Juan did an amazing job installing my new microwave. He is not only super personable but also highly knowledgeable in this field.

Juan and his son were such a pleasure to work with! They replaced a broken built in microwave and ensured it was done perfectly and looked good with the trim kit from the old microwave. Price was fair and I will definitely use them in the future for other home repair needs.

JJ General Contractor was recommended by Home Depot to replace and install my elderly mom's new stainless steel gas cooktop along with 4 or 5 others. Juan (owner and operator) of JJ General Contractor stood tall above them all. Bringing his exceptional craftsmanship and professionalism to get the job done. Once started he continuously went above and beyond with the installation of the cooktop and a few extras that my mom thru out at him. For instance, my mom also wanted stainless steel panels installed behind stovetop to protect the wall and add a modern look. This did not faze him at all. He easily incorporated the extra work without missing a beat. Even when he ran into a couple of hiccups his quality of work never faultered to ensure i was satisfied. Juan kept my mom informed thru out the entire project. The pricing was fair and transparent with a detailed break down of costs. Because of his excellent attention to detail, outstanding quality of work and his time mangement skills, we (my mom and I) highly recommend JJ General Contractor for any future projects and ask for Juan!

My water heater went out and I called Juan with JJ Contractors. He came out and replaced the water heater, he suggested that we add a filter which we did. Juan reran some of the tubs and insulated the pipes. He cleaned up everything after he was done. We are very pleased with all of his work.

Like half of DFW, my pipes froze on Christmas. I was on vacation and couldn't get home to fix it and my regular plumber couldn't be here till 1/4. I hired Juan to repair my kitchen island which had moved from its place. He did fantastic job fixing it without breaking the granite and the cabinets. Called twice, never could get a hold of you. After requesting my info by text message I sent the scope of the project but never heard back. I get a sense that the remodel business is booming w people in quarantine and thus I've felt like it's difficult to get a fair shake on our job because it's not "big enough". Glad others have benefitted from your work, maybe we can do business in the future.

Juan and Eric did an amazing job fixing up our house. Repairing a very unique 2nd story a/c install (that some other GC's we called stated they either couldn't do or didn't have the time to work us in anytime soon) and the subsequent water damage caused from it on 1st floor. Their work is fantastic, they really just went the extra mile in all areas. No negatives at all. They will be my first call when pretty much anything comes up in need of remodel or repair in my house going forward. Couldn't recommend them enough.

I found JJ General Contractor on-line needing a Patio Door installed. This was a last minute job that I needed help with. Juan answered my call and made it a point to come to my location to assess the job even when his day was already booked. He showed a level of professionalism and thought that I rarely see when dealing with contractors. He gave me a very competitive offer and completed the work on time and did it right. Juan walked me through everything and gave me the trust and confidence to hire him for all my projects going forward. I would highly recommend him for anything you need. You'll find yourself wishing you had found him sooner.

Juan did a great job at a very reasonable rate! He's quite friendly, flexible and very communicative as well. He even gave me pointers on how to finish up other stuff around the project!

Juan with JJ General Contractor saved our Sunday. Took on our emergency call and changed out our water heater last minute on game day. He went with us to Home Depot and got us an upgrade from 40 to 50 gal . Professional, tested everything out before leaving and showed us what to look for if there is any problems. Reasonable price and we will use him again for future remodeling jobs.

JJ helped me remodel Bathroom remodel including floor tiles. For the shower, you must hire a correct guy who knows to waterproof, or you have to do it again! He recommended the Wedi shower system and also did extra waterproofing.

I had a water leak coming from underneath my kitchen sink. I called Juan with JJ General Contractor. He came out to my house and did a quick inspection to determine the source of the leak. It turns out that the leak was coming from behind the wall under the sink. Juan came back out to my house a few days later to cut out the sheet rock underneath my sink and turns out that the water drain had a huge leak. Juan was awesome and was able to fix it for us that same day! If you ever need work done around the house, Juan and JJ General Contractor is the guy you want to work for you. Very honest and extremely reliable, on top of all that, also very reasonable labor rate! I got more projects for him to work on for me around our house. I am extremely pleased and couldn't be happier about the work he has done for us! Thank you Juan and son!

We had a difficult time finding a tile man to replace many cracked travertine tiles, it was fortunate that we were referred to Juan Valdez, JJ General Contractor. Juan took extra time to complete the job to ensure that it was done properly. While it extended the original time frame it was done right and the finished work looks great. All was done at a fair price and we are pleased. Good tile professionals are hard to find.

JJ General Contractor did a great job. They listened to what we wanted and designed based on our requirements. We will definitely reuse them for future jobs :) They are very honest and would recommend them for any home improvements.

Juan remodeled my house earlier this year and did a fantastic job! He was kind, friendly, and worked very hard. I had to get rid of popcorn ceilings, replace the flooring, repaint all the walls and ceilings, and get some electrical work done. I still get compliments on how nice the house looks now, and it was done at a very fair and reasonable price. Next time my house needs some more work done (bathroom, I'm looking at you) I will definitely hire Juan again.

Juan is THE MAN TO GO! So far he has done a fence for us, installed new windows, custom closet, replaced our old roof to something new and beautiful; he is pretty much redoing our entire house!
