We bought a new vehicle and it was so easy to add to our policy. I text Katie and she told me what she needed to add and told us we had coverage immediately. First thing Monday when she got the info, she sent us the new monthly cost and a temporary proof of insurance. Very easy and efficient.

We’ve been insured by Brandon and his staff for over 20 years. They’ve always been fair and come through when claims had to be made.

While the details of insurance and coverages are often boring, this place is on fire and the employees just work their little fingertips off to provide the best service!

We switched in November 2024 to State Farm after having a terrible time ever getting anyone to call me back or respond to any emails for months from our previous insurance. Since switching it has been great, not only do we pay a significant amount less for the same coverage, but the customer service is fantastic. I work with Katie and she is amazing! If I don't get a hold of her instantly, it never takes more than a few hours to hear back. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

I've just recently switched over to State Farm within the last year. Unfortunately I've had to make a couple claims due to weather related events, each and every time I reach out to this insurance branch I'm greeted with nothing but the most professional and polite assistance. They have the answers to any questions asked, and if they didn't have the answer at the time, they say so and actually go out of their way to find that answer/s I'm seeking. Best BANG for your Buck out there!!
