Removing A car in perfectly good condition should have warranted paying the owner for salvageable parts (Charged $850). Repairing a wall with a hole fist size and repainting over a thousand dollars Ouch! I could go on but you get the picture. Pictures reveal water line/piping continue to leak caused flooring/grout to crack. Telling the owner (his high school FRIEND. (TRUST and RESPECT are essential in a relationship) he's used to buying in this area $5-10 thousand when the house is now evaluated at one hundred thousand is downright insulting clearly no regard for One's intelligence. Perhaps it was a moment in time and he has gotten better. May GOD continue to bless him. Just BEWARE!
