I was really impressed with his professionalism. We discussed what work I needed done and negotiated prices. He kept me informed on when he was able to start and complete the work. He showed up on time. Work was done in 6 hours while I was at work. I made it home in time to watch them finish it up. They cleaned up all the trash and debris. He also replaced a missing downspout on my gutter and fixed the flashing on my roof. I did have to give him money for the supplies in advance. A risk I was willing to take when I see him everyday at my place of employment. (I think Frankie was having a bad day! Other review)

He is a big scam - call any attorney in Shelby County and they will tell you the story! He owes several people thousands and thousands of dollars. Customer will pay him to do the work and he does no work and does not pay them back! Several open lawsuits and cases against him.

He goes by several different names so I would definitely call an attorney!
