I was the foreman for a company that used them on a foundation. There was HORRIBLE honeycombing in the foundation next to a window which allowed water to flow through the honeycomb/window buck into the house with ease. We contacted them and told them exactly what was happening and they did everything they could to shift blame and NOT FIX IT. It was two years of the homeowner not being able to finish the basement or landscape because we needed the problem fixed before either of those can be done. Two years of my boss' company looking subpar for a low quality job that wasn't his fault. My boss finally had to hire someone and pay almost $1k to have it patched. In the pictures you can see it's against the metal window buck where it was not vibrated. Let the water flow in!
It was also the most unsquared foundation I've ever built on. In the garage (and several other places) you could see the walls (that were square) were not following the same line as the stem walls.
