Larry was fantastic. He replaced our roof, gutters and windows wraps... everything was so perfect and in time. It was smooth and stress free. I would definitely use them again if I have to change the roof and highly recommend everybody to use their service.

Noticed a leak during a hard rain about 6-7 weeks ago. Called Jensen Enterprise to come out and look at suspect area of roof. Martin showed up and was punctual, professional, knowledgeable,
and honest. I was pleased with the good communication throughout the process. The work was completed within a few days of me accepting his proposal. Quality work done at a fair price. Work area cleaned up afterward. I went up on roof and did a test of the repaired area with the hose for 20 minutes and was unable to recreate the leak so very happy with the fix. Will use them for future projects.

Martin is a straight forward business owner who gave me a fair bid, clear expectations and the work was completed on time. They replaced one side of my houses siding and did a great job.

Martin, the skylight guy, was recommended to me by a long time friend. He was very responsive. Came out and talked to us about several options and provided his recommendations. He tracked down some of our designer shingles in Lincoln. His crew showed up and they were very polite, very professional, and very efficient ( replaced 5 skylights in a half day )! They did a great job cleaning up and after they were gone, you would never have known they were even there. We were very pleased all the way around. Highly recommended. Jensen came to me highly recommended and I could not echo their confidence more. I don't know anything about insurance and roofing, but Larry took all that off my plate. He fought the battles that I didn't even know needed fighting, pushing through 2 partial claim approvals to a full replacement.

Insurance companies are less than timely in providing funds and Jensen never pressured about any of those items, constantly reassuring me that the wait was normal and not to worry.

I would not consider another vendor and given all the contractors I have worked with he is among the most trustable teans I feel you could meet.

Great company! Local and has been in the business for a very long time. Very honest and responsive. We have a wood shake roof and they located our leak and also repaired other areas that were aging. I would not let anyone else work on our roof!

Jensen Enterprises replaced our roof late last year (2019) and installed gutter guards. They did a great job! The crew showed up the same day we signed the contract and they stayed at it until the job was complete. Tearing off a large roof creates a lot of debris and we were impressed with their thorough cleanup efforts. We were especially pleased with Martin's management of the process. He was very professional, pleasant, responsive and stayed actively involved in the job until everything was completed. We were very lucky to come across Martin (Jensen Enterprises) through the next door app. He and his crew did a wonderful job with replacing exterior boards around our home. The painters did a great job matching the existing paint and it turned out fantastic! I rarely do reviews, but Jensen earned this one!

UPDATE: Jensen Enterprises is the absolute best in the Omaha area!
They fixed our leaky roof a few weeks ago, I want to give an update that we have had several heavy rains since then and things have stayed dry AND the owner personally followed up with me after the next big rain to make sure there were no issues. This speaks to their high quality of work and excellent customer service. Other companies I've worked with in the past have been very hard to get a hold of or return calls, Jensen is so accessible - huge when dealing with home issues that could be very expensive. So glad we found them, they are the only company we will use for future needs!

ORIGINAL REVIEW: We weren't sure what to do when our roof started leaking into our house, but all fears were laid to rest after calling Jensen Enterprises. The service that was provided to us was excellent. They were quick to schedule and complete the work, clearly communicated all of the roof issues with us, and were very thorough in the repairs. We had Larry come to our home and inspect a problem we were experiencing with one of our downspouts not draining properly. We have a two story house, he knew what the problem was did the repair. I just can't say enough good things about Jensen Enterprises. From the first day I met Mr.Jensen I was impressed. He presented himself as a well educated individual with honest intentions in representing the insurance company but also in making sure we received all the benefits our policy offered. When Martin began his inspection of the property he invited me to walk with him and show him all the things we felt were damaged by the storm. As we inspected the property he pointed out damages that he felt should be covered under the policy that we had missed or didn't think would be covered. Martin explained the process and what we should expect in the coming days. He took care of all of the paperwork. Worked with our agents and adjusters to see that we received entitlements in a timely fashion. Martin came back to the house and went over every covered item on the list so we knew exactly where we stood with the insurance company. When the work began everything, and I do mean everything was done in a timely manor. The crews he sent were of the highest quality and it showed in their work. The roofing crew took great care to lay tarps and run a huge magnet over the yard to pick up all the nails and any scraps left from the job. The men themselves were polite and even helped me catch the dog when he slipped through the gate. The siding crew was equally good coming back on Saturday to finish the work. All of the men took great care making sure not to damage any of the landscaping up next to the house. When the gutter crew came it was extremely hot but they worked right through getting the job done quickly. The precision craftsmanship that all of these crews displayed is an extension of the type of work that Martin expects from himself and his company. I highly recommend Jensen Enterprises for all of you needs. I truly don't think anyone could do it better.

Outstanding results. Martin was so easy to work with. Prompt to appointments, thorough in his estimate and didn't make promises he couldn't keep. Work was timely, cleaned up at end of the day. Even worked on Saturdays and during the rain. I am extremely satisfied. I would strongly recommend this company for your exterior home improvements.

Martin noticed that shingles were missing off of our roof and left a flyer on our door. I called and he was able to come out, give me an estimate and fix the problem within just a few days. He was very informative and the process was very easy! I would highly recommend!
