After high winds caused damage to our shingles. They were able to come out promptly to inspect our roof and replace the shingles that were damaged at a fair price. Professional and quality work. Highly recommend!

I found Jones Roofing by searching online. I had in mine to call several roofing companies for estimates. Jones was the first I called and the Receptionist spoke very kind and took down my information and said she would call me back and give me an appointment for a salesman to come give me an estimate. She did call me back and Surprisingly had someone come the same day of my call. To me,this is a sign of a good company. The Receptionist I should receive a call around 5pm from a salesman what time he'll arrive to my home. The call was on time and the salesman was on time. I like a company when a plan comes together. The gentleman that came out name Eric Rey, was very professional, well spoken,neat in appearance, and very honest. He Representive the company in such a honest and professional way that I'm sold on this company doing an excellent job on my roof. We had 70 mph winds and I was wanting to know if we had damages. My next door neighbor had obvious damage clear to see missing shingles. Eric Rey got on my roof and was honest to tell me of no damage. I was like why my neighbor has damage and I don't. Eric Rey explained that my roof is only 2 years old and my neighbors around 10 years old,and said a newer roof could withstand high winds better than older ones. I was very satisfied with the salesman that came to give me my estimates. I give 5 stars to Jones roofing and 6 stars to Eric Rey,very professional.

Jones roofing replaced the roof on our Jefferson County Fairgrounds and Courthouse. They were amazing! Prompt and professional. Drew has been excellent to work with! He is extremely helpful with working with insurance as well as project management. Following some Spring hail damage, Drew was able to meet with our insurance adjuster and have a full claim on my commercial property. Once our claim came through he managed multiple crews who were timely and did a great job on cleanup keeping my tenants happy. Would absolutely recommend!

Drew is a true professional! All work completed was done in a timely fashion and the finished product looks better than I expected! Drew is just as knowledgeable with the insurance side of things as he is with the construction! I will use Drew again!

Eric Rey is a young Christian man, teaching young men the work ethic to make their way in the world. Outstanding work down to the last detail. Power washed a very large area around the pool and under the arbor. On time, best equipment for a job well done. Highly recommended.

The company found the original leak in the roof and repaired it, but ithe roof started leaking again. Company returned rapidly and fixed it. They also replaced roof quickly and efficiently. Would work with Erick again.

Jones Roofing was an awesome company to work with replacing the roof on our home after hail damage. Erick came out the day after my first call, walked the roof with me and answered all of my questions. They explained what to expect with insurance and how to navigate that process as this was our first claim. When the insurance adjuster came out, Jones again was present to be our advocate and ensure we received the best information. They even brought samples of different tiles we could select to update the look of our home. Once the roof replacement started, the team that showed up was clearly experienced and quick at their work, every part of the process was explained to us beforehand so we could coordinate our day. The roof, some window screens and most of the gutters were replaced and the house is now in much better shape. This process was streamlined and the quality of the finished work was great. I would definitely recommend Jones to anyone looking for help on their home.

We had Jones Roofing & Construction work on the house after the major hail storm in April 2020. While the roof and gutters have been fantastic the paint job has been an ongoing headache, with it chipping and flaking within days of painting. They have painted the house twice now with the same results. I have been told that I would talk with Charlie, the owner, however the last communication I've had is from 9/26/2023 and that was a sentence. All I'm asking is the communication so we can complete this job!!!

They were able to get my repair done earlier than expected and had great customer service from the office to the field employees. I was told the repair would take the day to complete and it was done the day it was started. Matt Stewart went above and beyond to find the hard-to-find materials to complete the repair making it virtually unnoticeable. Great service, quality work, and up front honesty! Matthew from Jones roofing was awesome! He first came out after a heavy rain on a Friday afternoon to check out my leaking roof and sealed it temporarily. Then came back a few days later and completed the roof repairs along with fixing the water damages to my ceiling. He did great work along with being very informative about the repairs he was doing. Very professional and cleaned up after the job along with closing all the gates up and making sure everything was right. Would highly recommend Matthew along with Jones Roofing and Construction. Very satisfied with the work done!

Zero stars. I will monitor this review to make sure it doesnt get removed! Beware of this roofing company. Employees took 2 days to do roof. Left trash amd nails everywhere. Nails in tires and in yard----i have kids! They said "hurry, look busy, theyre back." In spanish. So we couldn't understand them lmao...theyllnuse your ice chest/cooler for their drinks and leave debris everywhere..even in your hvac fan for it to operate poorly..

We had an urgent need to get a roof replaced on short notice. Jones Roofing stepped up to the plate, came in quick and got the job done ahead of the next rain. Very professional and friendly and worked with the insurance adjuster in submiting for extras needed for the job to meet necessary codes. I definietly recommend them.

Jones Roofing Company did a great job putting a new roof on my house and bringing the decking up to code. Cleanup was good - could not tell they were there till you saw the new roof. Good people to work with - you won't regret using them.
