I first contacted Sam at Jobi Homes because he is my neighbor. I am writing this review because he is a stellar fellow and an excellent contractor. He is very conscientious,. boing the extra mile on little details.

We hired him to paint the exterior of our house. There were little details and repairs needed along the way. He tended to each one with personal care. At one point he said to me, "I couldn't sleep if I don't fix this." Conscientious!

Highly recommended for all large and small jobs.
