I've spent hours calling different companies trying to schedule a specific service for my home. The companies I called who didn't perform this service simply sent me on my way with a "good luck!" I called Jet Drain based on their good reviews. When I found out that they didnt perform the service I needed, I was prepared for them to just hang up.
However the owner who answered my call spent a good amount of time providing names and numbers of companies that would be able to help me. He didn't have to do that, as I wasn't his customer, but he took time out of his day to help and he was kind and friendly while doing so. I was so impressed with his kindness that I felt I needed to leave this review. Thanks again!

This company will go above and beyond for you! We were having some issues with our sewer pipes and contacted a company we had used once previously. What a mistake that was! After several communication errors and hefty bill later we were lost- that’s when we contacted JetDrain. Jesse came out and told us exactly what was wrong with our sewer pipes. Jesse was always quick to respond and continued to be incredibly helpful through the process! Him and his crew finished the job within the week. I highly recommend this company!

We just had Jesse and his crew fix our sewer pipes. Jesse was quick to respond and incredibly helpful through the process of figuring out what all was wrong with our sewer line. Jesse and his crew finished the job quickly and efficiently! We had no issues and they went above and beyond what we were hoping for. We had a lot of issues with roto rooter during the process of getting a quote and JetDrain was able to quote us at half the price with a lot more professional workers.

Jesse is great to work with. He goes out of his way to help his customers and make sure they are getting everything done that needs to be done. We have used his services multiple times, and most recently I called and he was at my house to help me troubleshoot a septic issue in less than 30 min. No reason to use anyone else in central iowa.

Jet Drain is fabulous! A national chain with a catchy jingle left us ankle deep in stanky water. Jet Drain answered our plea for help. Nick at Jet Drain and John from Earl's Septic/Sanitation came quickly, and in less than an hour the situation was resolved. Search no farther -> Jet Drain is the best answer to your problem!

I didn't even know Jesse was here! He cleared and fixed the sink in our basement and I went drown stairs wondering if he'd been here and it was DONE! Not only is the drain clear, he replaced the pipe underneath, and CLEANED up the mess (that was there before he came)! This problem was left after another company failed to fix it and still charged us. I'll never be calling anyone else but Jet Drain!
