Here is the reason but let me start from the beginning.... My wife found his company and we decided to use him for services.
He agreed to work with us is a payment plan for the work he does. Reason for that is becy we probably like many others have been ripped off or screwed over by contractors of some sort and have been told stories of that happening.
Even though some payments didn't always go smoothly because of different posting days or employment messing up and correcting mistakes.. But money was given... Didn't mind if we had to wait to give him money to continue.
He did our entryway which looks great They did a great job. During that process we had some issues especially what communication from his part we tried to communicate best we could and all the time and at times we heard nothing He worked on that and improved that and that got better from his side great for him.
We had him start another project and that was partially done our family got sick and we had to push him back because we didn't want to spread whatever was going on.
Recently my wife talked to him everything seemed fine on the phone.
He requested some money to continue which was fine so he can get some assistance from his brother or something not quite sure.
So I sent them 400 plus dollars and then never heard from him He said he would have our self completed by Sunday We never heard from him and now we are blocked from his social media and I'm assuming his work number as well I tried to call him from a landline and left a message and still have not heard back.
We want to know if he's okay because we haven't heard from him and everything seemed fine up to just a few days ago We have heard nothing so I guess he got the money he wanted and we'll have to find someone else to finish the project.
How do we know when if something was wrong We probably could have fixed it but we have no idea what is going on

Josh and his brother Joseph were recommended on my community Facebook page. I was a little nervous because I was burned by another contractor that I found though Facebook 2 years ago. I am so glad I gave them a call! Josh responded quickly to my messages and came out and gave me an estimate and started the following week. I had them redo EVERYTHING another contractor did, but this time it was done right! Me and my husband were very impressed with their work, with their customer service and their promptness to be on the job early and getting it done! I highly recommend them!

We had an issue on our chimney, and within an hour Josh arrived at our home. He was polite, respectful and we immediately felt like we had made the right choice. He took photos of the issues he found, got approval from us to move ahead with the repairs, then confirmed the work with follow-up photos. You won't be able to find anyone more capable of doing a great job on your home repairs at a reasonable price. CALL JOSH
