My Company supplied cabinets for a job in Wlimington N. Carolina for 25,600 . JMD Const. was paid in full for Cabinet work but my company has yet to receive any payment for our work. They do not return phone call or e-mails . Attempts to collect through our lawyer went nowhere .
several other subcontractors didn't get paid as well on this project . Stay Away !!
We did some dirt work for a new Dollar General is Spur, Texas. They could not keep anyone working so we did dirt work and then sold them all their landscape materials. That was April of 2018 they still owe me $4300. My number has been blocked and emails are returned. My attorney has reached out numerous times and no response. Beware of this company.
