Called and made an appt for him to come service our chimney. JJ Asked if I could send pictures of my chimney, and I did. Scheduled for the following day and he never showed up. Tried to reach out and got no response. We went with another company who was way more professional than this company.

Would not recommend.

Jjs provided me an estimate which at the time of service was reasonable. He asked for a 5000 dollar deposit to get on the schedule. I provided him with 500 and I never heard from him again despite several attempts to reach him.

He also missed our first 2 appointments and always seemed to have a excuse as to why he couldn't talk or show up, sent via text messages of course.

I can not speak to his work but his integrity is non existent and his professionalism after he got money went to hell.

I would not recommend him as a contractor to anyone based on my experience.

I also submitted a complaint via the BBB to resolve the issue and get my money back but nothing. The kicker is he still has a A+ rating and my complaint is not even listed.

I need tuckpointing done, so called JJ. He was nice on the phone, advised me they were booked out about 4-6 weeks, I understood. We made an appointment for an estimate, JJ didn’t show up. I called and he said he lost power and they were scrambling around. I understood and rescheduled. Next appointment, JJ is 6 mins late, so I call. He advises me he’s 8 mins away, and when I mention that we are waiting outside and that I wish he would have called because my husband had to get to work, he says why would I book at this time if he has to work? Just seemed rude when he was already almost 10 mins late and then was going to be another 8 and didn’t call to give us a heads up or anything. So we declined his service and I’ve booked with another company. So much for keeping it local.
