I bought my house a few months ago and with winter coming I wanted to use my woodfire fireplace. I called Chimney Cricket at first. They told me my fireplace needed almost $15K worth of repairs and scared me into thinking my fireplace was unsuable. I decided to get another opinion and called Josh. He not only made time for me on a Saturday morning, but told me my fireplace was completely fine.

It is honestly very refreshing to meet such an honest and trustworthy person in the service industry. I will definitely be using his services again in the future! Thank you Josh!!!!!!

Had Josh come out and take a look at my chimney liner. Realized my liner needed immediate attention and came out next day to replace my unit into the late evening. Fantastic service and responsiveness. Would definitely recommend.

Josh was very professional when he came to my house to clean my wood stove and piping. Josh answered my request in a timely manner and came out the very next day. His competitors couldn’t come out for a few weeks. He also had the best price around. He did a great job cleaning and even removed 5 dead birds. He noticed that I was lacking mesh to prevent the birds from getting in so he said he would look for a cap that would fit my pip that had the screen on it. I would highly recommend him and would definitely use him again.

When I contacted Josh to clean my gutters he was very friendly, responsive and flexible with scheduling. Not only did he clean the gutters but also cleaned the roof and offered several solutions to some problems we’ve been having. He even FaceTimed me to show me what was going on! Definitely a 5 star company!
