We hired JMR to do a major exterior painting hob for our Luxury Town home (3 stories) community. They were professional at all levels starting with the sales Mgr/Owner Julian to Samira to Ronniey the project Mgr. Even the contractor went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the work. They are even Trust Dale certified.

After living in our home for 18 years, we were moving to be closer to our new business. JMR was so helpful with so many things…painting, fixing small repairs throughout our home, sanding and re-staining our porch, pressure cleaning our home, flooring our attic for additional storage, repairing exterior wood rot and even helped my wife hang a few heavy mirrors. JMR really helped take so much stress off our plate. Thank you to our wonderful JMR project manager, Ronnie, as well as the entire JMR team!

JMR provided a detailed paint job on our house that we're satisfied with. The only reason this isn't a 5 star is there are several paint drippings I will need to clean up.

JMR Home Services remodeled my 2 1/2 bathrooms last year. They did an excellent job, and I had them come back this year and remodel the primary bath, replace the kitchen backsplash, floor, and replace the kitchen door. They were very professional and everyone I delt with provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

Yes, they were great! I really needed it done in a couple of days, and they accommodated me! I also had to wait almost 2 weeks for another contractor to give me an estimate, which took all of 2 minutes! JMR came out right away. That tells me they wanted my business, and I am very happy with the results! By the way, both contractors were top on the 2025 Best Pick Reports book. And finally, JMR was very reasonable. If I have any more patio/concrete jobs, I am definitely calling them first!

JMR Home Services proved they are a 5-Star rated company and did a fabulous job remodeling & updating 2 bathrooms and master bedroom closet space for us. They turned 2 builder's grade bathrooms into beautiful new bathrooms. They replaced the floors, made fairly major ceiling & lighting modifications, replaced a large garden window (3 stories high!) with a new wide transom window, replaced & painted exterior siding, removed all the fiberglass tubs & showers and replaced with new steel tub & tile materials, and helped us design new closet space that fit our needs & desires. From the outside, it looks like the new window was always there. The demos went pretty fast, and the rebuild was exciting to watch – lots of progress each day. I want to give lots of praises to all the guys that worked on our bathrooms – their skills were amazing - (I wish I knew their names) - we’ve never seen sheet rock repair turn out so perfectly and tile placed so meticulously. And want to give a very nice shout-out to Melgin Lopez, their foreman, who gave us recommendations on our Master bath’s shower design (and placements) – his recommendations made a big difference in appearance. They all worked so hard to please us and make sure we were happy with their work. It was hard to not want to peak at their progress throughout. We also want to thank the On-site Project Manager & Office PM (David Vasquez & Andrea Castillo) who were checking in regularly & monitoring progress with us and the crew, answering questions (almost constantly). And.... I almost forgot - Melgin chose a beautiful frameless sliding glass door for our new shower - blew us away. Gorgeous! That was The result of our 2 projects left us feeling like they gave us award winning new bathrooms that we will enjoy forever.

JMR Home Services did an excellent job remodeling my 1980s bathroom into something up-to-date and beautiful. There were some minor bumps along the way as with any renovation project, but the team was responsive and diligent and made sure everything was done to my satisfaction. If you are considering using JMR Home Services, here are some factors when making a decision on selecting this contractor. I contracted with JMR in Oct for a simple bathroom build out. The required work was in a 8x8 area to install a toilet, shower, and a utility sink, along with floor tile, wall towel on one wall, and a suspended ceiling grid. I was told it was a 2 week job. The work started on Nov 4th, and was completed 16 weeks later. While the work done was good, the management of the project was terrible. I never knew what work was going to be accomplished or when, as workers would sporadically show up unannounced. The challenging part was the workers generally spoke little to no English. While I don’t have a problem with that, JMR management sent the workers out without adequate information for the job, which left me trying to explain the required work to the crew struggling with language issues as much as I. In addition, what information they were given was inaccurate. The Sheetrock person showed up with 20 pieces, when only 2 were required. They also put Sheetrock up were it didn’t belong, and had to be cut back out. The ceiling individual showed up with enough materials for a 20x20 room, 400 square feet vs 40 square feet needed for the job. Their pricing was very high. For example, $950 to install 2 sheets of drywall, and $600 to install 40 sq feet of suspended ceiling grid. The only thing JMR was excelled at, was collecting their payments.

