Jesse James Roofing put a leaking roof on my house. I had to argue with them for months to get them to come back and attempt a repair, which also leaked. They've now tried to fix it twice and it still leaks. They had a high school aged teen, I believe Jesse's son, who didn't understand the scope of work, overseeing the job, and when I asked that someone more experienced oversee the job I was told I should be less arrogant. We've been dealing with this for well over a year and the nightmare continues. Water damage, continued stress every time it rains monitoring for leaks and putting down towels to catch the leaks. We've requested a refund but as usual with them, no response. I'd strongly recommend avoiding Jesse James Roofing.

I had gotten quotes from a few companies and decided to go with Jesse James Roofing and General Contracting. It was the best decision I have made in a while. I hired them to do a shingled peak roof and to replace an existing metal roof that had been down years ago. Jesse came to look the roofs over, measure them, and gave me his quote. I read reviews and talked with a couple owners and then gave him the job. Jesse came a second time to recheck his measurements. There was a lag in time before the job was done, but due to the manufacturer getting materials. I had gotten follow up calls from the office letting me know where they were. It was winter when they came in to do the roofs. So battling freezing weather, snow, the roofs were completed. Jesse's
Son's was on site everyday. Clean up was constant, they had people picking up the shingles or old metal as they came off the roof.
One of the workers walked around the driveway with a magnet making sure old nails were picked up before they left each day. I recently received an email saying they were sending a member of their crew or two to check around my house for anything that might have been missed. Hiring this company was the best company I have hired for work at my house.
I am going to have them back for inside repairs.
