This happened at Jerry Roling Chevrolet, but they have since blocked me before I got my review out, which just proves just the kind of business Jerry Roling runs along with Nick Ratchet at Jerry Roling Chevrolet. 0 stars if I could. In April 2025, I drove over an hour with my husband and toddler to Jerry Rolling Motors to buy a Subaru Ascent. When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t take it home because it needed a new sway bar—something they should’ve mentioned beforehand.

During the test drive, I pointed out a clunking noise and was told it would be fixed. Days later, I picked it up and the noise was still there, along with transmission issues. A certified Subaru dealer diagnosed it as needing a new transmission, struts, bearings, and mounts—just two days after purchase.

The dealership refused to believe Subaru’s report and made me bring it back again before they’d do anything. After keeping it for over a week, they still didn’t fix the real issue. Subaru finally repaired it properly at no cost to me and said it looked like the dealership was just guessing at repairs.

The sales manager was dismissive and unprofessional throughout. I would never recommend this dealership. They wasted my time, dismissed my concerns, and sold me a vehicle that was clearly not ready to be on the road.

Again, They also blocked me on Facebook to keep me from telling the truth about their company which proves how they run their business.

Regular service appt. for oil change and tire rotation. Appt making easy. Friendly , accommodating staff. Very nice waiting area. On time- no delays. They found a problem and explained it to me so I could understand in layman’s terms. They offered plan to correct issue. They were Very thoughtful- it was raining and they brought my car inside garage for me to get in to leave.

This was my first experience with Jerry Roling. I have to say that it must have been my lucky day. Jan was my salesperson and the first vehicle I looked at was exactly what I was looking for - style, color, price - everything!!
Jan was the icing on the cake. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that she was truly caring of and understanding of my needs.
As long as Jan is still there I will get my next vehicle from Jerry Roling!!

Jerry Rolling Motors exceeded all of my expectations. I was looking for a Dodge Durango, for which seemed like forever. Sure enough, they had one that lined up perfectly with what I wanted. Jeremiah took great care of me, was going to drive down from Minnesota over the weekend to check it out. On a Monday he told me he could drive it up about 3 hours instead. I was pleasantly surprised. Mitch also helped a lot with the purchase as I haven't purchased a vehicle for a long time. These guys are top notch, and you won't be disappointed with their customer service!

Team was professional and friendly. My only concern is how long I had to wait to service my Buick (oil change). I had an appointment and was in the waiting foom for 1.5+ hours. This is consistent with the last 2 appointments I have had.

Vehicle has been there 4 days, had to call them to even find out if they looked at it, told me the problem, great, 3 days later, still no contact back about the status tho I asked to be given daily updates for planning purposes. Hard to continue to go here with such a lack of communication. Update: They were able to reach out and correct the communication problem. Diane is wonderful to work with and highly recommend asking for her by name.

Had my Silverado in for an oil change. Apparently you don’t do any kind of safety survey. Changed my tires out the next day , and the tread on the inside of one for the front tires saw completely gone.
Could have been a big problem if I had not swapped tires!

Very quick and understood what I needed and wanted. Liked that they went above and beyond to look at all incentives that I was eligible for and didn’t try to push at all. Came to dealership and gas chose a vehicle and paperwork completed within 3 hrs. Loved that! In the past spent most of the day dealing on a vehicle at another place. Was charged a ridiculous amount for a check engine light diagnosis and then was told my repair would cost over $3500! After doing my own research and checking with several other repair shops, I found out the repair I needed only would cost about $500. I would definitely check with other places before letting them trick you into thinking you have an expensive repair on your hands. I won’t be returning here for service.

Yes. To Mitch and the gang of roling of Waverly,hats off to them. Took a 2008 Ford for a test drive and during the drive a coil spring broke. Mitch lined it up got it fixed,no charge to me. Now that's awesome honesty. Took the truck home. Thanks Mitch.. Rock .

Sometimes we forget the ways in which God has worked in our lives. When I was a student at Wartburg College, Jerry helped me get a car. He told me to speak to Jan and she would help me. I drove that car up until my senior year and thereafter sold it. To Jerry and Jan, thank you for everything.

GM agreed to pay 50% of the cost of replacing cracked windshield on our new 2023 Buick Encore GX. Service Manager at local dealership speculated that the crack was due to a rock chip. I suspect the windshield was not properly installed during assembly. I didn't realize that the 3 year/30,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty did not include replacing a cracked windshield. Fortunately, my comprehensive insurance paid all but $200 of the remaining cost for replacement.

I bought a vehicle a few years back. I 20 female at the time went by myself, 1st bad choice on my part. They showed me a few options in my price range but nothing suited me. Then they say we have one more we can show you. It was parked behind a bunch of other vehicles, couldn’t even test drive it. But I loved it, at least I though I did. I got in it and it felt nice, way better then my old caviler I was driving before. I noticed that there was almost no gas in it, but I figured I could fill it up if I bought it. I didn’t know what questions to ask at the time I was told it was in great shape with only 40k on it. So I bought it. A few days into driving I noticed it was running funny. Checked the oil and there was almost nothing. I let them know and they came and got it and did an oil change which I appreciated. But the car has given me issues since. Throwing codes, weird noises, and come to find out it was a cracked piston, and the dealership should have done an update to this car before I purchased it to prevent this problem with this model of car. It’s now out of warranty. Ladies don’t go by yourself if you have little to no car knowledge. I will never shop here again and encourage my friends not to either.

I didn't end up buying a car from there but however they were still really helping and kind and not pushy on a sale with me. Jeremiah helped me test drive vehicles and did a wonderful job asking questions even about other vehicles elsewhere! I believe he deserves a raise. Great job on my vehicle maintenance as always. I had a $500 vehicle fix that was covered by my extended warranty and they took care of it as they said and I paid $50 of the fix (rest covered by warranty) that day.

They got my car in the afternoon the engine light went on, and called me back with the estimate for repairs. The replacement parts came in the next day, and the car was delivered to me that afternoon. I always take my car to Roling Motors for oil change and routine maintenance. I am always pleased with their service department.