I got a number of quotes and chose JMR because their estimator Brandon was excellent, and their sales individual Julian was incredibly helpful as I reviewed quotes and had follow up questions. The price was also fair compared to the other quotes I received. I was assigned two project managers, Ronniey and Pablo, and they subcontracted my job. I'm extremely happy with the quality of the work that was performed by the contractors. Ronniey is knowledgeable and friendly and even gave me advice on a diy project I was doing elsewhere in my house. However, it was difficult to get in touch with Pablo and Ronniey at times, and Ronniey only came to my house 3 times while work was being performed, and it was unclear if anybody but myself was checking up on the quality of the work that was completed by the subcontractors. I was expecting more frequent visits and communication from my PMs.

Overall, I'm very happy with the completed work.

JMR renovated our guest bath the end of last year and due to the great job they did, we had them renovate our master bathroom this year. Again, they did an outstanding job. Everyone we worked with was pleasant and professional and the process was smooth. We could not be happier with the final product and I would recommend them for any home renovation project.

We’ve used JMR for years - painting, counter tops, hard wood floors, etc. They have competitive pricing and excellent customer service and if there are any mistakes, they always make it right.

We had a great experience with JMR, who oversaw every step of the process of renovating our primary bathroom. They made sure to complete the ceiling repairs that were needed along with priming, painting and also installing a new ceiling fan in the process. We chose JMR because of their friendly and knowledgeable estimate person Ronniey, and their excellent reviews and references. The Ronald Group was assigned to do a full renovation of our master bathroom. They did a terrific job! Ronald and Steven communicated very well with us, and worked long and hard to make sure our bathroom became exactly what we wanted and needed. Our only glitch was with Governor Glass, the company they hired to make and install our shower glass surround… they did a poor job installing the surround, and had to re-do it several times, delaying our completion by more than a month. The glass guys did not communicate well with us, “blew off” appointments, and were more the typical folks who give contractors a bad name. Apart from them, JMR was excellent and I recommend them highly to anyone looking for expert remodeling! Props to our team, the Ronald Group, for doing a fantastic job and being kind and funny as well!

Over a year ago, I had a pipe burst in my bathroom. Insurance was willing to pay for most of the damage but weren't willing to pay for the remodeling. So we had to save money for over a year to make the bathroom usable again. When I started searching for a contractor to get a quote, none of them responded. Until I contacted JMR. I got a quote, and after my options, we were able to get something done within my price range. It was such a relief to have them fix it up and not see a room that looked like it was under construction for over a year.

Phoned JMR Home Services for a bathroom remodel quote. After reviewing the quote that was emailed to us, called with some questions and was informed the way they normally handled this was for us to put all of our questions in an email and they would get back to us when time allowed. I still asked to speak to the person who did our quote and was told he was on a conference call and would call me back as soon as he was finished. That was 3 weeks ago and still no call. Fortunately, a reputable contractor has completed our project. Terrible communication and customer service.

We hired JMR Home Services to perform an extensive renovation on a property we purchased, and I am happy to say that this was definitely a good decision on our part. The work they performed was excellent and we are very happy with the final product.

We had a complete kitchen remolded with JMR Home service back in few months ago. The person who did our kitchen remodeling was very professional with us and answered any questions we had along the way. They took out our old kitchen and did a complete remodeling job. We are very satisfied with our new kitchen and have enjoyed using it. JMR Home service does a highly professional job in there work, and takes there time in completing there work. We met with several contractors for our bathroom remodel, and based on the reviews and recommendations, selected JMR Home service. After having bad experiences with contractors in the past, I must say this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The workers are neat and polite. Angelo was accessible, and made sure the job went smoothly. I would us this company again and again.

