He is very good, if you can get him to come and see what you need done. My mother and I hired him to paint the roof, which he did in a timely manner at a very reasonable rate. While resurfacing the metal roof he discovered a few screws missing, so he replaced them. Now I need something else for him to check out, but can not seem to get him to the house to check it out for me, which means he will be out 2 jobs. I am also going to need a retention wall.
