Your team was phenomenal during our proposal process, answering every question completely, acurately and professionally. Jacob did his diligence, inspecting remote areas of the attic in 120+ degree temperatures to confirm we could effectively do what we wanted. I wasn't even sure if what we were asking was possible, and I took great comfort in knowing that he did his homework to make sure it was possible and appropriate to make the modifications we discussed. I know many people that would say whatever the customer wanted to hear and let someone else deal with the fallout of over promising. The whole team was courteous and kept me in the loop with status updates. They stayed late
both nights and made sure everything was right and I knew how to use the system before leaving. We very much appreciate everything Jacob and the Johnny's team did for us. We're thrilled.

Johnny is an absolute legend. He fit us into his schedule on short notice to help us prepare for a storm. This is the second experience we have had with this establishment; both times, they went above and beyond. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the area!

Outstanding company! Honest, great value, thorough and transparent. Our 12 year old unit went down for good. Jacob and Johnny came out on Saturday and I had a quote for three different options the same day. They were transparent about the features and benefits did a great job explaining them, we ordered the system on Monday and it’s Wednesday and they’re done with the installation. Jeremy and Dylan were on site and did a great job. they explained everything cleaned up well and left the job site neater than when they got here. Prices were excellent too.

I would highly recommend them.

I want to give them 5/5 star review. They took my call on a Sunday morning and Jeremy came out and he fixed my problem right away and explaining what was going on. He was friendly, knowledgeable and also inspected all of the a/c unit just to make sure he was not missing anything. I give Jeremy 10/10 for service and professionalism. I wish I could give more stars! We were given a quote for some work that our AC needed, but when the techs came out, they found a better and easier way to get the job done. - at half the price. On top of that, they were on time, super friendly and polite. While I don't wish for more AC problems, I will absolutely call Johnny's AC if we do have them!

Excellent phone customer service!! How refreshing. Brandy and Tonya are both truly courteous, professional and efficient. Chase, our tech, has always been on time for scheduled appointments. I highly recommend this company. They are a local business so it’s awesome to know we are supporting local.

We had no AC on the second level of our home. I called Johnny's to see when the soonest they could come and take a look at it for us. When I spoke to a very nice person named Tonya she said they wouldn't be able to get somebody by until sometime between 4:30 and 7:30. I immediately said - do you mean today??? She said yes. The technician arrived about 5:00 and within 30 minutes found the issue and replaced the part and we had AC once again! We had anticipated that it would cost a lot to repair it. We were very wrong.

If you want a contractor that's professional, knowledgeable, and really cares it's going to be Johnny's all the way!

I'd like to give thanks and kudos to Henry and Kyle from Johnny's Air Conditioning. They arrived at about 10:00 this morning and installed a Mitsubishi Mini Split in my garage. They completed the work, including running a new 220v electric circuit, hauling everything away, and vacuum cleaning the debris by 4:30. Henry went over everything I needed to know about operating and maintaining the units. I went out to the garage about an hour after they left, and it was COLD and not humid! I am very happy with the work, the product, and mostly - they communicated with me every step of the way - including getting back to me with answers to my questions during the estimating process. Nice job, guys, and I'm very satisfied with Johnny's Air Conditioning.

If I could give them more stars, I would. I couldn't believe how fast Johnny's responded to my call and everyone that I spoke to was super nice. Everything was fixed so quickly, I will never call another AC company. Thank you, guys!

This was my first time using Johnnys AC. I was super impressed from Tonya who answered the phone and got everything scheduled to the top notch technicians, (Jacob, Kyle and Dillon) that installed our new air conditioner. They were punctual and very professional. Our air conditioner is not typical and was harder than usual to install as it is in a small closet in a condo. The unit itself is on the roof of a seven story building. They stuck with it till they got it done at 7:00 pm. I highly recommend this company!!

I represent the Coral Sands Condominium and would like to send a shout out to Johnny's for a job well done. We had Thomas' crew headed by Nate for a week at the end of April. They completed the job in a timely and professional manner. We would definitely use them again for any job regardless of size. Techs were on time, pleasant to converse with, installation of 2 ceiling fans, replacement outlet cover and electric outlet repair were completed as requested. I will definitely contact them for future needs.

