As homeowners we could not have asked for a more professional, courteous and skilled people than Jakob Freeman and Ean Raiford. Jakob was prompt in making repairs for us, the temporarily repair day after the storm on 09/27/2024 and the permanent repair on 10/05/2024. The prices for the temporarily and permanent repair were reasonable and their workmanship was above par. Our homeowners insurance agent was very impressed to the point they would recommend Jordon Roofing Company LLC in the future.

Last September Boiling Springs had a very bad hail storm that cause a lot of damage to my roof. One of my neighbors referred Braedon from Jordan Roofing to come and inspect my roof and explained all the details to me. My house was only 7 years old and I was truly shocked at the amount of damage there was. Braedon along with my insurance adjuster were able to determine that in fact I needed a new roof. Thankfully my insurance covered the cost for replacing my roof and patio, and with quality materials. Braedon and his team of hard worker did an amazing job with my house. Jordan Roofers, Braedon handled everything for me and once they were all finished with the work they cleaned up everything. I am truly pleased and will highly recommend them to anyone that needs an honest hardworking company.

Jordan roofing came through for me in Greer . Braeden Groce and Morgan of Jordan Roofing installed a Solar Attic Fan in my roof, after providing a very decent estimate. Work was performed quickly and efficiently. They did a great job . I called them back a couple days later, due to a possible leaking water heater roof vent over my garage . Again , Braedon and Morgan responded , the same day I called , evaluated and quickly fixed the issue , for no charge . Amazing company and customer service . In December of last year, we noticed a wet spot on the ceiling of our master bedroom. Not thinking much of it, we ignored it until we realized that each time we had a bad storm it began to grow. I knew we needed to reach out to someone for help, but didn't know what to do. Ordinarily I would have asked my dad to help us, as he owned his own construction/remodeling company until he passed in December of 2022. I passed a sign in the neighborhood that I noticed in someone's yard, advertising for Jordan Roofing and had to chuckle. Though my dad couldn't be with me in person to help me figure it out, he was with me in spirit. (My maiden name is Jordan.) The day after we called, Braedon came by the house for an inspection and quote. The roof of our home as well as the shop we have in the backyard had extensive hail damage from the storms that swept through this area in October of last year. Braedon made a temporary repair to keep the leak from getting worse before a replacement could be done, and talked my husband through the process. He recommended a full replacement, and told us the next step would be to contact our insurance company. When the adjuster came out, they claimed we had minimal damage and only needed some shingles replaced, not a full replacement. We were a little distraught, as the out of pocket expense for a roof replacement was not something we were expecting. Braedon instructed us to reach back out to ask for a reevaluation, and stayed with the adjuster the entire time when they arrived for the second inspection. After that inspection, our insurance agreed that the first evaluation of the roof was inadequate, and we indeed qualified for a full roof replacement. After waiting patiently for the insurance company to follow through on their end, we were scheduled for our repair date. The replacement itself took 12 hours, for not only our home but also the shop, and it looks great! If you are looking for a company that will work with you, communicate frequently, and keep your insurance company from dragging their feet, these are the people to call!!
