The people from James and the technicians did a good job . The young technicians worked quietly on their tasked. I wondered if they have inadvertently taken our two step wide foot stool or used it and left in the ceiling. Please asked them. Thank you. I would highly appreciate it.

I contacted Johnny on the Spot because my AC stopped working. They were excellent to work with and fixed all of my problems. Gabriel was my mechanic who was friendly, and professional from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, diagnosed the issues quickly, and made all the necessary repairs efficiently. My system is running perfectly now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. Highly recommend Gabriel if you’re looking for someone reliable and knowledgeable!

Work was excellent. All jobs were done in a timely fashion. They installed a water softener system for me and a couple hose bibs. Joseph was a big help and he explained everything to me. The guys checked everything out and made sure I didn’t have any other issues or questions before they left. I appreciate the service from them.

Very careful when drywall was cut away to remove the valve box. Excellent plumbing skills when reattaching new valves to the existing lines. Cleaned and wiped area when he finished.

Overall, great experience working with this company. Customer service was responsive early in the morning. I had a severe water heater burst on a Sunday afternoon. Called the top google search first and got an AI respondent. Then called Johnny on the Spot and got a real person. They were able to get someone out to me within the hour. Shawn showed up and assessed the damage and contacted a restoration company on my behalf. He went over several options to get the water heater replaced by JOTP. He was friendly and courteous. He even removed the old water heater so that the restoration company could get to work quickly. He returned the next to look at the damage and put in a loop where the water was so that both sides of the faucets would run water. We discussed the progression of the repairs. The water heater was on a drywalled stand and needed to be repaired before the new one could be installed. He lined up an electrical water heater for a temp solution until work could be done. Once the pedistal was repaired, Shawn was able to line up another plumber, Eddie, to come out and install it the same day. Shawn showed up later and assisted finishing the job. The work was clean and everything is working once again. I'll be calling them for all my plumbing needs.

Initially, I had a less favorable opinion of this company. However, after speaking with the owner, Johnny, and having two of his technicians assess my plumbing system and AC unit, my perspective changed. I was thoroughly impressed with their punctuality, professionalism, expertise, and clear communication. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

A/C stopped working late afternoon. Condo was 98 degrees inside Called late afternoon to Johnny on the spot and they sent tech in less than 4 hours and repaired AC
Gabriel Gomez was polite, explained the situation and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain the best way to get the temp down from 98 degrees to 78 degrees. Would recommend them to all my neighbors. What I really liked was that they are family owned and most other AC repairs are franchise.

Awesome service! I had an outdoor spigot leak that needed to be fixed. Mike came on time during the range I was told. He was very knowledgeable and answer all my questions. He explained the problem and the solution to fix the problem. He also made recommendations for any plumbing and ac/heater maintenance that I’ll need in the future. I will be using this company again!

Jeff was a very knowledgeable professional. He explained my issue and potential resolutions. His careful effort was able to do the needed repair without extreme measures. Additionally he understood another drain design problem because of my new kitchen deep sink and resolved it.
He also explained water softener & purification systems that i was interested but confused about. We got a zRO system and are very happy with the results. Knowledgeable, careful & patient is everything I could ask for. Don't hesitate to call them. Ask for Jeff.

Wish i can give 0 stars! The sheer scummyness of I asked for service to unclog my garbage disposal and make me pay $149 just for someone to come out there. ONLY TO BE MET WITH the plumber checks the reset button and switch just to say I need a 600$ replacement.... I had to talk them into using the crank under the garbage disposal.... If that was the case say you couldn't service it over the phone! DONT GET!