We arrived from out of town at our Airbnb on Christmas Eve. The temperature of the house was 54 degrees with outside temperatures plummeting to coldest in years! Our landlord contacted Johnny and he and Amy came over within a half hour and made a way to get some heat. A faulty breaker then kept flipping and he returned to rewire. He came back a third time to loan us a space heater for my 97 year old Mom... this was about midnight.... on Christmas Eve!! He then came back 3 times the next day (Christmas!) after researching the particular thermostat and finally replaced it with a new (and MUCH simpler to use!) thermostat. So nice, engaging, desirous of problem solution no matter what. Also checked the vents to make sure they were open. And even Mom is warm and toasty now! I would really like to take Johnny and his company home with me for someone I am able to count on and trust, but he (and especially Amy) love their Island! SO many thanks!! And please call on them to assist with any and all heating and AC issues... you can't go wrong!

Air stopped working. I called Johnny's. They had me check a few things nothing! Service tech came out and fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price!!

Johnny's AC was by far the most responsive of the three companies I talked to about replacing an electrical panel box. The communication with them to get the work setup was efficient and detailed. The electricians showed up on time to do the work and were very professional. Johnny's AC completed the work as they said they would from start to finish. Highly recommend using them. I certainly will again.

Initially had a rocky start due to communication error, but Johnny called me same day to get it resolved and have someone come out same day to try and get my store HVAC system up and working. This is how customer service is done and I am appreciative of the quick work from Johnny

Johnny’s AC installed a new HVAC system for us. They came out and really took their time to understand our existing system - room size, air flow, the returns, etc. They wanted to be sure it was done right. They knew their systems and are great electricians! They are incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with.

This week I had them install a new Trane system and his team was outstanding. Some of the most professional young men you’ll ever meet. Henry showed up with the install and covered the job plan. Very great team leader and looks out for the customer. Matt and Thomas completed installing the system with professionalism. A couple of other gentlemen brought the new system out to my house and picked up the old unit. Tonya helped tremendously with getting everything together and she’s super! Great folks and they are truly town home folks!

Henry and the Johnney’s AC crew (including Tonya in the office) have been such a Godsend. Between our place of business and our home they have worked tirelessly to keep us up and going this summer. With the total of 19 AC units, they never put us off or get annoyed with every call. Henry is so committed to getting to the bottom of any situation especially with most of our units being 8 to 10 years old and other companies left scratching their heads with more complicated issues. He’s such a gentleman and truly gifted at figuring out what’s wrong in the world of HVAC problems.

Johnny’s went above and beyond today to get our AC working quickly! We had rental guests coming in this afternoon and were worried we wouldn’t be able to host them. Johnny’s quickly diagnosed the problem and spent time making sure it was in great working order before leaving our property. We now have happy (and cool!) renters enjoying our place for the next several days. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Well my air conditioner went out during tropical storm Dorians evaction.l called several companies for assistance. Johnny s AC was the only ones to respond.Thay did not have the parts for my unit but the technition was able to bypass the ECM with a temporary motor so I would have AC.This company is great I will do business with them from now on.I normally do not write reviews but I cannot say enough about the service I recieved today THANKS!

The installation of our new a/c unit was done today and I was very impressed with how quickly Johnny's A/C responded to my request to start the job. They came with a crew of 7 guys and promptly started the job at 8:00 a.m.. The total job was completed by 3:30-4:00 including clean up, explanation of how the new unit works and told me that if I had any questions not to hesitate giving them a call. I would highly recommend them for your air conditioning/heating needs. Thank you Tom for accommodating my timeframe in a very timely fashion.

Wow! What a fantastic company! They are honest and fair and put their customers first. I asked them back out after my refrigerant leaked out inordinately fast. Trevis and Jake worked so hard to find the leak in my AC units. They were kind (especially Jake who answered all of my dumb questions ) and Trevis who worked above and beyond the call of duty to find that annoying leak. They made a great team and I am thankful for Johnny’s son Tommy who sent them out Go with Johnny’s AC! You won’t be disappointed!

Had several quotes on a new unit. Not only was Johnny's A/C the lowest price, he also installed it right away! Artic air was the highest price and seen online had several complaints on price comparison. Compared to 4 local companies the best price quote was Johnny's A/C by 800.00 for the same unit! And the installation for a complete install was done before I got home from work. Impressive job and a great team of employees! I had the good fortune of having Johnny's AC work on my project and all turned out great.

I really don't like contractors stomping around in my house its very disrupting but Luke and the rest of the crew were very polite and considerate it was fine to have them on site.

We renovated an older house so it was full of surprises and expenses!! except with the A/C all works perfectly!