We hired JMR to do some deck repairs. They replaced broken planks and rails, pressure washed and painted the deck. They also pressure washed and painted our fence to match the deck. We really enjoyed working with Renee. Him and his team were fantastic. We will use JMR in the future and hopefully be able to request Renee and his team again.

We recently had our house painted using the services of JMR. It was a week-plus job, involving painting over brick and numerous challenging wood repairs. Pricing was very competitive, and throughout the entire job, all members of the JMR team were diligent, proactive, and courteous. Julian had come to give us a quote on a repair only to string us along canceling on us last minutes and rudely hanging up on us.. the night before he had already confirmed on coming the next day to begin repair.. he wasted our time and was very rude not giving us a heads up notice or at least trying to reschedule. Your customer service is terrible.

Edit in response to your response. We did all the steps so that you would tell us on the day you were suppose to come to work that you weren't coming and didn't even give a chance to reschedule. You just gave us some lame excuse and hangup on us from there.

The company is very accommodating and does a great job. We are excited to continue working with them on our many more projects. We highly recommend using them!

Julian and his team were amazing from the initial estimate through the completion of my fully updated kitchen and master bathroom (~6.5 weeks). I am incredibly happy with the finished product and am glad I ended up going with JMR. Here is why I'd highly recommend JMR to anyone I know and why I'll be using them for all future house projects:
- All members of JMR I encountered were professional, honest, and the hardest working team I've seen in the industry. The team worked long hours (most days were 8:30 am - 6:30 pm) and were diligent in doing whatever it took to get the job done on time (often working on Saturdays) while maintaining high-quality work.
- The cost and time estimates were reasonable and stayed on track throughout the project.
- They were flexible as adjustments had to be made over the course of the project and were quick thinking to catch items before anything became an issue.
- Julian was very generous and went above and beyond the entire project. He also helped talk me through some of the more stressful moments of the renovation to recommend the best solution - and I'm so happy with some of those late decisions.
- The team cleaned up after themselves daily and made my living in the house through the renovation the best it could be.

I used JMR in the past to paint indoors and they were great. This time around, they were extremely flakey. They cancelled at the last moment for the estimate, and also kept pushing the paint date back at the last moment - THREE times. I understand things happen, but that's unprofessional. The crew also left their leftover chicken wings on my floor, which my dog got a hold of and almost choked on, had I not been right there to remove the bone from his throat.

I highly recommend JMR for home services. I've used them twice for interior & exterior painting, siding repair, and deck repair and been very happy with the results. Their team is nice, responsive, affordable, and fast.

Pretty good job for a fair price, but you may need to pay attention to the details and double check the work (as is the case with most contractors). For the price I paid, I'm pretty satisfied.

This company threatened legal action on me if I didn’t take down my negative review. I refused. Don't trust the 5 star reviews. They most likely threatened all the other negative reviewers with legal action as well.

I was originally quoted the remodeling of my bathroom would take two weeks. It took two months. Communication between the estimator, contractor and management was not good. I was told the reason why it’s taken so long to complete the work was because the manager never paid the contractors so they were not going to come out and finish the work until they got paid. I called the manager and he told me that they were not truthful and that he would get it fixed. Another two weeks went by and no one came over to finish the work. I finally called the CEO of the company (Julian Munoz) and they were there the next day to finish my bathroom. My bathrooms look like a novice did it. the walls aren’t smooth there’s lines everywhere there’s holes around the door frame where they had to repair the wall, the shower faucet leaks water. During the remodel I was told that a dumpster would be put in my driveway to place all The trash in but, that never happened. Trash blew around in my backyard and on my front porch for a week before I had to call and complain because my neighbors were complaining that trash is getting into their yard. And the CEO of the company never called me back so that goes to show you how they treat their customers.

