I had a large tree branch, broken but still connected to the tree, fall on my roof and basically saw through the shingles with the wind.
I called Jimmys roofing and they were here within a couple days to fix it for me. Workers did a great job and the price was fair for the work performed. I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any other roof issues. Thanks ya’ll!

I had moss removed from the roof. James did a great job and worked his tail off. This is the third time I’ve called on Jimmy’s.

I have had Jimmy’s team complete three roofing projects for me, including full tear-offs, as well as perform maintenance, minor and major repairs. They have consistently delivered excellent work, maintained clear communication, and adhered to timelines. Their services for me have ranged from a high-end custom home re door to a manufactured home plus a rental unit and a commercial building with a metal roof. They promptly addressed any issues or concerns that arose during or after the work, ensuring we were well taken care of. Even minor incidents were not overlooked; for instance, when a roofer accidentally dropped a tool and left a dent in my deck board, it was immediately brought to my attention and resolved to my satisfaction. They are fair, honest, reliable and communicate options and plan well. I have recommended them to family and friends and will continue to choose them first.

The wind tried to pulled my metal roof off. I contacted Jimmy’s roofing and they fixed it right away with reasonable rates.

I asked Jimmy's to inspect my aging roof to look for needed maintenance or repairs. They were able to get me on the schedule quickly, then sent over a detailed quote with their plan including pictures. I signed the contract and paid 50% for work to begin.

They kept in good contact with me while they completed the work over two days. I appreciated their final repair report with before and after pictures and explanations of all work that was completed. When the time comes for roof replacement, I won't hesitate to use Jimmy's. Highly professional team.

John & his partner did a awesome job. They initially came in Nov 24 to do an emergency repair on our roof. They found & temporarily repaired our leak within an hour. Due to the weather they came back months later & completed the job. The job involved removing 4 courses of shingles & replacing water logged sheeting & valley. I would definetly recommend Jimmy's Roofing as they were professional, on time, communicated during the repair and took numerous pictures. GREAT JOB.

It is with great pleasure to write this review for Jimmy's Roofing, I have known Jimmy for a long time. I had the pleasure to have him do work for me at a place of my employment before I retired where I was the maintenance person they came and put a new flat roof on the building, what a wonderful company to work with very professional, and very good roof.
It has been eight years or more since I spoke with Jimmy, I contacted him this fall and he remembered me. I told him my daughter need a new roof and need it done before winter, her house was a long way out of there normal area that they usually do but he assured me they would come and take care of it for us which they did. Justin the project manager and everyone we dealt with were over the top (excellent and went over the top). The sub contractor they sent over from Spokane was also over the top in one day they had all the old roof off and all the sheathing on one side of the house off and the new roof on in one day amazing. I would recommend Jimmy's Roofing anytime.

We’ve used Jimmy’s Roofing for our original re-roof some years ago and thought it best to continue when it came to putting on roof on a new outbuilding and covering an old stove penetration on our home. Prompt, courteous and a fair price cinched the deal. James and Ethan worked with us to ensure all was done to our liking. They were prompt and always kept us up to date on their work. There may be other roofers out there, but Jimmy’s Roofing is the only roofer we’ll consider using for our needs.

Had my roof done by this company in February. Cost more than expected due to the work that needed to be done to the roof however the reps were helpful and understanding. The work was done efficiently, the crew did a great job. The roof looks amazing and I appreciate the result.

Great job. Had them fix 3 different roof problems over a few years. Two were TPO roof material for a flat carport. Great knowledge and reasonable prices. Curtious staff. They found a problem with the roof above my front porch that I didn't see and fixed it while they were there fixing something else.

I chose Jimmy’s Roofing for our new roof because they gave a thorough presentation on exactly what I was purchasing in a clear and detailed way. They followed up on all their promises regarding timelines and cleanup. When I had a couple of small concerns, they promptly came back and rectified them. Prompt response to service request. Did a winter fix on the roof leak. Returned in the spring and repaired the problem areas. Also directed me to chimney specialists to fix the masonry and non-roofing items. Good communication throughout with Jon. Price, in a time when everything is so expensive, I think was fair. Now must wait and see for the winter snow and rain to make sure the repairs hold.

