Donna Lynne Custom Homes helped us with a complete renovation and large addition to a home we bought on Fernandina Beach (see attached for The SpongeBob Transformation). While the build was a massive undertaking (especially since we were living out of state), Donna Lynne and Heather remained pleasant, patient and professional throughout the entire process (as did their contractors)! The project was completed on time (even with change orders and unexpected issues). The work is guaranteed and it exceeded our expectations! Donna Lynne Custom Homes are not the cheapest builders ... they are not the most expensive builders ... but, from our experience, they are the best builders in the area! In 2019, Donna Lynne did a complete remodel of the interior of our home. This included removing some interior walls, rearranging some rooms, updating the entire kitchen, baths and redoing the fireplace. She also replaced most of the exterior doors, a few windows and interior doors.
All of this was done in four months while we were away. When we returned it was like a reveal on the Property Brothers. Everything was done to very high standards. We will definitely use Donna Lynne again for any additional projects and have already recommended her to friends.

I have had the honor and privilege of working with DonnaLynne and her staff for over 12 years. She assisted me with a complete remodel of my 1970’s home. When I was thinking of remodeling, I called about 6 builders and she was the only one that even called me back. Her attention to detail is impeccable. She is very knowledgeable with products and materials and her subcontractors are as well. She completed my remodel on time and within budget… what… that is unheard of?! Since finishing my remodel, I have continued to use her for projects here and there around my home. She is on time, dependable, fair, and works well with others. I am so pleased with my finished project and I am thankful for her and her staff that made my house a home.

Our experience with Donna Lynne Custom Homes began back in late 2016 with a remodel of an outdated faux stone fireplace facade and creating a new front entrance in a home we had just purchased. We couldn't have been happier with the results!
Move ahead to the summer of 2019 when we went back to DLCH to do a more extensive remodel of our master bath, the addition of two dormers, a new roof and exterior paint job. As before, Donna, Heather, their crew and sub-contractors did a great job - so happy with the results!!
Should we have any further renovations, there is no question we would call on DLCH for the third time!

We just finished our second new home build with Donna Lynn Custom Homes. We did not consider another builder. Donna and her daughter Heather helped navigate the detailed process every step of the way. The years of experience and willingness to present options were invaluable. Donna Lynne and her staff did an excellent job remodeling our home that was damaged by a tornado. They came out did their review and gave us a quote that was adhered to. I wanted something particular done and the idea wasn't coming across and Donna Lynne said, "No, this is what she wants and this is how you need to do it". Our remodel consisted of new kitchen, bathrooms, windows, doors (both interior and exterior) and floors. The team at Donna Lynne was responsive and so easy to work with. They even discovered a leak in our neighbors unit which prevented a huge issue. I would highly recommend their services.

As you might guess from the 5-Star rating, I cannot begin to say all the good things I liked about working with Donna and Heather. We started a tear-down project on the Plantation as strangers to each other and finished the rebuild as friends. These two women are a class act, starting with the way they treat their clients and continuing through the fair and direct way they deal with their subcontractors. If I ever get to do another project on Amelia Island, they will absolutely be my first choice to work with.

Donna Lynne has completed a number of projects for us over the years. The most recent project was a master bath renovation and a complete redesign/rebuild of our kitchen. Not only are these rooms beautiful and the fit and finish excellent but they function even better than we hoped. The process was excellently managed, the work was completed on schedule and on budget. Further, everyone who came to our home was professional and pleasant. I loved working with Donna, Heather and all their staff. They made the project enjoyable and extremely worthwhile.