Weeks after posting this review they tried to give me a bunch of free stuff to get me to take it down but I refused and that’s when they threatened to sue me. They admitted to wrong doing and thought the could fool/threaten me into deleting my honest review.

We have known Julian for 6 years and use him and his team consistently for our building related needs. His pricing is terrific, and he monitors the customer's happiness until everything is great. Give JMR a chance to become your favorite.

Once again, (this is my third experience with them), JMR has outperformed my expectations with expedient, professional, and well priced home services. They were contracted to power wash the entire exterior, driveways, etc., seal and make repairs, and paint my 3K ft, 2 story home and it was done in the three days they estimated and the price estimated.
The staff were courteous, thoughtful, and talented and left my home clean and beautiful, better than new.
They have never disappointed me and I certainly will use them again!

If you are looking for home renovation, from small projects to big ones, this is a company you can trust! We did some fixing up for our home after move-out in preparation for sale. JMR painted the entire house including closets and garage, repaired drywall, fixed shower door, added insulation, fixed windows, and pressure washed exterior. Bray kept us posted step by step and welcomed my walk-in a couple of times to see how things were going. A great crew who worked hard and produced a beautiful result. This is the second home they renovated in our family. Yes, I can highly recommend this company!

We had a wonderful experience with JMR Home Services this summer. We had them paint the exterior of our home (1 side brick - and we decided to paint all four sides) and renovate both our guest bath and our master bath. We worked with two different crews (interior and exterior) and both were very professional, tidy and completed the job on time and in budget with no surprises. There were a few additional areas of rotted wood that needed to be repaired on the exterior - so that was an additional charge, but certainly reasonable and fair. We LOVE the look of the painted brick - it feels like we are driving up to a new house every time we get home. It completely updated our 1996 home! Same with our bathrooms. GORGEOUS!! We love them both so much. They are exactly how we initially described them to Julian who quoted the job--freestanding tub, frameless shower, shiplap, subway tile, barn door... Our terribly outdated master bath is now a luxurious spa! Aura and Yiko did the work for us and their attention to detail was impeccable. We really cannot say enough good things about this team. They are extremely professional and we thoroughly enjoyed having them work in our home, they are the nicest! I highly recommend JMR - excellent service, excellent work.

JMR managed my guest bathroom renovation with absolute professionalism. From demolition, design consulting, custom frameless shower manufacturing, and more, the team was a breeze to work with.

They arrived on time and left the job site clean each day. Aura/Project Coordinator maintained clear and constant communication throughout the entire project.

We've used JMR in the past, and unfortunately the quality has really gone down hill. We had them help with a relatively minor kitchen repair/update, and finally gave up hope that they would ever finish. We needed them to repair and pain cabinets, and we still had drawers that wouldn't close and cabinets misaligned 6 weeks after the project should have been completed. My husband finally repaired our cabinets himself - even the ones JMR said were as good as they would ever get. We had at least a half a dozen appointments where no one showed up. We had at least 3 different crews come but no one came to explain what needed to be done. The last crew that came told us that they were embarrassed at what a terrible job the previous crews did. After we complained, we received assurances from our project managers (Camillo, Fellipe), our estimator (Bray), the main builder (Bill), and the owner (Julian) that they would get this done. It never got done. Really disappointed. I gave 2 stars because we had a good experience in the past with JMR and because they did a good job painting our house, but I would never hire them to do anything ever again. What a headache.

Timely, communicative and friendly team. Gutter repair, pressure washing and window painting. All were nicely done and at a fair price. Will definitely use again when needed. Good, hard working company.

I hired JMR Home Services for house cleaning. They sent a text to let me know they were on there way and arrived on time as promised. The workers were very nice and did an excellent job cleaning.

