Recently my wife and I purchased a historical property to be our new home in Fernadina Beach. Our exceptional realtor ordered a 4point and Wind Mitigation set of inspections with Jadeck Inspections, Rich Billie and Jacob Nantz. Rich conducted the most complete and thorough inspection, detailing areas that needed immediate addressal and those to triage over time and budget. It gave us the full and complete confidence to buy a 125 year old structure. Incredible work, great expertise, superb communication skills, and so forth.
