I texted Quinton at Cooper’s Pressure Washing to see if he would blow off the roof of my house and shed. I sent pictures as he requested and he gave me a quote and a date.He texted me today and said he could come earlier and I said great! Quinton and his helper arrived, and starter working. The roof over my porch is metal and can’t be walked on so blowing the leaves off the roof, Quinton used a water gun to get them closer to the edge so he could remove them. I know it’s tough as I had done it before.
They did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them for any of your needs! I give them a 10 star rating!!!

Our neighbors had Cooper Pressure wash their house. He raved about the work and we asked for a quote. Cooper gave us a quote the next day with several options (house, driveway, sidewalks, together or separately). They gave us a day/time when they could come out and showed up on time and got right to work. They did a great job. The house looks great. They were mindful of our property and the flowers and bushes around the house. The crew was very professional and knew what they were doing. They took their time and did a really nice job. The house looks really nice, and we are very happy with the entire process. Excellent Customer Service, Friendly & Helpful staff and the owner is very hands on and very helpful. Quinton Cooper and team did our two-story coquina-sided home with a low pressure washing technique that left everything spotless and prepped for painters who will be doing all our exterior trim next. They also did our paver stone patio, cement pool deck, and driveway. The coquina was not damaged, nor any of my flowers and landscaping. I added on our lawn furniture and cushions at the last minute which he made look like new. Competitively priced. I highly recommend.

Quinten Cooper does a great job. Decided to have our metal roof soft washed. While he was doing that we asked if he would just go ahead and do the house. Great job! Highly recommend Coopers Pressure washing. Showed up in time. Worked hard until done!! Our metal roof looked so bad I thought it was dusting. Called the roofer and he said to have it soft washed. It looks brand new. And Quinten is such a gentleman. Just could not be happier!!!!!

Excellent work. They have the chemicals to get the crud off surfaces that most homeowners can't obtain. Reasonable price. I'd definitely use them again.

Cooper’s Pressure Washing does an excellent job on our property. We have used them several times with great results. Recently we had the whole house, pool lanai and screen , front porch and the gutters. They carefully tape off all outlet covers, and anywhere water would disrupt lighting and we never have any problems . They use a special solution on the gutters that leave them sparkling white.

This team is AMAZING!! My home was brand new construction completed in Mar of 2023. I washed the home once over the summer last year but haven't been able to make time for it this year, so I reached out to Cooper's. They were punctual (even though I missed the reminder for their visit). I was welcomed home in observance that the team not only did a fantastic job with the wash down, they also moved (and replaced) several items from the porch and patio that I had left out to thoroughly clean around them. The job exceeded my expectations so much that I've decided I no longer enjoy washing the home myself to try! I will just call Cooper's again!!

Mr. Cooper is detailed in his approach to jobs. In our case, he spent extra time scrapping out moss and excess dirty between our pavers before adding the new sand and went out of his way to ensure everything was properly filled and watered to give it an even, professional look.