JMR painters showed up early every day abd worked tirelessly. We have a huge house and many windows and trim. It is very high up in back and very difficult to paint, but yet they did the most amazing job. As we watched we couldn't help but marvel at how focused, organized, precise and fast they were. They were constantly working very hard. I had to remind them to drink the ice water I put out. They took such care with my many garden statues and my bench, table and chair on my porch. They were so thoughtful to even put it under trees out of the extreme weather. They were so clean, and not one bit of overspray anywhere, like my last painters. The caulking job was done the right way to avoid cracking and coming loose after 3 winters, like the last painters. We were extremely impressed by how much they paid to even the smallest detail. Painting air vents and the vent doors. They are the nicest hardest workers, I've encountered in a long time. In fact, out of the many hires for various home repairs and projects etc , they are now rated number one. Their customer service is phenomenal. I highly recommend Juan , Maryann , Jorge and Edgar
My 25 year old son said their quality far surpassed the last company that painted our house. The caulking, the paint the detail and the trim done to perfection. They stayed until everything was perfect. It was nearly dark before they left. They cleaned up everything and came on a Saturday because Friday was to windy. Unlike last painters who came when windy and got overspray on the roof and fireplace and never came back to clean up their overspray. JMR painting epitomizes outstanding work values and ethics, as well as customer service. You absolutely will not find anyone who can paint your home any better.

Anthony C. did a wonderful job with our task of repairing and painting the walls of a 3,000sq ft office. He was very professional, was prompt in answering questions as well as providing an estimate. The job was done in a wonderful manner and was very fast. The outcome of the walls with the Sherwin Williams paint is gorgeous. I truly appreciate all of this company's hard work and look forward to using the other services available.

JMR Painting just recently completed an exterior painting of my home. They were efficient and also very focused on doing a quality job. After they completed the painting of my home the foreman asked me to do an exterior walk around of the home to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. After reviewing the exterior I noticed a couple window shudders where the paint color appeared to vary a slight bit. I pointed it out to the foreman and without any hassle they not only repainted the exterior shudders (2) that I pointed out but also did another four shudders on the front of the house just in case. Their attention to detail and excellent customer service were very much appreciated. I would highly recommend JMR to anyone looking for exterior painting. I will also use them in the future for any of my painting needs. Great job JMR team!

I had previously read the reviews for JMR and thought I'd give them a shout to get an estimate. Within 3 days, they were at my home and provided a comprehensive estimate for all the repairs and painting to be done, as well as re glazing the exterior of the windows. I approved the estimate and we were put on the schedule for the time agreed. On the week prior, I had the unfortunate circumstance of my grandmother passing, so I wasn't sure if I'd be back in town for the start of the job. I emailed Aydeen and received a response in less then 24hrs letting me know that my circumstances wouldn't alter the schedule or the timeline. On the 1st day of the job, the workers started promptly and worked through the day in an efficient manner. My home has exterior security cameras so we were able to peek in throughout the day and never caught the workers slacking or goofing off.

The work was completed in the time frame that was originally quoted with only a slight delay for some touchup work and alterations to be completed. On that note, when there were alterations and corrections to be made, Aydeen was very prompt with her response and had no issue with sending another guy back out to complete the needed corrections. I really could not have asked for a better experience. Down the line, we plan to repaint the exterior fully and I will definitely be calling JMR to do the job. Also, I've recommended them to friends and family based on the exemplary quality of work that they performed on my property. Going with JMR, you will get big name quality with down home prices & customer service.

Good price, punctual, and excellent attention to detail. We had our master suite painted and we were really really pleased with the quality. They did a lot of minor repairs like gaps between the molding and the ceiling, smoothing imperfections in the drywall, fixing joints in the molding, etc. Carlos was awesome. They cleaned everything up really well. Better than we expected!

JMR Painting will be on my save list from here on it. I will gladly call & refer JMR Painting going forward. Great overall experience, Customer service A+, Quality A+, Value A+. Completed one project for me a few weeks ago, 2nd project this month.... Glad I found JMR Painting!!!!!