A crew driving a Jimmy's Roofing truck was driving super fast in slushy conditions, and they turned left into our lane (2 left turn pockets and they were inside) and ran us off the road and sped off! If you roof as carelessly as you drive, you are not fit to be in business!!

We had Jimmy's roofing come out and do a walk on our tile roof. They are knowledgeable, equitable, and well priced. I was pleased with their above par with their customer service and willingness to help. Would highly recommend

The bill was twice as much as the estimate. They sent two guys out to fix a small job, but not the materials. Then they charged me over $100 an hour per man to go get the materials and it took them about an hour and a half. There's not that many materials involved in roof. You think they'd be professional enough to bring the materials to the job. Not recommended !

We had our entire roof replaced, which was a challenging job with some high pitches and difficult access. Justin and his team handled it very well, with great communication throughout.

Jimmy’s roofing made a repair to our roof. The service man was nice and the job seem to be well done. The problem arose three months later when the check we had written to them as payment reappeared. Jimmy’s roofing cashed the check. But three months later that check image was changed and cashed against our account stealing from us nearly $2500.
Initially Jimmy’s roofing offered us all sorts of explanations including Russian hacking and bank fraud. Our bank fraud department and the police said that was not at all the case. We cannot explain how the check image ended up in the hands of a criminal. But I feel it is important to share this in order to avoid this happening again and to warn anyone who has written a check to Jimmy’s Roofing to thoroughly review and keep a close eye on their checking account.

Pleasant experience scheduling with Mark in office along with the installation guys. Very professional and willing to actually help you out. Very pleased. Now I can enjoy my fireplace.

Jimmy’s Roofing came from a referral. Communicated great while setting up a schedule to troubleshoot my metal roof. The technicians that came to my building were professional and on time. They located multiple leaks and performed preventative maintenance on a couple areas of concern. This was all documented with pictures before and after. The cost of the repairs were very reasonable. Our tenants at our building had nothing but positive things to says about the technicians. I highly recommend.

Jimmy's was able to get us in right away to our roof repair. They explained the process so there were no hidden unexpected costs and did what they said they would do. Very happy with Jimmy's and will use them again if we need a roofer.

I’ve had Jimmy’s Roofing out twice to fix storm damage on my roof. I have a unique, high, steep-pitch roof. Both times the guys were on time and had excellent communication and professionalism. Highly recommend this company for quality work!

Jimmy’s Roofing did some work for me a few years ago, and I’m only leaving a review now because I mentioned my experience to someone and they said it’s important I do.

The quality of the work was great, they did an excellent job.

The problem was, I provided the materials, and had everything prepped. They sent out two guys (it was a small job, patch something and add a couple vents), and they were there for about 3.5 hr. They charged me for 5 hr.

During that time, one guy did all the work, and the other guy was new I think so he just stood there, never got on the roof. Now, maybe there’s some osha requirement or something to have someone on the ground, but he probably shouldn’t cost 100$/hr like the other guy.

So about 1k for an incredibly minimal amount of work- and this is years ago, I’m sure prices have gone up.

So I felt ripped off, and don’t recommend Jimmy’s Roofing for that reason.

Jimmy's Roofing was quick to respond to our online inquiry for roof repair. They came out in less than a week. The repair was quick and the cost was within their initial estimate. Everyone from the office staff to the roofers were extremely friendly and professional.

Due to several extremely rainy days, my roof developed a couple of significant leaks. James and his assistant were able to come out the day I called to fix the problems. They took pictures of the damage as well as the repairs they made, keeping me well informed of what they were doing. I am very pleased with their timeliness and professionalism.

Called Jimmy’s Roofing because they had replaced the roof on my home in 2011. They did a beautiful job at a fair price. I call to have my roof on my pole shop repaired. They knew what might be needed and showed up earlier than they thought they could and did a great repair on the roof at a fair price.
