This happened at Jerry Roling Chevrolet, but they have since blocked me before I got my review out, which just proves just the kind of business Jerry Roling runs along with Nick Ratchet at Jerry Roling Chevrolet. 0 stars if I could. In April 2025, I drove over an hour with my husband and toddler to Jerry Rolling Motors to buy a Subaru Ascent. When we arrived, we were told we couldn’t take it home because it needed a new sway bar—something they should’ve mentioned beforehand.
During the test drive, I pointed out a clunking noise and was told it would be fixed. Days later, I picked it up and the noise was still there, along with transmission issues. A certified Subaru dealer diagnosed it as needing a new transmission, struts, bearings, and mounts—just two days after purchase.
The dealership refused to believe Subaru’s report and made me bring it back again before they’d do anything. After keeping it for over a week, they still didn’t fix the real issue. Subaru finally repaired it properly at no cost to me and said it looked like the dealership was just guessing at repairs.
The sales manager was dismissive and unprofessional throughout. I would never recommend this dealership. They wasted my time, dismissed my concerns, and sold me a vehicle that was clearly not ready to be on the road.
Again, They also blocked me on Facebook to keep me from telling the truth about their company which proves how they run their business.
Regular service appt. for oil change and tire rotation. Appt making easy. Friendly , accommodating staff. Very nice waiting area. On time- no delays. They found a problem and explained it to me so I could understand in layman’s terms. They offered plan to correct issue. They were Very thoughtful- it was raining and they brought my car inside garage for me to get in to leave.
This was my first experience with Jerry Roling. I have to say that it must have been my lucky day. Jan was my salesperson and the first vehicle I looked at was exactly what I was looking for - style, color, price - everything!!
Jan was the icing on the cake. She was friendly and knowledgeable. I felt that she was truly caring of and understanding of my needs.
As long as Jan is still there I will get my next vehicle from Jerry Roling!!
