taken by two certified roofing companies showing the improper installation and cost for repairs.The individuals involved in my roof installation were Brad (office manager); Jason and Christine (project managers); Oscar (installation foreman) and a gentleman named Justin( not sure what his title was)and David Jordan (owner).

They came out quickly, got everything done in a day and did it right. No trace left behind they were very thorough in making sure everything was cleaned up and didn't ask for a penny until the job was complete and I was satisfied.

Called Jordan Roofing for a leak we noticed several weeks ago. David and Jason were at our house in less than 24 hours from our call. They performed a thorough inspection of the roof and caulked the chimney flashing. They said otherwise the roof looks fine they’ll be happy to come back out if we have any other issues. We just had our roof on the house and boathouse replaced by Jordan Roofing and I highly recommend this company. Our representative, David Burnett, worked with us and our insurance company and actually had our insurance company cover more than was in their estimate. The entire experience was excellent. They did a wonderful job cleaning up an enormous mess. I was very impressed with the work crew. While replacing the boathouse roof the wind picked up and the crew was very conscientious about keeping the old roofing out of the water as well as the nails. I had several places on my roof where shingles were blown off and loose from wind damage. Jason and Christine were very quick to respond and handled my roofing repairs the right way at a price that was very reasonable. I will be using Jordan roofing for all of my future roofing needs!

We had been out of town during the last storm. When we returned, we saw a spot on the ceiling and called to get someone out to do a quote. Jason and Christine came out Friday and were so nice and took the time to explain everything going on with it. Before they left, they said they would let us know when a crew was available. A few minutes later, they came back to the door and said they felt terrible that it was going to rain again and didn't want us to get more damage so they figured out a way to do it the following Monday!
Not only were they amazing but the crew that came laid down tarps cleaned up thoroughly and didn't stop for 6 hours till it was done! We live in Carrollton Texas and were hit hard by the recent hail storms. We spoke with David and Joey Jordan and the stepped us through the entire roof replacement process. The crew showed up on time, were very courteous and payed close attention to detail. Start to finish was about a day and half completed about noon on the 4the of July. He recommended upgrading our roof turbines to solar fan that will give about a 30 percent energy reduction. The customer service is off the charts. Multiple Jordan managers have stopped looked and made sure we are happy. Our house is gorgeous. We highly recommend this company for any roofing needs!
