JF Baker Roofing has repaired several portions of our roof. They were always very responsive, followed-through, and always explained what was wrong and what the solution would be. They are great.

We are overdue to give J.F. Baker’s Sons the praise they deserve for such a wonderful job well done on our home. From beginning to end they were nothing but professional. In fact, we were undecided about whether we were going to go with a standing seam roof or shingles so we talked to no less than 15 roofing companies to try to sort what our options were. When Chad Baker came out, one of the first things he said was we didn’t even need a new roof and that ours had a few years of service left to give. As much as i appreciated the fact he wasn’t trying to sell me on anything, we were planning for solar so we wanted to start fresh. The price was highly competitive using upgraded materials. The install was flawless, and a year later we still love looking at our house as it really pops with the new beautiful roof. The J.F. Baker's Sons team recently put a new roof on our house. Our roof was 22 years old, and they said it could go a bit longer if we wanted to delay, although due to heat, one side of the roof had some significant wear. We decided to go ahead with the project and they replaced a number of the underlying boards along with a newer style ridge vent in place of the attic fan, which had quit working a few years back. They did a great job, and the price was quite reasonable compared to another local company that also quoted the job. They were recommended by New Look Siding, who had recently replaced our front shutters and also did a nice job. The house looks great. It is nice to work with a local company that has been in business for 90 years, and they cared to do a nice job on the project. Thanks for the fine service.

We could not have asked for a better experience, from the initial phone call through job completion and beyond, the people at J.F. Baker's Sons were exceptional. Bryan, the estimator, taught me more about a roof than I ever thought I would know. Mike, Abraham, and the work crew were terrific in every respect. I was impressed by the neat appearance of the crew and by their hard work, there were no slackers on the job. Dealing with the owners was a very positive experience; the contact with Pat and Chad, as well as with other personnel, left us wondering if we are clients, friends, or family. This truly is a family owned and operated company where employees and clients are treated with respect. Teri, the ever-smiling and cheerful Office manager, is wonderful and a gem! Our roof replacement, a result of hail damage, was covered by insurance. Teri walked us through the process, dispensed sound advice, and made the process palatable. Another aspect of this company worth mentioning is a few days after the job was completed, Charlie arrived at the house to perform a quality control check. He found a few small issues and after a short wait (there was a crew working nearby) Abraham and a worker appeared and corrected the issues. I've been through roof replacements but never experienced the roofing company performing a QC check. If you need roofing work, I strongly advise contacting J.F. Baker's Sons.

The JF Baker team did an overall great job with my roof. My roof was visibly old and recommended for replacement within the next few years by my inspector when I purchased the house. Chad gave me quotes for a full replacement as well as one for repair work in the event I wanted to budget for the replacement and just address some immediate needed flashing work. I opted for replacement and the team was great about dropping off samples and responding to all questions I had via email or phone. On install day the foreman gave me an overview of the work to be done and expectations and the team did a great job with the install. Five months later and no issues to report.

For my specific roof replacement JF Baker was the most competitive bid with a shingle brand and model (Landmark Pro) that another reputable contractor wanted to up charge $1,500 to use compared to a base model shingle. From my standpoint they offered a high quality product at a competitive price. Definitely give them a look if you're in the market for roof work.

J F Baker's Sons hit all the marks for us, would highly recommend. Competitive price, great workmanship, superior cleanup, and, strong communication throughout the process. Chad does a good job explaining the estimate with no pressure at all to sign. Mike does a good job providing status and any changes if needed. And last, but certainly not least is Abraham, the crew leader. Possibly the hardest worker I have ever seen who insists on doing the job right and to its completion. Almost forgot, Teri in the back office is very good with the admin and insurance work also. Great family company to work with!

What a wonderful company to deal with, from office staff to onsite professionals! The gutters made for my kit gazebo would not allow the downspouts to be placed where I needed them to be. Chad and Charlie came up with a solution that was even better than the one I’d been hoping for. They even made the necessary changes to the gazebo downspouts to enable them to connect to the house downspouts to permit the water to flow underground and out to the road – away from the house to protect its foundation! Ingenuity, perseverance, excellent customer relations – I will be back in touch with Baker’s when my roof or house gutters need attention.

