After the big storm this week, my house has missing shingles and damaged roof. I contacted Cathy, who was highly recommended by a friend. She and her people did a good job patching my exposed roof. Always responsive to the texted messages. Arrived on time. Highly recommended.

JL Contractors is a very professional and responsive organization. Jef & Cathy provided invaluable and timely support helping navigate through the insurance process. Jef was on scene when the insurance adjuster arrived and he made sure the adjuster saw the roof damage which resulted in a quick agreement to replace the roof. Cathy and Jef were on calls with the insurance company when revisions were required and all issues were resolved. Mary and I were pleased with their timely support to obtain the best possible outcome for us.

I recently had the pleasure of working with JL Contractors for a much-needed roof repair, and I must say that I am thoroughly impressed with their professionalism, expertise, and outstanding customer service. Kyle inspected the roofs on 3 of my houses. Very professional and trustworthy. He even caulked and repaired a few places for me for free that he saw during the inspection. I will be checking in with Kyle on my next projects.

Cathy was very professional. Demonstrated a great knowledge of what she does, great personality. I will consider her services if I have to do some roof repairs for sure.

They were very friendly, helpful and worked with us even though we had a really high deductible with our insurance we were able to get a beautiful, top quality roof.

EL hizo muy bien la inspección y afortunadamente no tuve que remplazar mi techo , pero está persona es un americano y el intentaba mucho muy bien por hablar español y explicarme cada detalle, yo recomiendo a Kyle!!!! Moved to Dallas about 4 years so I dont really know many people but the clients I service and they are like family to me during a service I was talking with a client about how my roof needed some repairs and they client recommend JL Contractors DFW so I gave them a call and they where on it like white on rice. Their customer service was top of the line I mean right to business with what I wanted done there was not a lot of back and fort because they explained in great detail the things I needed to do and why I needed to do them and how taking care of things now would save me in the long run ..their response time with a quote was no less 24 hrs and no more the 48 hours. they quoted me a price that I had to jump on. The contractors were very respectful, quick but precise. And thanks to JL contractors DFW im so glad to have a new secure roof over my head. If you're in the DFW area and looking for contractors JL Contractors DFW are the people to call.

The team at J&L Contractors was awesome! They inspected the roof, contacted insurance, and negotiated with the claims adjuster to make sure all of our damage was covered. Not just the roof, but damage to gutters, window frames, out building and fence.
And then they put on a beautiful roof and repaired all the damage - in and out on almost no time and a perfect job.
We will definitely use J&L again!

I was taking bids for a new roof. No one else out of 5 different contractors said anything about trying my insurance until this young lady said lets see .They paid everything after deductible. JL Contractor is good , honest people who did a beautiful job for me. You won't be disappointed for going with them .

I'm very picky about who I let perform repairs of any type and I try to thoroughly research all of my contractors. We had severe storms with large hail in my neighborhood which resulted in roof replacement for the majority of the homes here giving me a chance to watch this company at work and confirm with my neighbors the quality of the work they were doing well before committing to roof replacement and attic ventilation upgrades. I definitely made the right choice. All work was done extremely well and on time with any and all questions I had answered quickly and professionally. From workers to supervisors to management I was treated well and educated (at my own request) in the art of roofing. I can, and have, recommended this company many times without reservation to anyone who needs roof repairs or even a simple inspection.

JL Contractors helped us when we needed our roof repaired from hail. We also had leaks in our house from the roof. They were fantastic! We ended up replacing roof, downspouts, garage doors, patio covers, screens and most of inside was painted. Everything was top notch. Cathy answered all our questions quickly and handled paperwork and negotiations with State Farm. I would highly recommend them!

A+++ company!! I had a giant hole in my roof due to an overgrown Oak Tree in my backyard which was stressing me out. When Cathy showed up to discuss the project she put me at ease immediately and even handled my insurance for me. All I had to worry about was what shingle color to choose. First of all let me just say this company is absolutely amazing. I dreaded finding a reputable contractor to replace our old roof. Kyle and Kathy were amazing and made the entire process a breeze! Our roof was severely damaged and caused me a lot of stress as a single mom. They made the process stress free and even handled my insurance company.
