JM constructions LLC company is absolutely the most professionally run company. We hired them over other companies for their willingness to tackle a very difficult job at our condo. They accomplished a magnificent kitchen renovation a few years ago and we did not hesitate to use them again for bathroom renovation this time around . Despite extremely difficult working conditions: cement removal ,a major change of the floor plan lay out in a very tight space ,strict condo noise restriction rules and short work hour limitations,they tackled all obstacles and never opted for quickie less than completely satisfactory solutions. Everything was done most efficiently and truthfully most of the work
was very difficult to accomplish. They demolished all the cement and re leveled everything perfectly and installed tiles beautifully. Their plumbing work was fantastic.We are really amazed that they take such a pride in their workmanship.
This company is very reasonable despite the steep increase in the prices of all materials these days. They actually did some extra work for us at no additional cost. Jaime, the owner,does most of the work himself and always checks on his crew to make sure work is done right and beautifully.
They exceeded all of our expectations and never looked for more compensation. We have recommended them to others and they have expressed their thanks for our recommendations.

I am from NJ and trying to remodel in DC. AFTER interviewing 6 companies, I decided to go with JM CONSTRUCTION. BOY THIS COMPANY IS GOD SEND! Since I can not be there in person TO CHECK THE STATUS, I had to trust jamie who is over seeing all the little details. Video communication can not describe the detailed work they are doing . When I come to visit, they did exactly what i asked for and more . this company really takes pride in what they are doing. Never a short cut for them. They are process of finishing project any day and I am looking forward to do another review for them with photos and detailed work they did without being asked, because it is right way..looks great so far only odd and ends left. The crews are wonderful to work with, most of all, I love the receptionist Sylvia who is always polite and responsive . I am recommending this company to my friends which is very rare for me.