Had JF Baker's Sons Roofing out today for a quote. I wanted them to check the roof of my parents' home that I recently inherited to make sure there were no issues with the roof that I was not aware of. The current roof was put on in (I think) around 2008 and I was afraid that it might even need a new roof. The person who came out (I'm bad with names and can't remember his name) got up on the roof and took pictures and looked it over and told me it actually looked pretty good - that there were probably several years more life in those shingles. I was very impressed by his honesty and will definitely be calling them if any issues do arise in the future. Based on today's appointment (and the large number of 5 star reviews they already have), I would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their roofs. He was not pushy, and took the time to answer all my questions even though they would not be doing any work since the roof was in good shape.

These guys came in at the best price and did exceptional work. I needed a chimney repair and they went over and above to fix the chimney and surrounding roofing. Honestly I think they ended up spending more on material and labor than what I was quoted but that didn’t deter them from providing elite service. I will be recommending them to others in the future and plan to use them when I get my roof.

The day of the team that completed didn't fully complete the job--JF Baker took full ownership of the issue and sent another team out to correct it in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond to improve a different part of the work unrelated to the issue. The level of customer service they provided was excellent, will be using and recommending them for any future projects I have.

Called JF Baker's sons roofing after a horrible experience with another company that left a denied claim on my home owners insurance policy. Chad came right out left me with materials to look at and then sent a very detailed quote over. There was no high pressure no haggling. I quickly accepted the very reasonable quote and my new roof was on in less than a week. When the installers came they noticed some discrepancies from what was ordered and the color of home so rather then put up what was ordered they took the time to match these small flashing pieces to the color of my home, something I may have never noticed but they would and did it right and I am very appreciative for it. Very impressive company, and one I would highly recommend.

Installed drip edge extensions to fix the poor workmanship from a roof replacement from another company. Great job from start to finish. No more rain water getting behind my gutters. Would recommend this company to anyone.

This family run local company was absolutely wonderful ! They were prompt and communicated with me every step of the way. After their clean up, I did not find one stray nail or shingle. They also explained why I needed a different company to update the insulation of the attic and crawl space. By the time I paid the bill I felt like I was the one who got a real bargain!

J.F. Baker's came and gave us an estimate on repairing a flat roof that had been leaking into our choir room. We had tried numerous times to fix it, but it continued to leak. J.F. Baker came out and knew exactly how to fix the roof and there have been no leaks.

J.F. Baker's Sons Roofing did a nice job of repairing a crack in our chimney that was letting water down in to our attic as well as fixing/replacing a roof vent. Pricing was reasonable and they were very prompt and knowledgable in all of their actions. I would recommend them if you have a roof repair need.

Great experience with Baker replacing our roof. We have never seen such attention to detail. We particularly enjoyed the care they took protecting our plants. Clean up was very well done.

The company kept me informed along the way. All paperwork was done via email which made it very convenient. They were very professional and used high quality products. I really like the dimensional shingles and have received compliments from my neighbors on the improved look.

The quality and attention to detail provided by the installer was as perfect as perfect could be. They really did an excellent job on the roof of my sunroom. They ran into an issue with removing one of the layers of old roof and it extended their work time significantly, but they stayed and completed it and didn’t charge me extra. Very happy and very appreciative!

Did a great job using high quality material. Their pricing provides great value. One of the owners comes by next day to inspect. If you have any issues they are willing to ensure your happiness.

Becuase of the Covid 19 and the shut down things got pushed back but with that being said, they are an awesome company to work with. They did job on the price given have had 3 rain storms since and not a drop of water in my house. Extermely pleased would refer to friends and will use again if needed.

We have been working with Brad Baker for years now and have always found him to be honest, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. When our insurance company adjuster said we qualified for a claim because of hail damage, the choice was clear for us. Mike worked with us on all of the details during the new roof and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. He even handled some things I thought maybe should rest with us. The crew worked hard all day and even into the following day to make sure it was done right. Then, as far as the cleanup goes, I was extremely happy to only find a few nails that they missed. It would be impossible to get them all but they cleaned up so much better than expected. I called Brad on Sunday because my 20 year old roof was leaking. He came out on Monday and I was expecting to hear I needed a new roof. Instead, he said he just needed to nail a shingle back down. Wil definitely go to this company when I need a new roof. Such a nice guy!!

Baker did some roof repair for me about 15 years ago and the work was awesome. I recently called them for an issue while selling my house. Baker came out and the buyer was present too.
